Service was really good ! I was greeted by a Hispanic man that was really nice and funny. He told me that I can stay in my car while I was getting a oil change. Because I had to turn off my car for the change, he gave me portable air while I sat in the car. A wonderful lady also gave me a discount on my service Will be back !

Very happy with the service! Trey helped us with the whole oil change process from start to finish. You can stay in your car the whole time and they provided AC while your car is shut off. They even went out and got a filter for us since they were out of stock. They honored our Groupon and we had no issues. Will come back!

They added unnecessary charges and “needed” fixes even though I had recently been to jiffy lube 1 week ago to get my car fixed up. Attempted to charge me for services already done in the first visit . Outrages up charges. Could have gone to Firestone for 2/3 of the price. Takes advantage of people in need of help and service for personal gain and greed. Crooks! I’ve read similar reviews with customer care returning their unsatisfied customers with apologies and condolences yet the damage is already done and the up charges already paid.

I have always been hesitant going to get car services as a young female. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for about three years now and the staff has always been so kind and helpful. However, Rafael was so helpful at my most recent trip and really insured that I will be coming back in the future. Thank you again Rafael!!

It was the quickest oil change Ive ever had probably because they do like a drive though oil change system so you never leave your car but everyone was so professional and was interested in getting it done fast and in my price range.

Got a groupon went to Jiffy, the groupon was for 5 qts. of oil. I needed 7,2 more than the groupon covered. Fine now I see the trick. Problem is no one ask my permission to sell me the 2 extra qts. They did without my permission and handed me the bill afterword. I didnt feel like holding up the line while I go back to groupon, read the fine print, double check the bill,etc., etc...This is what theyre counting on. Its a shame because everything else is great at Jiffy Lube. But this price jacking is not only sneaky its illegal. I could take this to consumer affairs. Ill await for a response before I do that.

Definitely over charge especially if you’re a girl who doesn’t know much about cars. I just came for an oil change & they called me saying that I needed a coolant exchange for my car as well, but that they’ll give me $25 off the oil change & 10% off the service. I ended up paying $240.....FOR AN OIL & COOLANT CHANGE! Do not recommend at all 0/10. Just want to take advantage, the person who took the initiative to finesse me this bad was Alex. (Alexandru D.) Been going here for a while. People were always nice. But this time I was mislead with pricing a little to get my car in the bay. GMC Terrain blue.I asked if they would honor the 20$ Groupon and they said yes. Then when I get to the end, they told me 54-55$. Then say the best they can do is 15 off. Just felt very mislead. I would’ve just brought to my mechanic if that’s what I was gonna he charged. I go to jiffy lube for convenience and cost, not mislead and lured in.Again, they’ve always been nice, I just wish if they weren’t gonna honor it, they would’ve said so, so I could politely declined service.

They always seem to be honest. An oil change is done quickly. I had my car towed to them to fix A/C & brake lights that wdnt turn off plus an oil change & transmission flush. I spoke to Jason who gave me an approximate estimate. It was reasonable & was fixed the next day. I was very happy with the service & the price. To be safe, Jason had the windshield wipers changed as mine were ripped. I was happy with the service & go there all the time for oil changes.

My attendant Crystal was absolutely amazing. I had a lot of questions and worries upon my arrival. She was very knowledgeable and set me at ease. The customer service was A1 from beginning to end!

Very pricey and not tell you the actual price till they finish with your car they make things to make you believe your car need it. I will never go there ever. Very disappointed but no more a oil change cost me $250.00 not event on the dealership... Shame on you Jiffy lube.

Excellent service from the guys there today. They all jumped in to help with our issue and were extremely generous and pleasant.

I came in bc my check engine light came on and I was losing coolant. When I called, Will said to come in and he’d take care of me. I needed a bigger repair than I thought. Will assured me he work with me and told me about the Snap program. Will and the rest of the techs were all professional and friendly. Having a major repair never feels good. I was really anxious, but Will put me at ease. Will definitely be back!

It was great. I got there, I was asked to stay in my vehicle, they provided safe, fast and excellent service. It was very fast, I got oil change and fluids refill in less than 20 minutes.

My tire blew out and I was able to drive in to there parking lot. I called AAA and they said wait time would be 88 minutes or more. I went into the jiffy lube at 1799 university dr and Chico came out and put my spare on in 5 minutes!!! I offered to pay and he said no problem. My faith in kind humans restored. Very greatful. I called and asked if they accepted used drain oil, explaining that l had two five gallon buckets. The girl said yes, just bring them in. When I arrived, three guys asked what they could do for me. Then the manager came out and said No. I went inside to find out if they knew anywhere I could dispose of the oil. The manager stood behind the girl at the desk and said “We take no more than four quarts.” My engine holds more than that. Then stepped forward in a menacing manor. I have six service trucks and am looking for a place to have them serviced. It won’t be there.

This is the only spot im getting my oil changed at..its an actual vibe in there just seeing the coworkers interact with each other..I would recommend this place to anyone

They now offer a stay in your car service, I was in and out for a oil change within 20 minutes. They have a portable ac that they set inside your car to keep cool and comfortable. I was very pleased with their service.

Stay in the car service is an awesome way to keep people safe during the pandemic. Everyone I encountered was so helpful and friendly. They changed my oil, air filter, topped off my coolant and replaced my deteriorating windshield wipers so quick I could not even believe it! Synchronized team work.

My 20 year old daughter needed an oil change so I sent her to Jiffy Lube in Davie as I have been there several times in the past. I am shocked and disappointed after hearing of her experience. First they charged her $99 for an oil change on a 4 cyl Jetta. Then an $8 overage fee for extra oil. $107 for an oil change? But they were not finished yet. They told her the brakes were bad and needed replaced. They then told her “ your lucky there are no hills here so you can get by with getting no breaks” when she called me and I told her to decline the service. Gave her a quote for $199 per brake. $800 for brakes? I took the car to our local mechanic who inspected the brakes and said the front brakes were at 50% and the back brakes at 75%. No need for brakes now. The fact you would pressure a young girl into unnecessary repairs is unethical and appalling. This is a warning to others and especially women beware of these con artists.

This place is a whole scam! I went in for a simple oil change, and then the manager, Jason, said that my radiator cap came off. In my head, I was like how is that possible, as it is not a part that can easily come off on its own. He then said my radiator fluid was low. That also made me angry. Why would you want to flush my radiator fluid without making sure it has a cap? He basically targeted me because I am a woman. I read the reviews and a woman had the same thing happen to her four weeks ago. How coincidental. Ill be reaching out to corporate next. This is why women avoid going to the mechanic. Many try to get over on us.

Will try to scam women car owners. Brought my car in for an oil change before a road trip a few months ago, and they said my coolant was so low it had to be flushed before they could top it off ($50+ to flush it). I agreed because I didnt have time for anything to go wrong before my trip. I was skeptical though so before I brought it in today, I checked my coolant reservoir - perfectly fine, a little above halfway between the min and max. Again, they told me today it was so low that it needed to be flushed! My fiancé has brought my car in before and theyve never tried to scam him, they target women and use scare tactics to get them to buy unnecessary services.

Jiffy employees are knowledgeable and highly trained, apparently from being kind and respectful. I wouldnt go anywhere.

I was driving home when my car cut off. So I just coasted into the next parking lot which happened to be Jiffy Lube. It was Sunday evening so they were closed. I left my car there with a note on the dash. The next morning I get a call from the Manger Ryan who had his mechanic find out what’s wrong with it. He diagnosed it was my alternator. He ran a test free of charge and quoted me on the repair cost. Because I work in another county I wasn’t able to pick up the car right away. Every night Ryan parked my car inside to keep it safe. I finally met Ryan when I went to pick up my car days later. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Turn around time was good. I shopped around for quotes but you cannot put a price on customer service. If you have any work that needs to be done to your vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by. Ask for Ryan

I’ve always been a Jiffy Lube’s customer but this location on University is 10 stars. ALL employees jumped on my truck and worked on everything. I didn’t even had to get down from the car, they put an AC machine so I stay cool while they worked.

I went to get a oil change and the manger gary was so nice and professional dealing with my concerns about my car .The man who did my oil change put air in my tires and filled my window cleaner and anything low and he was very professional .my car run great and i will be back again and recommends this jiffy lube to others.

Good place to have your oil changed. You dont have to get out of your car. They even have AC tube to put in your car while you wait. Ill go there again.

The service was outstanding! The staff worked efficiently, and we were out of there in 30 minutes or less. Mind you, we initially were hoping to do just a simple oil change but ended up having to change our battery as well. Despite the additional service required, we managed to leave the store very quickly. We will definitely be coming back!

The staff at this Jiffy Lune are exceptional! My husband and I had car trouble and we were stopped right in front of the store they stop what they were doing and went above and beyond to help us get our car back on the road even allowing us to borrow their personal equipment. I feel like they are honest trustworthy and hard-working and this would be a great place to bring your car for service.

Consumer beware shady business! Dropped car off for simple oil change and basic brake job.They called 30 minutes later saying they had car taken apart and to get the car back to running condition it would be an extra $200+.Told them to cancel all of it and they refused. Felt very taken advantage and will be escalating to corporate but also to higher regulatory agency for follow up. Will not only never return for business but will also make known on any public review platform the poor customer service and cunning over billing tactics.

This past Saturday I took my car for a routine oil change. This had been my 3rd visit to this location for an oil change. I was told that by one of the mechanics there that I needed recommended service based on the make and model of my vehicle. I was reluctant to have the extra service done, but I figured since I was there already, why not. After spending a considerable amount of money for the oil change and two additional services I left the shop. Within two blocks of leaving the shop, I heard a loud metal grinding noise. Not knowing what it possible could be, I immediately pulled over to the shoulder of the road and called them to find out what could possible be wrong with my car. They advised that they would send someone over to see what was going on. I was extremely distraught as I was in the middle of University Drive and Route 595 which is an extremely well traveled area, especially on a Saturday afternoon, and I was extremely terrified that my car was going to be hit by someone not paying attention to the road. The mechanic arrived and told me that the metal engine shield was hanging from the bottom of my car and thats what was making the noise. Having no idea what any of this is, I drove back reluctantly to the shop and within minutes the mechanic returned and told me the car was fixed and ready to go. I advised him of my unhappiness and displeasure at what had transpired and he then introduced me to the manager of the store, who could not explain why my engine shied was hanging off of my car. Could it possibly have been because one of the mechanics at his shop hadnt replaced it correctly after they had done the work on my car?He refused to take any responsibility for this happening and laid out some of his thoughts as perhaps I had run over something, or the bolts holding the engine shield in place had worn away, etc., etc. In any event, he was unwilling to apologize or explain that perhaps their service work was sub-par. I requested a refund for the work performed and he said no. If I had gotten some kind of apology or reduction in the cost of the work done maybe I wouldnt be writing this review, but to try to put the blame on me, is probably one of the most unprofessional things that has ever happened to me. I have been driving a very long time and I am not stupid. I know it was 100% their fault. They have caused me a great amount of anger, displeasure and anxiety.

Customer service was very good and helpful but the first time I went with my daughters car for service, after I left I noticed the low tire indicator was on, I pulled into the gas station and all the tires were low on air! I just took my explorer there a few days ago. I was under the impression that they top off all fluids, but the windshield washer fluid wasnt filled this time. Thats 2 strikes, I know it sounds petty but I dont like the thought of my daughter driving on tires low on air!!!

I came in at 10:30 on a Saturday morning, a time when everyone is going for their oil change. They had customers for sure, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Made suggestions for filter changes and the like, but did not pressure me. Accepted Groupon no hassle. Overall good experience.
