First time trying this place. Didn’t read reviews, just walked in. I LOVE the professionalism and the treatment I received! He did such a great job. I’m new to SA and have been going to another location on 1604/281 but KD did a MUCH better job and it’s cheaper! I am sooo happy I found this place VERY close to work!!! THANK YOU!!

I was charged for shellac but less than two days the nail polish came off. Please see the pics. Very poor customer service.7/31/2021If you GUARANTEE that your shellac stays for 7 and my did not.When can I come back for you to fix itt? I will follow up and place new pics of you customer service for sure.

Besides the fact the tech was too busy watching and clicking on his phone the entire time, my nails hurt so bad. I got that stinging under the nails that day. He buffed my nails so hard like you know when your nails go back and they get hurt thats how my hands feel. I had a lot of the blue caked on to my fingers. $60? Ill go elsewhere. I only gave two stars because the girl that did my eyebrows was amazing.

Never again! 85$ for a new set, pretty basic black tips but the Burberry pattern nail is ridiculously sloppy. The tech would not get off his phone to pay attention, even after I pointed out the pattern was wrong.

I’m out in Texas with the Military for school. I broke a nail and needed it fixed. I went into this shop because I saw the good reviews. I wish I could say I had a good experience, but it was horrible. I needed one nail dipped. I found the color and told them I needed it dipped. I was given Kid as my nail tech. He seemed annoyed with me throughout my time there. Instead of the dip he insisted I get the acrylic color. I needed it to match and the color totally didn’t match. He didn’t even try to fix it or help me out. He filed my nail and it looked totally different than all the others. He didn’t care, just wanted me out of there. HORRIBLE customer service. I now have one nail that you can totally tell doesn’t match the others. I won’t be back. So if you’re in town and away from your normal nail techs because you are here for military service don’t go here. On top of it all he charged me $10 to fix one nail when a whole set cost $50. Total rip off and waste of time. Go somewhere else that cares about people and customers.

I went there to get a 45 dollar pedicure mostly to get my outgrown nail cut off the guy said he was going to charge me a 5 dollar extra and i said it was fine. The guy wasn’t even professional he was just on his phone he got mad when I reminded him about cutting the outgrown part off and then he couldn’t paint my nails because it’s bleeding and still charged me.

I went for the first time last week and loved my nails so much I bought my daughter. Beautiful nails. We will be returning and yelling everyone.

And while they were drilling my daughter nails they cut her and hurt her. We I asked them for a design they didn do it. They charged so much and when we said thank you they didnt say nothing back. Please do NOT go here. My daughter and I arrived and were waiting for services. They helped me but they jumped in foent of her saying other people came and they were busy. I told them I wanted both of us done only to be lied to and then we tried to come back after dinner and she said again we are busy you can come back tomorrow. I NEVER should have tipped her. Theyre rude and I wont come back. They acted as if they were gifting services. I would take there services if they were gifts.

Worse experience ever. I originally went in asking for Halloween themed nails but walked out embarrassed instead. My nail tech was in a rush so kept hitting my nails on top of the uv light and raising his voice at me for not telling him that the light was not on when he placed my nails in the machine. I had showed him multiple pictures with designs on each nail, after doing just one he started packing his stuff up and I had to let him know that I asked for designs on each nail. He became upset at this point and rushed even more. At the end he walked me up to pay, after handing him my card I got a notification right away letting me know my payment had went through, I was expecting my card to be handed back to me but instead I got told to wait for the manager. I had requested an uber before walking up to pay so i let them know I couldnt wait long due to the fact. I had asked for my card twice from the nail tech and he refused till the manager got there, I asked why since my payment had went through already. At the end I was yelled at by three different people due to their machine turning off. I was so embarrassed considering that the salon was so pack.

I went here because I saw good reviews I wish I have the same experience I paid almost 100 dollars for a mani and pedi. It has only Been 4 days and my nails are horrible nail polish is chipping off there’s a hole on one of my nails with missing paint. The lady doing my mani made me feel as if she was in a rush. Different shape and sizes. I’m really disappointed and will not be going back here.

This place has deteriorated in quality of service and staff. It seems as though they have changed the entire team to include management possibly ownership. I have been coming here for years but it seems this past year they have provided the worst quality in nail services I have ever received in life. I had solar gel nails. The nails were left too thick and the nail color with design was done sloppy and careless. Never returning. I would like to rate ZERO stars.

Supposedly a new girl worked on my daughters nails and mine at the Marbach location. We complained to the manager about how my daughters nails were crooked and how messy her nails were left and were still charged full price. I asked for a full set and charged $27 for straight acrylic on my own short nails with polish. Manager went with what her employee said which is she wanted her nails short (obviously had no idea what I was asking for) and did nothing to help us as customers....NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went in for a full face wax . Didn’t even wax or clean up right but had the nerve to charge me 30$ What a bad job. I will not be returning

Loved the pampering I received when my daughter took me for my birthday pedicure!❤ The ladies were so attentive, offered drinks while I sat back to enjoy my massage! Boss came in and changed the Tv from soccer to the news station for us. 👍 Really felt comfortable and welcomed here! My favorite spot! Thank you!

So my service requested was a removal of shellac finishing it with a simple manicure. No reapplying of shellac just clear coat. Simple.THe technician I got began by removing my shellac with a buffing drill. She took all the shellac off without even soaking my nails in the nail polish remover. It began to burn at times and I told her, she just giggled and rubbed my hand. I asked her don’t you soak my nails first she said no.When it was done, my nails were left looking like mountain ranges at the top. As in, each and every nail has several dents in them and are red with the deepest of the dents. They are sensitive and begin to hurt within just my ceiling fan on.I don’t get my nails done all the time, and I’m quite naive to the experience. In fact this was my first time doing shellac. But I do know that my nails shouldn’t look like I’ve been doing acrylic nails for the past 2 years when the last time I’ve gotten acrylic wa 7 years ago.Needless to say I went back for a refund after a small quarrel and will NEVER go back again.

Worse experience. Not only did she cut my nails too short, shorter than i wanted, she was in a hurry since it was close to closing time, she burned me and cut me. My dip started peeling after 2-3 days and is still peeling on all my nails, I was just there last week. Just horrible and will never go back there

I went in around 3ish and it was empty, the ladies were so nice, offered me something to drink while I get my deluxe pedicure. She did a wonderful job, it was comfortable and clean. I will definitely be coming back for service!

So I called this place and asked how much a set would be and they originally said it would be 50 dollars so I said ok had gone in got the work done so after we’re all done the lady ends up charging me 60 and I didn’t complain about because they looked decent but literally the next day I’m cleaning my boyfriends room pick up a sandal and one breaks then the next day another two break so I go in and they said it was free to fix it so I said cool they’ll call you when we’re ready 3 hours later at like 8 at night they call when I’m already asleep so I tell them can I go in in like two days they said yes so I came in two days later get them fixed and they want to charge me 10 dollars then laughs at my face thinking it’s funny to rip people off.

I think this salon does the best job for the value. The facilities are clean and the staff is nice and efficient. It is small so you have to make sure to book ahead of time. Price is good, not super expensive reasonable for this area.

I just came in last week, did a white color on a mani and pedi and so right after a few days my mani started to get a tint on them and so I went back so they could fix them but wanted to charge me $25 to fix them!!!! After I just did my mani and pedi last week literally!!! That is not good customer service....it should have either been free or at least $5 to fix them after I just came in and did them a few days ago.!!!!

Beautiful experience

This place is horrible. I went on Saturday to get my nails done and by Tuesday morning one nail broken ..then Tuesday night another broke..then Wednesday another cracked on the side. I came today to fix it and they still charged me to fix the three nails. I work in an office so I’m not clumsy with my hands. Terrible customer service. I will never come here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

My nails came out alright but on most womens nail days they go for the experience as well as their nails, my experience was interesting to say the least. I was given a quote time of 15 minutes and I waited 45 minutes, by the time I was dealt with the man didnt like that I wanted almond shape and I asked for a dark purple but I didnt want Polish I wanted powder but the man insisted I think it was because they were extremely busy which brings me to my next point, the waiting area was small and quickly ran out of seats for guest, also the area I was sat had fruit Flies everywhere....I wont return.

So if you like your toenails cut all crooked and different lengths go here. The lady doing my pedicure basically refused to cut the nails on my left foot then hacked away at the nails on my right foot. She was so busy watching TV Im surprised she was able to get my pedicure done at all. Definitely wont go back.

Nail polish came off less than 7 hours.

This places is terrible they don’t even deserve one star. Their customer service is the worse. I had requested a nail lady since I have heard she was really good. She looked at me and made an ugly face like I don’t want to do your nails, and mumbled something. She was not busy. OK, first time my nails were great! But, there was this man standing guard or something. Well he told me my daughter wanted Polka dots if that was OK 5$ extra. I said OK. my daughter later on said they just added the polka dots she never requested them. So they lied to me to get money Out of me. But, because my nails were great I went again for my fill abs they did a terrible terrible job and charged me 35 $ for that fill

The lady who did my nails did a terrible job. She rushed on my powder fill, so it looks like half matte and half gloss. I wanted a shiny purple not a dull dirty looking color :( do not recommend at all!!!

Only reason I give stars is because the lady who did my pedicure was very professional and courteousWhen it came to my manicure it was a horror showThe young lady who did my nails was very standoffish and then when she messed up my nails she couldn’t even understand what I was sayingWhen you buff and file the acrylic over the nail, you are then to have your client wash and brush the shavings in the sink....Then apply you polish after dried and clean hands are presented to be left with a finished product! They acted like I was speaking French or something. I was so upset Bc the owner and the technician made it seem like my nail was the cause of white specs in the nail.The customer is always right!If you let people put polish on your nails with nail shavings on them you not getting it done right!I’ll never go back nowUpdate: I had an infection in my big toe in which I had to go to a doctorAvoid this place!

They messed my nails up a few months ago and I decided to give them another chance yesterday and 3 of my nails the paint has chipped off completely.. they are shellac by the way. I will be there as soon as they open tomorrow.. and why does the owner only respond to the positive reviews?

*sigh* its always hard to find a decent nail salon with a decent nail tech that will actually get your nails done with precision and care .Why are you constantly stopping to watch a video with your coworker ?! Thats so unprofessional and rude ! Not to mention the fact that the coworker kept talking to him showing him her phone and whispering and pointing at whomever behind me .Also these are MY HANDS MY NAILS so I have to live with them for awhile maybe if he was paying attention the left side of my hands nails wouldnt be crooked !!!!! Ive been here A few times, and most of the time the service is wonderful and Im usually super happy with how my nails look when I leave. However I was just there today, and I have to say I will probably never come back again unless they offer to redo my nails for me.The edges are sharp and Jagged, the color is an awful Barbie doll pink that does not match what was on the little display thing. When I asked the lady if it was going to be like that, ( because you know how sometimes the shellac colors get lighter or darker once they apply the other top coats and the light and everything) she told me the display Fades, this is the color it is and then got irritated when I asked if we could change it.The shellac is super wavy, and the edges are just ridiculously sharp. Im going to have to go home and take a file to it myself. Disappointing because I had thought that I had found a salon and could continue to go back to many times however if this is their normal quality I Wont Go Back Again

Never going back.. my shellac started chipping after just 2 days and it’s only been 2weeks and it already looks horrible ...

I have been going here for about 3 months, and I tip very well. The reason I gave this place an extra star is only because her staff is most gracious and seem to care, but the female boss, I believe does not care for black people. Im an outgoing person, professional as well, and can be naive, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt... But, she hardly speaks and its like pulling teeth to get her to say anything. I didnt want to believe this about their establishment, but I really feel its true. Today was my last day going there; reason being she was taking off my nails and dug a little too deep, I said ouch! I instead of apologizing, she appeared upset at me and ask me if I wanted someone else to do my nails, and kept insisting. Believe you me it took everything in me not to go off. Instead I tried to reason with her with her husband standing there...her husband pussed her off, so he must have agreed with me.... speaking in their language. I just asked her to finish, and told them I would not be back. Take my money elsewhere, no biggy!

I was looking for a new nail salon for pedicures; tried this place today... The only good thing was they use liners... the more I looked around the dirtier it was. The sponge didnt look new, I didnt see her grab new tools or clean ones... They were already in a bucket. I had already made up my mind I wasnt going to come back... And then boom rash on my foot. I get pedis often and its never happened before! I washed with antibacterial soup soon as I got home... But it still has a light burning sensation. Im nervous for it to get worst. I wish I would of went with my gut from the start.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done, the staff (especially Trish and her husband) are the nicest people and my nails are beautiful! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience!

The lady there with the daughter that has brown hair fading to blond, she stole five dollars from me, she filed to much on all my nails that they all hurt, she cut & burned me twice with the drill & she messed up on my design, it was suppose to be an & she made it look like an .

Wish I could give a zero worst experience. Spoke very rudely to me when I expressed my concerns told me to get out and go away. I asked to see the license I was told Im a liar and they refused to show the license then the nail tech said thats why she hates black people!

Bad customer service! Had nails lifting after exactly one week- so their technique is definitely lacking. Nails done right dont lift and when I went in to get it looked at; they were offended and went off saying God knows what to each other. Its just not my cup of tea, I needed a simple repair and they made me feel uncomfortable

Two of the women working on my nails were speaking in their language and looking at me and laughing. It made me uncomfortable and very obvious they were talking about me. Disrespectful employees

The first time I went here, I guess the manager (middle aged man) was going to help me, got set up and then passed me to a different guy after waiting in the chair for about 10 minutes. I was rushed and told not to look at them when i was checking to see if any of the nails were crooked when he first put them on. Id rather know while it can still be fixed than be surprised at the end. Also, while I was being helped, people started coming in and the guy made a comment to me about it. This place only cares about quantity, not quality. Not going back.

I took my gf to get a pedicure and I had some issues even though I wasnt getting one. As I was waiting for my gf, she didnt seem she was enjoying her first experience with them. The biggest issue I had was when the lady dropped the scrub on the floor, picked it up, and continued to use it . I thought that was really unsanitary. She didnt want me to say anything but I am glad I didnt get one and I wont be back. The prices are the same as everyone else and their service was mediocre.

Absolutely terrible. I sat there for 10 minutes and no greeted me or asked what I wanted. I left definitely WILL NOT return.

The girl I had was so busy watching TV that she totally messed up my pedicure. On one foot she wouldnt cut the nails and then when I wasnt paying attention she hacked my toenails off on the other foot and left them all crooked. I dont know what her deal was, but it was like she was intentionally trying to make my toenails crooked. I couldnt explain it to her because either she didnt speak English or she pretended to not speak it.

They had great customer service, but the nails came off within a week i spent $45. Not going back again.

If there is an option, no star will choose it. The team is very despicable and very bad. I did my nail in this store and is stay just for Only 3 days. Quality is very bad, and the customer service is bad the do not care about the customer they car only for the money only.

They staff is rude it is extremely understaffed it takes way to long to get seen and it is extremely expensive
