First time and its hard to communicate with the guy who did my nails,charge me more when I only said just regular cleaning and regular nail polish,I dont know if he understand me,but the ladies said regular cleaning.and did clean regular cleaning and gel,they charge me more that I expected.cleaning was good i dont want gel but he put gel i keep saying no.he pretend he dont understand me.it sux,not good experience..nail color peeling off already its only a day,dissappointed!

The place to go get your nails done

Does anyone know where Sabrina that use to work at this shop is at now? She was the best person to do my nails .. no one at this place wants to tell me where she has gone. Yes. total stalker mode here, but she did the best job ever! lol Your help is greatly appreciated!

Called in right around 11am on a Wednesday, asked if they had any manicure openings, they told me yes to come on in. I went on my lunch break to have my horrid acrylics removed, they took me right away. I asked if they would keep my natural nail and use the UV gel powder nail polish on my real nails. Wish I could attach a picture, they kept all my natural nail, very gentle process of removing old acrylics and the gentleman who did my nails was absolutely superb. Will definitely be going back :) And I made in back to work in time.

I went with a group of my friends and my nails did not last at all, neither did my friends’s set. I got a full set w/dip and my nails started to break the next day. The lady was such in a rush she cut my cuticles, causing them to bleed and this other nail salon said they forgot to put this clear coat that prevents them from breaking. I was unsatisfied and it was my first time getting dip. Will not go again. However they were very nice and my pedicure was fantastic.

I went in at almost 7 they took care of me still. Tina hooked me up she was super cool. She stayed with me till 8 pm when they closed at 7:30 she didnt rush took her time and made sure to ask if I was okay with my shape. I will go back for my fill

I was referred by a friend to Nette and Im so glad I was, she saw me quickly, gave me exactly what I wanted and better, she responds quickly for booking and Ive never been disappointed 😀. She takes care of her customers and in her work and hand paints the designs on your nails. I Absolutely love this salon.

Went into this place and immediately I noticed the dude that was doing nails was in a rush. I wanted my nails edged up smoothly not to sharp, I didnt want my nails cut but he cut my nails anyways. Two days later the the DIP/ acrylic starts chipping off so I contact the owner and the owner pretty much tells me I cant get a refund but she can redue my nails. I wanted a refund but went ahead and took the owners offer and got my nails done again. Two days later they started chipping again. So yeah Ill never go into this place again. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I went to do my lashes last Wednesday 05/24/2017 didnt know her name. Just one week and my lashes began to fall my eyes got all puffy and irritated. Today I went in to explain to the receptionist I got my lashes filled and was CHARGED!!!! Never again will I go back. They do a better job in Mexico.

Tina is the greatest. Attention to detail with nails looking natural. Takes the time to get to know clients preferences.

I sent my family to this shop, the owner in particular. They said the shop opened late, when the owner and her family arrived to work they didnt greet the people I sent to them, and didnt apologize for being late. The owner sat at in her chair started working and the middle of working got on the phone and started talking to someone. Then turned around and called to make an appointment for a massage. My family got up and left. Very unprofessional!

I enjoy getting my nails done here. Very clean and the nail designs are top of the line. Customer service is great as well. Dont get your eyelashes done from here. I got the individual clusters and they started falling off the next day. Also the lady messed up my eyebrows when she waxed them. So I just stick with getting my nails and feet done from them.

I have been going here for a few months now and I love it. I always get Tina and she does a wonderful job.

Owner was helpful but the lady who did my nail did not great me when she sat down and just left after completing my manicure. A little snobby and rude. Nails came out good on the positive side.

The front desk person is very rude! He ignored me and just couldnt answer my questions about why my pedicure was so different from the basic pedicure. I had waited 20 minutes until he finally asked a nail tech to talk to me. Which is inconsiderate of my time. I am a paying customer, if he is going to be charging my card he better be able to answer my questions about what exactly he is changing me in a timely matter. Will never come here again!

I would like to give no stars if I could. Ben was excellent on my feet but that’s the only thing I liked. I hate my nails: I asked for ombré nails. I asked for lavender and came out with bubblegum PINK!!!! It was my first time trying ombré so I thought that it would change color with the machine or something. I wanted my nails to be a shorter length and asked for her to cut them down. She trimmed them a little. They were still long. She said they had to be long for ombré which is a lie (I googled it and found that out later). She wanted me to keep them long to charge me extra. She was yanking my hands very roughly and fast which made me ask if she was expecting another client. She actually said yes!! Then when she was done she told the other lady she didn’t have anymore clients. She charged me $143. Who tf pays that at a nail salon?? To make me matters worse I ended up going somewhere else to have them get rid of all the bulked up acrylic and cut them down:

I was a walk-in to get my nails fixed and they were able to get me in right away. Prices were a little higher than Im used to but service was good.

Just moved to San Antonio from NC. This is the first place I got my nails done at. Prices high as hell. I thought it was a joke. It broke my heart to pay $45 for a gel fill-in :( They did do a great job though. I love my nails.

I recieved a pedicure, which I thought was great, but by the time I got to my car and home the polish was smudged and scratched. I went back the next morning to have it redone and the person who helped me was not friendly and gave me an attitude about how she didnt know what color I had. I pointed he color out and she finally redid the polish, but her job wasnt great either and has bubbles in it. I wont be back here.

Just minutes of being in there I knew I was going to be disappointed. I called prior and they said i can just walk in. I went in 10 minutes after I got off the phone with them and they tell me its going to be 30 minutes, ok no problem. People came in and were being taken care of without waiting. They have their favorites. I ended up waiting an hour until someone took me back to do my nails. While I was there the employees were talking crap about clients and employees out loud to each other. They are completely unorganized. The said theyre open until 7:30 but theu started to collect their money around 6 and I had to pay & tip when the person was starting my nails. I paid $100 for my nails and I was so disappointed. Now I have to find another salon to fix their half ass job.

Incapable of doing nails and toes. Only person to trust here is the male receptionist and Lily. The receptionist helped me so much when the lady I went to completely ruined my nails. Lily is the only person I would ever go back to.*EDIT* went back today to Lily after the male receptionist told me that they did gel nails (not gel polish, but gel nails). After ripping my acrylic off, Lily told me they do NOT do gel nails and was going to be doing a full acrylic set and made me pay full price- for a NEW FULL SET of the exact same acrylic I had just had put on two weeks ago so it did not need to be taken off and put back on. Lily willingly took off the acrylic telling me I was getting a gel set and then waited until they were off to tell me she did not do gel sets. (65$ for just an acrylic set with WHITE polish). I will NEVER go back to this pitiful excuse of a nail salon.

When you come here ONLY ask or schedule appointment with Q, Crystal or Qs daughter. I am not sure of her name but she fixed some horrid ombre nails I got from new star by hausman rd & 1604. She redid my nails to holographic nails and I fell in love! Q is really good w/ designs and so is crystal. I also got my toes done by some older gentleman I didnt get his name but my toes were cut even and the polish did not smear afterwards. Hopefully this helps anyone!

Took my wife to get her nails done and all I can say is HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Everyone was so rude and unprofessional. Eileen in particular did a horrible job. My wife was in pain most of time during the procedure and after. DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH HER! My wife also has a friend who had a terrible experience with Eileen! She needs to be fired. Find another place to get your nails done, this place sucks!

This place sucks!! Walked in and simply asked how long to get a mani shellac and was told 10 mins. 30 mins later still sitting there waiting. Walked out. These people obviously dont have respect for a persons time. Guess thats what I get for trying a new place.

So my sisters 30th birthday was this week and she came in on a Monday to get a specific design, she dropped over $120 and 2 days later 2 of her nails were cracking even though she hasnt jammed them on anything or done any rough labor. She went in to get it fixed and first they told her she would have to pay $5 so of course, she told them she JUST came in. They then told her the person who originally did it would fix it for her no charge. The VERY next day another nail broke so she came back and again they acted as if they didnt know her then tried to tell her they only guaranteed the nails for 3 days after application. Its sad that people are being taken advantage of and in return getting terrible business. Please be aware that if you spend your money here, GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, DO NOT LET THEM ROB YOU! The service was poor and the application of the nails was lack luster too. Just make sure you know what youre getting into if you come here but I suggest saving yourself the trouble and going somewhere else.

Stopped going because it got to the point where I always had to redo my nails when Id get home. Skill and customer service have gone downhill.

This place up charges horribly. I will never go againYoull walk out spending $100 for one thing.. I used to like going here but they dont go off their price sheet. They make up numbers and lie about why its so much. Then when you go back the price will be different again.. its frustrating

PISSED isnt even the word ! I went to another nail salon out of town to get a full set Just to have the nail tech discover BACTERIA under my right index and middle finger ! Nail flower salon is completely CARELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL for doing this to me! And I always tip $20! The nail tech out of town asked me if i have one particular nail tech do my nails and I told her no because everytime I go to get my nails done, im sent to some one different. Im going to assume that they are using dirty tools because this has bever happened to me ! Im highly upset because now I cant get my nails done until this nastiness goes away ! Imagine if a diabetic got their nails done and this happened to them ! LAWSUIT! You best believe i WILL report them to TDL! completely ruined my day and I WILL be going back to them to give them a piece of my mind when I get back in town !

I never got a pedicure i was waiting foe about 40 minutes and they still havent helled me uhhhh.

We called ahead for multiple pedicures and were told we could be in and out in an hour. After an hour and a half we asked if a second technician could work on our party and were berated by the man at the front desk. There were also roaches!!!!!
