Every single emergency I have had with my cat they have not once been able to get him in. I understand being busy but I don’t understand never having space for sick cats.

Levan Road Vet is the best place for your pet. I’ve been so pleased with the service from the vet techs and the doctors and have recommended them to friends. It’s always comforting to me when they remember my dog and pay her special attention. My only complaint is the parking lot :(. However, I consider how great the clinic is an I’ll put up with it.

My parents started bringing our family dogs here when I was still in diapers and now I bring my dogs here too. Staff is very professional and treat each pet as a unique patient. This place is always very clean. Highly recommend.

This veterinary hospital is lovely. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t outrageous — to be expected, like at any medical facility. The staff was great with my fussy cat. Our veterinarian was particularly good, especially with leaving detailed follow up voicemails for me. I appreciated that she mentioned she understood budget constraints for lab testing.

Today was my first experience with them and they exceeded my expectations. Such a kind, compassionate staff. And I cant even begin to say enough aboutDr McQueen. It felt like I took my cat to a dear friend instead of a vet. I highly recommend this practice & Dr McQueen!

We have 3 Boxer dogs, and regardless of which one I take in, they ask about the others. I realize they have their names in our chart, but they seem genuinely concerned. Great service, the doctors actually spend time with their patients. Not just run in and administer a shot and leave. Actually check out your pet to make sure they are healthy. Dr. Montgomery (and all the doctors) are wonderful and caring. The vet techs and the office staff are unfailingly pleasant. There may be a wait but that’s a small price to pay for quality care.

AMAZING does not even begin to describe how grateful i am for the caring staff. last night we lost our fur-baby. They gave us time to get our kids there to say good bye after the office closed. Fantastic group there. Dr McQueen does a great job and takes her time to answer any and all questions you have regarding your pet. Weve been Levan Vet customers since 1996 and as a kid growing up in Livonia, my folks used Levan Vet as well.

The worst vet..I could have taken my pet to..my experience was that bad..the female vet that seen my pet cat was so rude and uncaring .I reported her to the vet state board. .and when I called back to report this to the owner he never returned my call..I would not recommend using this vet.

The staff is fantastic. I left a 5 star rating even though they get backed up every day and afternoon appointments are generally delayed.

I cannot say enough kind things about the staff at Levan Road Veterinary Hospital and how they handled my senior aged cat. It was under unfortunate circumstances that I met this fine group of caregivers but I couldnt have asked for a better experience having to make the difficult decision that we did.

Dr McQueen was great with my shy cat, even got him purring! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. McQueen & the entire staff are amazing. Every visit has bern great. Everyone has a gentle & caring way anoyt them not only with our dear Shady, but us as well..We have never waited long at all and all of Shadys needs have been met through the years. I highly recommend this office.

Dutchess my rescued boxer was brought in by my husband. We were divorcing and I was unable to keep her. Dutchess stopped eating so he took her in. He wouldnt believe that she starved herself from missing me, he had a female vet cut her open since he said it must have been cancer. When I saw my Dutchess laying on the table with a black garbage back to hide the incision, I almost died right then and there. The staff made me feel like it was my fault. This image of my baby Dutchess will haunt me till the end of my days...

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to spend 5 minutes with the Doctor who didnt explain a thing. Will be going elsewhere next time my pets are due for vaccines.

Started with Levan yrs ago because the cost was low. Stayed for the service. The only downfall is trying to get an appointment that suits everybodys needs.

These guys clearly have scheduling issues. They schedule appointments for what reason? Showing up on a week night, on time, only to wait for over an hour in unacceptable. Get it together.
