I entered the store at 6:30 wanting a pedicure and nail dip. They said no to the nail dip because of the time (they close at 8pm). She began my pedicure and immediately started using a buff tool to scrape my shellac off. It was so painful and she cut my cuticles. She rushed through and didnt paint the whole toenail on multiple toes. The service was awful. Ill NEVER return. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

They prejudge. I called to see if they had space and when i showed up and they saw me, they said no smh. The first time I came, they were rushing me out bc of what i looked like and my nails were not even dry. Don’t go. Unless you’re old & white.

I left super disgusted. The man who looked after me believed and did it in a bad way. everything was done in a hurry and I cut a finger with his file I left without a finished manicure and he charged me $ 30.00 is my first time in that place and the last one. I do not recommend it!!!!

Wont be coming back unfortunately.My fingers were BLEEDING, when I told him he was hurting he continued. When I polietly told him I was not happy with all the cuts he replied Its not a big deal, I put alcohol itll heal. He took 5 dollars off but the pain is definitely not worth it. Sorry :(

Same thing happened to me, as the last reviewer. The worst experience of my life. Needed to buy triple antibiotic ointment and bandages when I left this place. Older woman could not see, apparently, and kept filing my skin as opposed to the nail. Worst shaped nails I have ever had. Brought it up to her several times and she ignored me. Before I sat down I asked her if she could do coffin shaped nails. Ultimately I bled on 4 fingers. Ran out of there, NEVER again. I was being lazy, by doing my nails inside a Wal-Mart...

I love going here i have never had a problem at all.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Youre better off spending more somewhere else. Worst pedicure Ive ever received. Lady cut my nails too short, took skin off my toe and then didnt polish the edges and when I asked to fix it she mumbled something under her breath and wouldnt repeat what because she was mad. NEVERRRR AGAINNNN! My friends set of nails had extra acrylic under her nails that were not filed off and acrylic was left lumpy.

Not happy at all! The woman that did my fingernails was nice however she left me with the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever had. Almost every single nail is literally pointing upwards at a 45 degree angle...I don’t know how she could have messed up this bad and not realized it. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and see if they would turn out looking ok, but they really ended up bad.

Horrible experience. First I didnt understand them, they barely speak english. Second, a lot of blood and rudeness. My nails super thick and the nail polish horrible. I almost go to another place to fix it but I will wait until next week. My nails look like candies.... Horribleeeee
