My mom recommended this place to me. We got Pedis. And it was so much fun! Took my daughter and shes very ticklish so she was just laughing the whole time she got her feet done and the ladys we awesome and just laughed with her! Great work and a fun experience

This was the first manicure I’ve had since Covid hit a year ago, and I used to get them regularly. Needless to say, I was in desperate need of one. The wait was acceptable, since I was a walk-in, but the gentleman who did my manicure was fantastic. He took his sweet time making sure my cuticles were perfect, the nails shaped perfectly, and everything was smooth and flawless. He met every expectation I had. 5 stars!

I didn’t get the lady’s name that did my solar french tip nails. She did an excellent job. She was fast and efficient! She suggested I get the tips with a little glitter. It was a nice bonus bling!

$20 for Shellac polish was exactly in my budget! Very quick service as always, almost too quick though as youll notice some polish on my skin of my ring finger. But I would come again for sure. And they have other loyal customers that I see everytime Im in. $10 for eyebrow wax is my normal service from them and they do a great job at keeping my shape and just cleaning up.

Went in with my husband and we both got mani/pedi. I got the dip with mine & he got the stone stone. We were both satisfied and enjoyed the ambiance and the friendliness of the owner. This is probably the prettiest my nails ever looked.

The first time I came was good. But the second time the lady didnt do so good. She had nail polish all on my skin and didnt cut nails even.

The tech (man) seemed as he didn’t know what he was doing and what tools to use! It was also very painful!!service was rushed, as he didn’t want to work! Also for a deluxe pedicure there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DELUXE ABOUT IT! He clipped only 1 nail! I had to tell him to get the skin around my toe nails! I had been coming here for years!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Owner (Tammy) was aware of how unsatisfied I was, and didn’t care about it rectifying the issue /problem at ALL!

This place is great. Priced appropriately. They also have a rewards system. Get the pedicure from the Asian man he really knows what hes doing.Update- quality has changed for worse. No loyalty for long time customers.

Worst nail place I’ve went too I wanted a set of acrylics i asked if they can also paint my 3 year old daughters nails with polish. We waited 1 1/2 .she was so excited and when we sat in the chair and they told me no they couldn’t do her nails in a ugly way saying they didn’t have time for my daughter nails I waited and then to be told that also started saying something as I walked out.

Kathy was great I was short on time, but very indecisive she did rush me or try to up sale me. Manicure was a little lacking but it got the job done shellac looks great and thats what matters.Went in a second time got a pedicure and manicure this time. Environment is great different manicurist but she took her time and made sure to remove me shellac gently and not damage my nails.

Horrible! They are so rude and unprofessional. Did a half job on my nails because she was already mad, I was not satisfied. I do not recommend this place at all. After that I will not be attending anymore. They overprice everything too.

I’ve been there a couple of times and at first the service and everything was great then after the 2nd time the service was terrible and my polish came off after a week and i had got the shellac polish which is supposed to last for 3-4 weeks according to them. I don’t recommend at all. The polish doesnt last and they’re rude.

Getting it done nicely is a hit or miss. One thing that bugs the f out of me is them trying to sell you shilac powder nails manicure etc. it’s like ask me once is okay but 10 x is enough! I already know what I want done so stop asking. I’ve been doing my nails long enough to just get what I want done and pay and come back. So stop forcing me to upgrade!

Ive been getting my solar nails and pedicure here for several years. Love their work. I always get compliments on how beautiful my hands look. If there is an issue after I love they are always gracious on getting it fixed.

While the technician was nice and profession, when I left the salon, my nails felt as if I could have done them at home. I had a gel manicure. My nails started to peel within two days. They gel is almost completely off at the edges. The nails felt soft, rather than hard and strong, even after I put a clear polish to further protect them when I arrived at home.

This is the only place I go to get my nails and face done. Tam and the rest of the staff are great! Its great service for a really good price too. Im super picky about my eyebrows and keeping them a good thickness, and Tam does an amazing job waxing them to my liking.

Best nail shop in San Antonio! They had so many options and styles to choose from. I ended up getting glow in the dark nails! I love them!

I have been to this location a handful of times and keep hoping it will improve because they are very nice people. I will however not be going back any longer. The shellac polish begins to lift in one week. I have had my nails done by more than one person so I cannot attribute it to that. Great customer service, lacking quality of work.

Ive been coming to this place for about 3 or 4 years now and I ALWAYS get my eyebrows and lip done. They dont just wax and let you go they pay attention and make sure it looks right. Ive gotten my nails done once and they were absolutely beautiful. I always recommend K T nail & spa to friends and family.

I recently move to San Antonio and a friendrecommended this place. i want to say that the people that work there are nice but the service of mani and pedi is not good and i really think that they dont sterilize their tools or use any kind of disinfectant, the lady only scrub the little tub with a sponge with no disinfectant or anything and the tools she was going to use from UV Sterilizer box where the same ones she used on the other client and i didnt see the machine was on. i had the powder done and its already coming off. For this reason will never go again.

Ive been coming here for years and the lady most of the reviews are talking may be Tammy. Ive dealt with her for a very long time and she is NOT rude but if you come into her shop and think your not going to be disrespectful and rude - then you have another thing coming. Ive had an issue with a lady there too but after talking with Tammy - the lady was let go. She loves her customers and will do what ever you like if she can. I recommend this place!! I dont believe you will be disappointed.

Tammy is very nice & shes super gentle. Ive had bad experiences with other nail shops so it was hard for me to trust just anyone. Tammy was recommended by a friend of mine. Im so glad I went.. shes completely earned my trust.

Although I did not receive rude service, the lady was very nice. However, I just got home, took a shower and my Shellac is coming right off. Its bubbled and full of water Im guessing. I am going to attempt to go back tomorrow and ask for a refund however, I have a feeling based on the reviews, its not going to happen but we shall see.

Long wait,too hot and no fans inside maybe 1 or 2. Lady does not dip your nails in the color she applies it with a brush so nails look extra thick.Overall I went twice big mistake going back the second time.

Worst place so far and I’ve been to some places. My nails are so uneven it’s not even funny, like I could have done them better myself. Asked to get them filled and evened out. Honestly they were a lot more even before I walked in. When I pointed it out to the lady she started to argue with me and saying its my fault because I didn’t get a full set. They are soo sharp im getting scratches my just touching my skin. She’s really just thinking about the money and not about the result. My real nails are almost longer than after she did her thing.

OMG! I have never EVER had this bad of an experience. Took my baby girl to get her nails done. When they were done the lady said it would b 55$. As I was about to pay my daughter showed me her nails. They were far from decent. Glue and nail polish under her nails. Nail polish all on her fingers and the nails were lumpy and not enough coats. So I was a little pissed. Told her to fix them. The lady tht did my daughters nails was upset because my daughter said she was being rough. When she fixed them (actually looked the exact same) then she charged me 60$ because she had to redo them. I was over it and wanted to get the heck out of there. I will NEVER EVER go to tht worthless place again.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.!!I came to get a pedicure paid $35.00They only soak my feet on water didn’t even scrubbed itI told her I wasn’t happy and otherwise i should of paid for the basic $25.00 she said I don’t care if u liked it or not we soak ur feel for 20 minutes and put cream on it that’s enough of course I still pay them didn’t make a big deal about it I asked her can you at least cut my toe nails? by the way her name is TAMMYAssuming she is de owner or supervisor she is also rude. I decided to give this place a try because it was in my general neighborhood but do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. As a customer, they treated me very rudely and in a hostile and hateful manner. They scream if you ask them a question and completely attack you verbally because the language barrier is so strong. There is a woman who runs the desk and assigns you to someone -- she is extremely hostile and dishonest, and sets a stressful and toxic tone for the entire salon. They lie to you and do not honor promotions or proof of having earned a free manicure after 10 nail services. Do not get your eyebrows waxed there unless you want them to completely destroy their shape and thin them completely.

I needed to get my nail did..... actually I got a pedicure for my runners feet.

The WORST experience ever! I wanted my nails done, and ended up with hives on my face. I wanted my eyebrows threaded, lip threaded, and my nails done. I advised the nail tech I was allergic to hot wax and she advised that they did not use wax, it was way better than hot wax. I lay back I see the strip she is about to use, and I was o.k. with it. I close my eyes and I feel hot wax on my face! I was too done then. She was still insistent that she did not put hot wax on me. By now she is rubbing the wax removal pad on my eyebrows, and I am furious. I asked what happened to the other strip she had, and she was like O, thats not wax, thats just some hair remover strips for sensitive skin. I WAS OUT THE DOOR in no time. I was so mad I could have went crazy in there. But its o.k., I will not be back there and neither will anyone I know.

This place should not be open to the public tried to get shellac done here ive gotten the same color everywhere else and they used a half empty bottle of the color i choose used a regular light to try to cure the color and when she finished the polish wasnt dry it was WET! I tried to get her to take it off and the owner tammy rudely yelled at me saying i still had to pay for the damn service. She then proceed to talk about me in vietnamese which i understand. This very cheap salon is NOT worth anything you get here, very rude managers. Wont ever go back

This place is NOT worth it!!! Decided to get my nails done and the lady who was working on them was rude and mean she kept hurting my fingers and did a very bad job my nails look lumpy and ugly I DO NOT recommend this place it’s aweful!

I cannot believe this place! The tech was personable but she kept trying to upsale me it was very off-putting and then they charged $120 for my shellac mani and pedi plus my ten year old daughters shellac mani and just paint on her toes no pedi, i couldnt believe it and they were supposed to honor a special kid price for her age! The pedicure i asked for was basic but for the price i thought they would do more they didnt even touch my callouses. To top it all off the tech was in such a hurry she didnt do enough coats on my nails u can still see through them. Its only been 4 days and my shellac is already chipping :( I have never been more dissatisfied and will never go back or recommend anyone there!!

I have given this shop a try on 3 separate occasions and each time the nail techs are extremely rude, obnoxious, and slow. I came in 1 day with my daughter and by the time they got to me the lasy said she was tired and could do my nails but had to bring my daughter back the next day although ot was an hour before closing time. That is just unexceptable. I will never go back
