Never again will I ever come here! Had to go back two times the first time was because they made my French tip nails too thick & I did not like the shape. I asked to cover it up and she charged me 10 extra dollars for gel tell me when have you ever seen gel peel off this is regular polish maam. My nail polish peeled off the next day. I do not recommend this place to anyone ended up spending 110 and that’s cause I tipped her 10$ when I didn’t have to because it was their problem to fix. Definitely finding a new place to get my nails done.

Jen has Been my nail tech for more than a year she is absolutely talented and super sweet!! I love her so much she is so creative and will make them look so beautiful 😍 I would recommend going to her she is so professional and amazing

As soon as I walked in everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I’m new to the area and wanted a great nail place I could trust with my mani and pedi. Vina took me in and she did more then amazing! I had very thin nails and she took very good care of my nails. I showed her an idea of what I wanted (it was a new style for me and simpler then what I get) and let her do the rest, I couldn’t love my nails any more! I also needed one of my toe nails to be fixed and she went above and beyond with my services. Highly recommend her and I will be going back soon! Thank you Vina for my cute little pink nails!💖

Sooo I’m still in the parking lot! I just spent $95.00 on this!! I asked for a specific mani and pedicure and was offered other things without being properly informed! That being said, look at $95 work!! I was basically told it was my fault. She even had the audacity to show me the prices as if we didn’t have an entire conversation. I had one of the older women in the shop! 2.5 hours later! SMH.

I highly recommend Graciela to get eyebrows or any waxing done...shes privately owned and does an amazing job in a back room. Very satisfied with her work!! Spent most of the time sitting and waiting. Saw people coming and leaving for the same services with no appointment before me.Nails were not filed properly and were still sharp after mani.Basic pedicure is $18, but with shellac it’s $30 total. So an extra $12 for the polish alone.Overall not impressed. If you think hours of waiting for subpar service and getting a discount then this is the place for you.

Dirty, Old, Unprofessional, Sloppy. The salon is not clean and it’s not clear whether the tools are sanitized. My nails were painted so sloppily that I had to repaint them myself. During my service I was using a towel to cover my legs for modesty which the woman who was working on me ripped off prematurely exposing parts of my body I wasn’t comfortable with. I called to address this on the phone and the woman I’m speaking with eventually apologizes but first tries to imply that the woman didn’t speak English well. Speaking English has nothing to do with it. It was clear I was using that towel for a reason, and anyone could see that. Please do not insult people whose second language is English. The disrespect and lack of care was egregious and unacceptable for an establishment servicing WOMEN and GIRLS. Level up already.Good things: Massage and scrub were good.

First time getting a pedicure, yet alone being in a salon. It was comfortable and relaxing. All the ladies here were extremely nice and offer cold beverages while you wait. I came here with my best friend Sunday just when they opened. Luckily we were the first walk-in. Lots of people do walk-ins here, so if you’re crunched for time, make an appointment!

Been seeing Jen for a while. Had my third session with her last week. She’s done an amazing job with with nails. She’s very trendy and listens to what you want but also suggest what she can also add on your nails as well. I’m never disappointed :DShe was suggested by one of my fit friends from her Instagram and that’s how I found out about Jen. Jen also gets back to you right away when it comes to setting appointments and sending over your nail ideas to her. She’s also well known with 2 other of my friends and they are never disappointed. The staff is very nice and welcoming, as well. Well be making my next appointment soon

I got dip powder. The lady did good overall, the only bad thing was the pictures below. She missed a part of my nail on about 3 of the nails. When I told the lady she said its supposed to be like that because if it touched my skin it would hurt. I included another pic of my other hand, same nail to show that it didnt look like this on ever nail. Overall it was an okay/good job, but I also havent gotten my nails done in about 1-2 yrs.

I asked for acrylic french tips. And i got a solid pink color with gel white french tips. My nails are ugly and fat. I told the woman i wanted them thinner and she said she still had work to do on them. She seemed very rushed. I wont be back. And i wouldnt recommend. She told me they looked natural...

Salon says it opens at 10:00am, walked in the salon at 10:09 and seats were already filled as if these women had been there for a while. I tried to be understanding because I understand it can take time being seen when going to nail salons but to wait from 10:09-11:45 and no communication what so ever... it was frustrating... I could definitely see the other woman waiting were frustrated as well because there was 0 communication. I ended up leaving without getting my nails done because I wasn’t intending to wait for almost 2 hours to get a filling and new color.

Jen is the BEST nail artist she is so quick,talented,efficient, and patient with her work, always makes sure you get exactly what you asked for and even better! She is so precise with all designs and gives the perfect set.Iris is also super great!! I went in with unlayered and dead ends and she gave me the best haircut ! This place is just trying to hurry up and rush you out. The only person who showed care when it came to my nails was the women who was doing my pedicure. The other women in the shop seem to have a disdain for black people as they didnt follow any proper steps cleaning and shaping my natrual nail. They did not push my cuticles back so now I have horrid nails one week after paying 235 for me and My mom.

They took care of it no problem, Jasmine suggested that I try powder and I tried it once but was not too fond of it. To my surprise, Jasmine did my nails for the very first time and I love them! I went In to correct a haircut that was messed up at another hair salon. Im glad I went in. The stylist named margarita who took care of me seated me quickly and understood what I wanted to have corrected. Big salon, not fancy looking, I always get someone different to do my pedicure or nails and they all have done a great job. I give it 4 stars because its messy looking for my taste.

Me and my daughter had a pedicure. The lady didn’t get the bottom of my feet. No hot towel. Only did my cuticles and painted my toes. My 13 year old daughters feet for her pedicure received what I paid for. The lady charged me 50.00 dollars for my feet and 30 for my daughters. And I my nails for a refill was 45.00. I have never paid that much for a pedicure. Poor service and a rip off . They do a good job on the nails .. but over charges and doesn’t do what you pay for. I’m so upset.

The tech was very nice- but totally tore my cuticle up on my right big toe. It scarred up and got infected. They didn’t even autoclave the tools- just rinsed them in the water I had my feet in. Never again!

So I had previously been to this establishment and the service was decent.. I called and scheduled and apt I showed up and no one would help me.. super unprofessional! And it always looks dirty

I went to get mine and my daughters nails done on Monday and I’ve been here before like 3x and they have done a decent job, but this time around I went with the older lady (not sure of the name) but she worked at the desk right behind the counter & I showed her a pic of what I wanted and how short, and she kept trying to get me to change WHAT I WANTED and HOW I WANTED IT, which I thought was very rude and so she went on and did the ombré pastel colors like I asked but didn’t do the colors I want which was pastels, she kept saying they didn’t have those colors and kept coming back with glow in the dark colors..so I finally agreed to colors I would like, and she did not blend them well into the ombré look I wanted they were uneven and still at this point kept undermining what I wanted and telling me I need to learn how to type with long nails cause I explained why I didn’t want longs and cause I just don’t like long nails period, so she was very rude and when i asked if she can blend it better cause it didn’t look like an ombré she sighed and grabbed my hand aggressive to fix it, so when I got done I said “okay let me pick my daughters colors” and she was like “I have other people waiting” and I told her and she knew that she was gonna get her nails done to and it was just to paint them since she’s 4 YEARS OLD, and she was being so ugly to my daughter telling her to stop moving her fingers which she was not cause I was watching like a hawk.. anyways I got them done 3/29/21 and they are already lifting it’s only been 4 days and I paid $70. Will not be coming again

I did have to wait a while but once I got Ms.Viha to do my nails, she did not only amazing but listened to everything I wanted for my nail and even to the time to look at pictures to repeat close to the color I wanted. Thank u so much!
