I am very picky about tuners. Ren is the best in Las Vegas.

I have been waiting 3 months for piano tuning appointment and have communicated back and forth and then today the messages if I was still interested (why wouldn’t I be) I messaged back an hour later yes... then they messaged back 2 hours after that Oh sorry you have lost your appointment ... Disappointed no customer service ...

Ren is always very thorough, professional, and goes the extra mile! She is great at what she does and is very reasonable! She has tune our grand piano to our upright and the results have been amazing!

5+ stars :) we could not be happier with the client service and proficiency with Rens work. We recently purchased a home in Boulder City, and the previous owners left us a baby grand piano. We knew NOTHING of our piano. We knew it needed service, and contacted Ren for assistance.Very professional and informative. She educated us and provided us a brief history of our type of piano. Now our piano sounds amazing (now we just need to learn to play :) )We will HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone!!!
