I walked in as a new costumer for a full set . My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Leny (sorry if the spelling is wrong) took care of me immediately. The staff was super friendly and the overall vibe was a nice one. They even offered me drinks ! I definitely recommend this place. Reasonable prices. And they were really fast. They definitely know what they are doing. SUPER HAPPY AND SATISFIED!

I came in with my sister to get my nails done at 3:45. We were greeted and asked to wait for a little while. We were then both sat down to get our nails done. The lady who was going to do my nails picked out my colors and cleaned my nails then said she couldnt do them because she had an appointment. I was still fine with that and waited patiently....for an hour....no I e else spoke to me or told me how much longer I was going to have to wait. It wasnt until I noticed my sister was almost done with her nails that I decided to get up and leave at 5:15. Once I left they all of a sudden had someone available to do my nails and asked my sister to call me back but at that point I really didnt want to wait any longer to get my nails done.

I walked in for a pedicure, and I never had a problem with having one with other places. And I know that they were looking at my skin and I have Psoriasis which is an autoimmune disease and not contagious. I was being seated down at the pedicure station and the guy took a look at me and said something which I didn’t understand and the lady then came and told me I couldn’t have a pedicure because of my skin condition I felt really embarrassed because that has never happened to me and they way he was looking at me made me feel insecure, they have never denied me to get one done. I will be suing the place for discrimination.

Best place to get a pedicure! Ive been here couple of times and I always come out super happy with all their services. Theyre never in a rush and really take care of you feet 😊 theres a variety of pedicures and prices to choose from. Today I got the jolly signature and I loved it!! this is the one and only place to definitely get it done the right way!!

Mia is probably the best at what she does my facial was amazing! And her technique is by far amazing! I went in today just get lashes but decided to do a facial it was so relaxing! I would definitely be recommending mia to all my friends and family for facials and eyelash extensions! Super affordable and super quick with the eye lash extensions!

The establishment is very clean and it looks professional. The people here provide wonderful customer service! They offer wine, drinks and plenty of snacks that are appropriate for adults AND children! I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place, and I’m so glad I came.

I was very disappointed in the lash extensions. I have had my lashes done before. We here and she had my eyes open the while time while doing my lashes. The glue they use there burn like HELL. I couldnt see to drive home after my eyes where so sore and red. Thank God I had my son with me so he could drive use home safe. I love the work on my nails she did. I will never get lashes done there again.

Had to change my review because this time around they have really outdone themselves, a complete 180 from the previous visit! They were quick getting me seated and were very good about making sure I liked my nails every step of the way. The staff is so kind and the nail tech was very gentle with my nails and skin surrounding them.

I did not have an appointment but didnt have to wait. The lady who took care of me was very nice and made sure that I was pleased with her work. She did a very good job and now my feet are very relaxed and pretty. I highly recommend this salon to my friends, family and colleagues.

I wanted Shellac nails and ended up with Acrylics with nail polish on them. I don’t get my nails done often so I didn’t even realize at the time. I was even severely overcharged as well. The man had his earbuds in the entire time and didn’t talk. Will never come back, this place used to be good but not anymore.

If I had left this review a month ago based only off of my first experience there, then it would have been 5 stars. I came in the evening, got sat down and offered a drink. I honestly cant remember the womans name who did my nails, but I had gotten a full set of acrylics and she did an amazing job. She took her time, was extremely detailed, and made sure they were completely dry before I took off. The atmosphere was so relaxing and I even got offered a free tube of hand lotion after paying. Then I went back three weeks later for a fill. Wasnt greeted, wasnt offered a drink, and this time it was Anthony who did my nails. He never really said more than five or six words to me the whole time, didnt ask me anything about what I wanted, and kind of just rushed through it. He then left me at the drying station for at least forty minutes until I just got up myself to go pay. Then literally four days after receiving the fill, almost every single one of my nails were beginning to lift away and break off. So I called and asked if they could fix it free of charge and they said yes which was great. But then when I came back in, they sent me back with Anthony to have him fix them and it was the exact same experience all over again. Except this time, he was rushed with the polishing as well, so I had to come home and clean up the job myself. And with how rushed it was again, Im fairly confident they wont last past a week. After the first experience, I would have come back again and again indefinitely, but now after these last two, Ill probably be returning to my old favorite nail spa. Im genuinely disappointed that it didnt work out.Update, 1-7-20: Just as I had assumed, my nails are already lifting around the edges just like last time so now I have to go and pay for a full set somewhere else all over again. And for that, I am taking my review down another star to two.

First time coming here and will be returning!! My two daughters and I went to get pedicures. I was surprised how caring and friendly the staff is. Our experience was awesome our toes feel and look great! I highly recommend Jolly Nails.

This is an amazing salon on the southside. My sister and I just so happen to stumble on them one night when we were looking after work. They graciously accepted us and were super kind. Vicky is phenomenal and really goes the extra mile for her clients. Now that we live closer to this side of town I’m not going to anyone else for my nails. 10/10 from me!!

Lily did an amazing job on my nails and toes. Got exactly what I asked for and had fun talking with Lily. My two girls who went with me also got exactly what they wanted and love their mani/pedis which is like mission impossible on a good day. Highly recommend this place.

I have come to jolly nails several times over the past two years with recommendations to many friends and family but for the past two sets that I have paid over $100 per set have lasted less than a week. The first time I didn’t come back for a fix I came for a full set and was told next time to say something..... well here we are 3 days later and I am having to wait with the Easter crowd to get a nail fixed because of their lack of quality and they think having me wait in the order of people arriving is ok when I came Tuesday and I need one nail fixed. I have been standing for over 30 mins as they continue to sit others before tending to me..... if you ever decide to bring your business here I would suggest dealing with kallie only. She never had an issue whether with my naturals or acrylics lasting less than 3/4 weeks.

This was my first time coming here and it was fantastic! They checked my temperature, as I came in for my appointment, and asked me to wash my hands. I even came in a little early and they sat me right away. When I was done they immediately sanitized my chair. Great service! They were so nice!

The staff here is friendly and they keep the place clean. Plastic barriers are up at every nail and.pedicure station to keep safe and they clean down chairs and tables after every customer. I would recommend this place

Went with my daughter and daughter-in-law made an appointment for pedicures. Didnt have to wait at all when you got there They attended to us really quick The host comes and ask if it was something to drink should bring us what we asked for. We always have great service when we go there. My daughter likes to go there because she says that the nails stay on pretty long. We have gone to other places and they usually come off pretty quick. We will continue to go there.

My girlfriend went and the design was pretty good but the nail size was so small it barely covered her natural nails, and told about the length she said “well I already put them on” and at first the price was $50 but after asked if she could make them longer it was jumped to $70. Unprofessional without a doubt

My husband and I arrived around noon on a Thursday and were helped instantly! The hostess, April, greeted us kindly and promptly. We both got pedicures and I also got a dip powder manicure. Lily did my husbands pedicure, KP did my pedicure, and Callie did my manicure. All three of them were kind, thorough, and meticulous! I would definitely recommend this salon!

Told them what I wanted and showed them an image. Lady said oh yes I can do that for you. Tried two different methods of trying to get hombre....which didnt work. Then she had an appointment so left me to soak off what she had done. A man took ok and did a bit better but idk not super satisfied:-(

I went because of the reviews and I was in the area. They were quick to get my manicure started. The place was clean and inviting. I was not happy with the manicure though. They actually didnt do a manicure. I decided to have my nails dipped. They started the dipping process without pushing back my cuticles or trimming any areas. At the end of my dip they said, there is some hand lotion if you want some. Weird. No lotion or massage. I dont think that is normal but maybe for this salon it is. I wont go back.

I went in on this Sunday around 1pm and it’s not so busy which added to the peacefulness in there. Everyone seems laid back and I really enjoyed the extra care added to the precision of my coffin shaped nails. I wanted a rose quartz effect, but they didn’t have the ability to do so. However, they are a beautiful and perfectly even set of nails. Thank you Adam ✌🏼

This is my usual nail salon since Ive moved to the SE Side always had great service. I went in this past Saturday during the Easter rush and didnt notice how thick they looked and just not as nice as usual. I went back in today to tell them I would like them thinned out. Without hesitation, or an attitude they sat me down, asked what I didnt like and he fixed them perfectly with no charge. I have always loved this place and now love it even more... AMAZING customer service guys I will forever be a customer.

Jenny is the best. She is so friendly, patient and kind. She was constantly being interrupted but stayed cool. She did not rush me out and took her time with me. All very friendly. Love the relaxing water fall.

Great place to get your nails done . The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars because. I brought my girls ages 2 5 an 8 to get there nails painted an the told me my 2 year old wasnt allowed in the salon ( she was in a stroller ) the told me to stand out side. Other then that the nail quality is ok. But probably wont be back for the fact they are not kid friendly.

Received a gift card on my birthday to Jolly Nails. Today was my first time here. Got my first nail set ever so I didn’t know exactly what to ask for. Just knew I wanted something different. I normally just get a basic manicure and haven’t been to a spa in about a year so my cuticles were needing to be cut. The person I got seemed to not really care, didn’t really talk much or communicate. Just cut my regular nails and threw the tips on top. Are we supposed to ask them to clean our cuticles?? I thought as a professional they would’ve done it or recommended to do it. The nails themselves came out nice however my hands at the edges of my nails look dry and ugly. Not worth it!!! Receptionists were really nice and helpful! Also my daughters nail tech was nice! I think it was just the person I had. Will post a picture.

Ive waited a week to post my review to make sure it was accurate. My nails were done by Kallie and she was amazing and perfectionate about her work. My nails are still holding up wonderfully. The only downfall is its a bit pricey from where I usually go but I am from Illinois. I wasnt there long before being seated and they kept asking if I would like something to drink. Very nice service and atmosphere. I will be sure to return there again.

Best nail salon Ive been to in San Antonio. I get the dip powder and have been very happy every time so far (just had my 3rd set done). I feel like the prices are fair, the employees are very attentive, and my nails last without issue 3 week minimum, growing out with no lifting at all. Ill be a customer as long as I live here.

Few weeks later I noticed I had an infection on my toenail. Never in my life had one before. Very disgusting. Please sanitize your equipment.

Clean salon with a decent selection of colors, the only thing I could recommend would be to get more color ranges in polish. One of the best I’ve been to! Try it you won’t regret it!

Pedicures are so relaxing! They have so many nail dip colors! I always make an appointment, but they do take walk-ins, as well. Went back again in the summer and in the fall and I absolutely cant say nothing but great things about this place! Lots of new colors too! Woohoo!! I went here for a shellac full set before and had no issues. i went there again and had the worst experience. not even 24 hours after the manicure 3 of fingers are completely chipped. some of the worst work i’ve ever seen. definitely won’t be spending my money there every again.update: i went to get the nails fixed and the same thing happened again. don’t waste your money here
