Had a basic manicure. Was great. Had the orange blossom pedicure and it was fantastic. All the staff was super nice. My person was Sunny and he was also fantastic. Highly recommend the place and will definitely go back again. Thank you Sunny for giving me such a great pedicure and manicure!

Ken did a beautiful job on my ombre dip manicure as well as my shellac pedicure. Very friendly service and the place has a lovely decor.

I am 13 and got a man named Lee, he was rough, wouldn’t tell me what to do and I go to other places normally for gel nails, he didn’t paint them well. He did half the nail and I had to point it out. He pulled my arms and legs and left a mark. He pulled my fingers too. He put my hands in an uncomfortable position and I felt them pop. He also slapped my hands to put them in the machine even though they already were. I don’t recommend this. At least not Lee.

The nail techs were friendly, charming and very professional. My kids and I enjoyed getting our nails done. 10/10 would come back again. 🥰🥰😁😁

Not worth the $60, nails look dull. He put the shellac on first and then had me put my feet in warm water before scrubbing and so on.... application is not smooth or even and there is huge nick. You pay extra for shellac so it look shinny and an even application. Didnt happen.

Beautiful building but the quality of the work is very poor. It would be wonderful if the quality of the work matched the quality of the aesthetics of the decor in the building. Wont be going back. Been three times and was dissapointed each time.

Ive been a faithful client to Indulge for over 2 years, and the last few times Ive gotten a manicure or pedicure, its been subpar. This last visit pushed it over the edge, and Im sad to say I probably wont be going back. I had requested an ombré French manicure, and even provided pictures of what I wanted, using the dip powder on my natural nails and received probably the worst manicure Ive ever had. I went back after leaving and asked them to take it off and they provided a refund. Nina, the nail tech who provided the manicure, was rude when I came back and even said she told me it wasnt going to look like the picture, which wasnt true. Appreciative of the removal and refund of this manicure, but disappointed with how Nina reacted and the quality that was delivered. This definitely was not worth $58.

I absolutely love my manicurist, Lily. She is so talented in doing all sorts of nail manicures, shellac, nail dipping, acrylic etc. She is especially great doing American and French manicures! Beautiful! She has a great personality and speaks great English. I highly recommend her for both manicures and pedicures. She is also very neat and not rushed. She gives wonderful foot massages!

My favorite salon becaause its always super clean, and everyone is very nice. Highly recommend Ken, Jenny, or Hannah!

I absolutely LOVE the pedicures at Indulge! David is the best if you love a long and luxurious leg and foot massage. He is so talented and my tired feet always feel refreshed after seeing him. I would love to visit once a week just for the massage but that is impractical, so I make sure to make this a monthly treat. Splurge for the lavender pedicure. You won’t be sorry! My toes always look amazing when he paints them too, but it is the massage that keeps me coming back!

Based on the pictures you all provided I DEFiNITELY WILL NOT be trying this shop. All of the photos are horrible quality! Like they say do YOUR research!

Ive gone to indulge before and had good service with both mani & pedis. I hadnt been in about a year because I dont live on that side of town anymore. Today was bad. First, Nina did my shellac while I sat doing my pedicure. Normally this is fine because they do your right and they are on the right side, they do the left and move to the left side. But not this time, this time she pulled my left arm to the right side to do that had. VERY uncomfortable also lazy. then The guy (His name is Bi) doing my nails took forever to take off shellac the. Nina had to tell him no do do it like that, and corrected him. My to nail broke which isnt common but it happened before I think its because they file our nails so thin (unnecessarily thin, in my opinion) and after talking to my friend for a while I feel him just putting nail polish on my broken toe. EVEN the two techs next to him questioned him. I was embarrassed and didnt want to cause a scene. Not worth all the wasted time or frustration. Get people who know what theyre doing.

I made an appointment and when I showed up they said the lady I had an appointment with was off that day! No one else could help me! I will never go back!

I’ve been going to this salon for about 5 months now and my last two dips were not good. It’s pretty inside so you think you’re getting a professional job but. The man who did my nails shaped them, needless to say they weren’t shaped well so they look crooked. I think it’s time I find a new salon. I really wanted to like this place but if I’m paying almost $60 for nails I expect them to look like they are worth $60.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! my girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for over a year and have had the best experience getting our nails done. We are now recognized by the staff and its been wonderful having someone who knows what we like about getting our nails and toes done. Staff have been very professional and respectful! Ive been coming here off and on for a while and think Im once and for all moving on. My big issue is that the nail salon looks like an upscale salon and has fairly upscale prices but the employees just do not give you that relaxing, spa feeling. All the employees will carry on conversations with each other. I came in for a pedicure and one employee came over and sat at the station next to me and talked away with the nail tech working on me. It was a bit annoying especially because I had come in to relax. The constant never ending chatting just diminishes the overall feel of the salon. The relaxing music cant even help that! Its just really unprofessional and I wish the owner had put a stop to this! Im done and going to look for another place.

It was my second time visiting a nail salon in San Antonio, and honestly the best time. I was checked in quickly and Kim did both my manicure and pedicure. She is amazing! She did such an amazing job, she talked with me, and made me feel at home and comfortable. I will for sure be going back!

I got tip and dip and within 4 days 3 of my nails fell off. Then, I went back in to get them fixed which was really great because there was no charge, however,another nail fell off later that day. The service is really great and the workers are so kind but the quality of the nails was disappointing. The nails just fell off way too easily :(

Terrible experience. Every staff member was incredibly rude. First: I watched them as they dipped a tool in the pedicure water and immediately used it....what the heck? NO. I should report them to the health department. They whipped through my manicure and pedicure.. Im 5 days in and my gel polish is already cracking. I was uncomfortably positioned by the manicurist so she could do my hands while I was getting a pedicure. Angela was horribly rude to my friend and kept pulling her hand out from under the light. They had their small baby running around the salon. Cute kid, but does not make for a relaxing experience. They smudged my nail and didnt fix it. weird aesthetic in the salon as well... that mural on the wall... yikes! I could go on and on, but I will never return.

This was to worst nail salon experience Ive ever had! I took my daughter for what was supposed to be a nice mother daughter nail day. We got there and they said we didnt have an appointment. Even though I made it online and then called to confirm! I felt rushed before we even sat down. The whole point of this day was to spend time with my daughter and they kept trying to separate us! All I got was attitude when I kept trying to tell them NO she needs to sit next to me. And then I accidentally touched my finger to a nail as he was painting and the guy huffed and puffed about it so I of coarse apologized even though its not a big deal. My daughter says What happened and before I could respond he looked at my daughter and said She wants to pay more! I WANTED TO CLAW HIS EYES OUT! I will NEVER be coming back here and will be recommending to everyone I know to go anywhere but here. I stood there waiting to pay for 10 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I have been getting my nails done for the last 20 years. never have I had more than one nail break, and i was really rare when it did happen. Im super gentle with my nails, I do not do work that requires any damage that could come to my nails. I decided to try indulge nail spa one month ago because I am new to San Antonio and needed a nail place that would have openings. I went to a man named Tony, and he was super sweet and seemed very talented. I dont know if the problem lies in his technique or more in the product, I think product. The nail techs assume that I was to blame. I had to come in twice(in 2 days) because of broken nails, the first 2 happened the day after i got them done, then I broke another one 2 days later, and just broke another one last night. 4 broken nails in one week. I paid $60 the first Time I came in, and then another $30 because we couldnt remember the color I chose and had to repaint all my nails to match the two i had broken 2 days ago. $80 in one week!!!!! Now my nails are short and look terrible bc had to cut all my nails off to try and make them look presentable. I was not about to go back in there a third for the same issues, especially when they speak about you in their native tongue as if you arent aware they are talking about you negatively. Ill never come back, they lost $120+ a month.

Used to love this place. But then I started going twice a week because my nails would either break or crack. That was when Id get them dipped. I reverted back to gel nails (which I loathe) and they too would break. I never complained I just would either get them fixed or pay for another set. (I am usually a great customer) The staff noticed I was frequently coming in an advised me not to let the male nail techs do my nails. This was even more off putting! This place used to be my relaxing escape, it was quiet and it soon became a place where the staffs conversations were louder than the customers. Often times I felt as if they forgot customers were there! The location is very close to my home but I had to part ways with them. It went from $240 a month to almost $400 a month and uneven nails. Thats where I draw the line!

Went to this place recently for a mani/ pedi and Angel was my nail tech for both. My mani was dip and I was not a fan of the quality. My cuticles were not cut enough and the outer edges of my nails were not cleaned up at all. She removed my previous dip with acetone while she was working on my pedicure which was fine with me at the time but I noticed later that it really dried out my fingers. My pedicure was decent although you could tell that she did multiple layers. It definitely wasn’t the best pedicure I’ve gotten. When I went back a couple of days later to fix my dip (since I paid a lot of money for them) and I explained to them the problem. The same nail tech that I had the first time was assigned to fix it. All she did was shave down the shiny part of the dip, as well as my cuticles and then apply as normal clear top coat to my nail. Days later, which is now only a week since I’ve had them on, my cuticles are still bad and that clear top coat that she applied is now peeling off and exposing the dull dip underneath. Never coming back here again.

I love this place. I always look forward to my pedicures with Katie. She is thorough, cautious, and kind. I hope management treats her well!

This place was great. Definitely going back...So this last comment was two weeks ago. I came back and asked if Vivian was there and the woman said no. I told her I made an appt online and she said they dont even pay attention to the website. How are we supposed to know that. Not apologetic at all. I asked her,So what now? She said to come back tomorrow for Vivian. Its like she didnt want to service me. I left and called to complain and she said that she never said she was the owner. She said to call back tomorrow for Vivian, still brushing me off.

Hubby and I came here as walk-ins. This is the nicest nail salon I have ever been to! It was his first pedicure and he truly enjoyed it! This will be my go-to from now on...especially since I now know that they do chrome nail finishes!!!

This salon is by my house and convenient. It’s clean and generally they give a good mani/pedi. I give it a two because I come here regularly and the last several times they have started my service just to have the person get up and go wait on someone else. I would rather not start and it wastes so much of my time. They haven’t done anything to try to make it right either. It makes me very angry when they get my gel polish off and start my pedicure and then leave for 20-30 min and wait on someone who just walked in. This has happened even when I have had an appointment. I won’t be coming back. There are too many places who value their returning customers to waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I first called to make appointment on a Saturday then still had wait 20. I had gotten a gel manicure for the first time a was very Dissatisfied. 1) she barely even coated my nails with the top polish jt was the thinest layer. The top surface quality was bubbly. Its Wednesday today 4 days after my mani and the sides are already coming up one nail popped off.I always did shallac nail polish i dont know if the new gel had something to do with it or the lady barely coating may nails.

I ( wife) went there and was treated very rudely. The atmosphere was not calming at all and everyone that was there ( customers too) acted as if they were better than others. They should get over themselves,their work is junk and it matches their attitudes. Will never go back and will definitely be telling all my girlfriends to steer away from this place. Horrible experience.

Usually I have had a wonderful experience at Indulge, however the last 2 times Iv been and had SNS done it has been cracking down the middle of my nail. Today when I went in to have the 3 nails that where cracked they were not very eager to correct their mistake and then made the color darker on my nails and wouldn’t not equally make my other nails that color. Very frustrating and disappointing

The service has been getting worse and worse since I’ve gone to this nail salon. And Today is my last day going to this salon. Didn’t even get my pedicure because no one acknowledged me when I walked in, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt took time picking out a nail polish color and magazines to read. And no one acknowledged me still. So I left. This is not the first rude interaction with them.

They always do an amazing job - its a little on the pricier side, but totally worth the extra money - I get shellac on my toes and it will easily last 8 weeks!

Very disappointed with the service I received. I specifically asked before I got my nails done if the gift card that stated thier name Indulge Nail Spai and phone number on it for this specific location was accepted. I was told yes then once I went to pay with it they told me I couldnt use it because they sold their New Braunfels Location where my gift card was purchased.I would have never continued to get my nails and pedi if I would have been told that from the beginning. Seemed very sketchy how they went about it. I wouldnt have mind paying 130 dollars if I would of been happy with the work they did but I wasnt. My nails were a mess! Had to stop at A+ nails on the way home so they could fix them for me because I was just too fed up with this place. Save your money ladies and go elsewhere. I thought it was odd that it was empty when I went in but now it makes sense.

This spa utilizes hygienic practices (disposable plastic liner in foot spas, autoclave sterilized tools, gloves). The chairs are very comfortable, and Ive always been happy with the services.

Called and made an appointment based on online reviews. Waited 20 minutes then was seated in spa chair. Waited an entire hour before my pedicure was started. Got a basic shellac pedicure and manicure. Spent 3 hours and 15 minutes in the salon to have my nails look like this (see picture below). I have hang nails and polish on my fingers still. Staff overall seemed friendly outside of the receptionist. I was charged $98 bucks and an additional $8 to paint my 4 year olds toes which took a total of 30 seconds. I had to leave to get my daughter from school so of course my mani was rushed and the owner made me feel like i was inconveniencing her with the particular colors I wanted on my nails. All in all, I received 1 apology for the time spent waiting and the receptionist was blamed. Definitely would not recommend or will be coming back as they do not manage their appointments versus walk-ins adequately.

The worst manicure Ive ever had. Not sure if the polish was old, but once the polish hit the air it shriveled up and looks completely unsightly. Ive never had this happen before and requested the salon artist redo the problematic nails. However, it happened a second time. Secondly, the top coat does not touch the cuticle and makes the job look unprofessional. Definitely will not return to this location.

This was my first time coming here, Da-vi nails was closed and I usually go to them but Indulge nails seemed promising from the over all appearance. I went in and no one greeted me, I thought well they’re busy so I stood right at front so I would be serviced next. An elderly couple came in afterwards and got treated and seated right away. I thought “oh well they probably made an appointment” but then an older man with his 8 year oldish daughter come in and they got sat and helped too. Finally I was asked what I needed done and sat me. I asked for dipped all white squared nails. She said to wait about 15 min, I waited 30 min. They guy who treated me looked sickly, kept sniffing and he’s hands were clammy and kept shaking. Overall my nails look clumpy and really rounded. $46 for a half ass job. This is the 2nd bad review I’ve ever done and feel bad but I have to say I wasn’t pleased. I added photos so you could see too.

This salon deserved more than 5 stars! Service for the deluxe mani was absolutely perfect.

Ive been going here for over 4 years and Ive only had a handful of bad experiences which is sort of to be expected. I would highly suggest booking an appointment with Linda !Alao, if youre in the market for semi permanent eye lash extensions they do an incredible job here !!!!

I called and asked if they had someone that could do my nails right away and they said yes. I went in and waited over 30 minutes when I told them on the phone I was in a rush. Then after they were done I went outside and saw how messy my nails were. I went back in and asked for them to touch it up and I walked out with all of my cuticles bleeding. They did it in a rush and I paid way too much for them.

I read the reviews and saw great remarks about Chris-I called around 7:15pm and he was available.....He did everything I asked for, was fast and professional.....Reasonable prices and beautiful salon...I will tell everyone I know this is the best Ive been to and Ive lived here for five years....The reviews are true: Ask for Chris!!!!

The stonework creates a beautiful, grand atmosphere. Cindy and Teddy took care of my mom and I. I had brought my almost 1 year old, who although being patient for a baby, did get squirmy, and they were so patient and friendly. Teddy played with him, tickled his feet, and even, offered to give him a little massage! My moms nails were a little thin, so Cindy powder coated them. Both our mani pedis turned out great! The massages felt wonderful. Im not someone who routinely gets majoni/pedis, but after this experience I might start going more often! We didnt have an appointment, and the took us quickly, but they were quite busy even in the middle of the day, next time I plan on calling ahead.

They spoke Vietnamese very loud while I was trying to relax with a expensive pedicure. Worst, they ran my credit card and then said that ran out of paper for me to sign. I feel fraud and unsafe about using credit card at this place. They got mad when I confronted them about it.I will not return or recommend my friends to come here.

Never again would I recommend. The women who served me had a nasty attitude from the start and when I asked her a question she got pissed, crappy service .. Poor attitude and Im so disappointed because Ive been here before and never been treated so badly ..

Awful experience. I went on a Saturday to get powder dip nails and by Monday the polish started chipping. Mind you this service will normally last from 3 to 4 weeks without chipping off. Within a week my $50 service went down the drain. I will never ever be going back again.
