An absolutely disgusting display of negligent incompetence and unprofessionalism. I am a full time college student and am having trouble finding employment to fit my schedule so I tried this. The employees that run the office are beyond lazy and just dont seem to care. I was never paid for the days that I have worked and when I called their manager, she was completely rude and disrespectful as soon as she answered the phone and then hung up on me.I suggest finding somewhere else to work. I will never work for this company ever again.

I was in here Last Monday with another comrade around 6am looking for a quick job. We signed up for a task and headed to some site off of Fowler. We came back from the job-site and hoped to pick up our checks. We waited for a while until it was our turns and the lady said we never did a job and that she said we were lying. I got very mad and super upset, so I asked to speak with the morning lady I spoke to and the current lady i was speaking to told me she wont be back till next week. Thats such bull and I essentially worked 7 hours for nothing? We asked the staff we signed up for a Fowler job and they didnt recognize us!!! We even signed up and registered. This had to be the worst day anyone can possibly have.

Being lied to is the worse feeling in the world. If you have employees that are late it understandable but you need to be upfront about EVERYTHING AND NOT JUST TELL PEOPLE.... the same people that are paying the bills what they want to hear. NOT COOL!

People ready is a joke. I went to put a app in and they gave me a personality test. Since I dont do drugs or like to fight with anyone or stole from my former employer I failed the test.

It may not be the best business of all time. But if you need work they are always there...even if you dont show up for a year and then decide to just pop up one day...good chance they will have some work for you. This company is also the reason I no longer give money to able body pan handlers and beggars.

Absolutely terrible. The female receptionist was super rude and she was honestly just in a bad mood the whole time. Literally I came in for some interview which was take a survey and fill out excessive paperwork and that’s it’s. The lady said she would call me or someone else. Never got a call back. I called back myself and asked about my job offer as a Certified OSHA laborer but the lady said she never meant to call ???? So obviously I was very upset and came in person. I talked to some dude there and he said they don’t know where my application is. So obviously this place is horrible with service and apparently forgets you ever existed. Worst management ever.

Fabian was very nice and knowledgeable on which unit was best for me. The renting process was quick and got a great price. I will recommend Life Storage to everyone.

The ladies that answer the phone & work at desk are LAZY, I tried to ask a few basic questions & they have attitudes as if your bothering them! They were NO HELP AT ALL. They talk like they are uneducated & ghetto. Felt like I was talking to a teenager so I hung up & called another agency. A complete waste of time & a joke!

My boyfriend called 4 days in advance to arrange for two workers to help us move furniture from a storage unit to our new house. The agreement was for them to meet us at 9 am. At 9:15 no one had shown up, so I called and found the office is closed on Saturdays and the answering service would get my message to the local office. At 10:30 am I finally received a return call from Gary, who said he was the owner and apologized. He promised to find us 2 other replacements but I never heard from him again. We had to scramble to find others to help us. Thank goodness we were not billed, but I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Hey you have got to admit they have the best prices for labor, unfortunately these guys dont show up. I had a very small job, we didnt want to unload alone a 17ft UHaul after a 4.5hour drive into a storage facility. Called twice, paid via credit card and never saw anyone. In regards to support I did hear from the manager after we unloaded 80% of the truck in 91 degree weather with myself and my wife, so this was a small job paying $80 for 1.5hours. Never mind phone calls, they have a messaging service that gives you a number with an individual who doesnt speak a word of English except to leave him alone!Sent a note to their corporate, how worthless can they be, why are they still in business. I have been a laborer with Labor Ready (now People Ready) for over two years now. Though thete is room for improvement, my overall opinion of the company and its service is good.

If you are a female they will treat you badly! They will speak to the guys nice but snatch paper work and give an attitude if your a woman.

I am retired Army with clean record and drug free. Just moved here and need work. I did the survey which they said i failed and cant work. The older guy there just smiled at me and sent me packing. What a disgrace. After I find work and get settled in IM GONNA STAND OUTSIDE WITH A SIGN THIS PLACE WILL NOT HIRE COMBAT VETERANS

First off I dont mind working at all . But I wont allow any one to pick over me for a job based on favoritism Ms. Pam work at the front desk and Ive watched her pick her favorites day in and day out . Im osha certified supported Scaffold certified also by osha and I have a forklift certificate theres no way you pick most of the people that she pick over me . Also Im always there at 6 6:30 am people come in at 7:30 and get a job this place is a joke

Very bad agency only offer cleaning and construction jobs at any warehouse or factory. I do not recommend it at all.
