Loved this place! They were so sweet and patient with me even after I called telling them I would be few minutes late due to traffic, so understanding! My nails come out beautiful! And at a great price! Fun hip music was playing made the environment fun! I will be coming back for my next set! I recommend you do too!

Very polite & clean staff. Unfortunately their color options for nail designs were limited & are already peeling off after less than 24 hrs.

Asked for long stiletto nails with a french tip, and every single nail is crooked, different lengths, filed flat, and at different angles. Chris cut my nails way shorter than what I asked for and continually saw the mistakes and overlooked them. He ripped off one of my thumb nails with cuticle scissors to replace the nail, only to glue it on more crooked. The bottoms of all my nails are jagged, catching fabrics very easily. He painted a clear coat which has a small hair stuck in three of the nails. Im beyond upset that I paid $55 for a pair of subpar nails that left me crying in my vehicle. Ive gone here three times now and have not walked out satisfied once. I wanted a cute pair of Christmas nails but this is just ridiculous. Ill find somewhere else. Heard really good things and then never had the same experience. They dont offer you anything! After 2 visits I decided IM NOT CATTLE. Not relaxing, especially since their prices are higher than places in the area.Note to the owner... just because we cant speak the language doesnt mean we cant tell your employees are talking bad. Bad work habit. Get that checked.

I made an appointment for 2:30, sat for 20 min, and didn’t leave till 5:05. No one came up to me. One lady did and asked if I wanted a lip wax and I said no. As I was telling her no, she walked away mid reply and asked another woman if she wanted it. She was atrociously rude. While I was getting my nails done, my nail tech was in a big rush. Someone else came in and she immediately sat them. She was in a huge rush hopping from client to client, standing up the whole time, and calling people on her phone. Complete no interaction with her client (me) She asked if I wanted my toes done and I said “I don’t think I’m going to get them done” then she said “ YES OR NO”. Felt like I wasn’t wanted, I was by myself most of the time, and I felt bad for the employee. Maybe I just came in at a bad time. A nail salon that makes you move, have different people working on one persons nails, and constantly having to stop isn’t a professional shop. They were clearly understaffed. The second employee who picked up where the other girl left off, was doing another clients pedicure and did not wash his hands after then started to work on me. He was also sick and contested. During a time like this with the delta variant out, you should be wearing a mask with your client. I was the the only person wearing a mask in the whole shop. He didn’t put a mask on till there was snot dripping from his nose. Also the pictures they use on Google are from other nail techs instagrams that they screenshot.

Staff was not friendly and unprofessional. Entire time spoke Vietnamese, then threw down cash and made sure to do it when I looked up from my phone and spoke in English that it was a tip. I was there when it opened. I was the first customer. My nails were not glued correctly and they were filed at all after the nail was put on so I still have nail glue dried over beneath my nail. I even paid for a new set and they were lifting within a week. Definitely would only recommend pedicure but because of service, I would say try somewhere else. I hope your experience is better.

I loved how we witnessed the cleanliness happen as services were finished. They sanitized the stations and kept masks on. They had great options for manis and pedis and other services. Prices are good. The best part was that they offer nice drinks even adult beverages. That was new to us. Our nail techs gave amazing service.thanks Chris

Unfortunately you can’t fix what’s already been done. I had to practically argue with that woman about me not wanting to wax my brows and she wouldn’t stop insisting I did. So thanks, but no thanks. Maybe educate your employee’s to have respect with the client’s decision next time would help.

Made an appt with Chris based on the reviews but was attended by a different technician (what was the point in scheduling). Went in for a new set, nails ended up lifting; but the worst is my nails were filed down so much with the drill, I felt like it was about to break through my nail bed.It left ridges in my nails and due to the trauma, I had splinter hemorrhages as well.

My daughter took me for mothers day for a pedi and mani. The man who did my nails sent out about 8 text messages before he even got started with me then he started watching YouTube at the same time that he did my nails. We were over charged my daughter...3 shellac instead of just 2. Then refused to give her a receipt. And he cut me on 3 fingers. We will not be returning.

First and last time here. I went in for a pedicure, picked out my nail polish and the person who worked on my feet was RUDE. She didn’t check in to see if the temp of the water was okay, if she was being too rough (she was being very rough) and didn’t say anything to me at all - not even regarding the service. The one star is for Rose who was sweet and came back to correct the “nail technician’s” work. Although, Rose was sweet and professional, I won’t be back.

This was my first time coming and it was nothing short of an awesome experience! Everyone was very polite and friendly :) they were careful in removing my previous manicure and helped me decide on my new one- which is beautiful BTW! I used to travel to Mesa nails- 45 minutes from my house for a good manicure and this place is 20 minutes closer, much more affordable and exceeds all previous expectations.

Excellent nails for an excellent price. Ive been going here for about a year and a half regularly and have never had a bad experience. I get NexGen ( dip powder) and they never chip and always still look good when I got for fills. They also have a very large color selection for NexGen. The atmosphere is calming and all the nail technicians do very good work. Plus they serve drinks

I booked an appointment with Chris based from the reviews in here but was attended by a different technician. The lady that did my nails was very very rude. Never coming back.The place was not even that great. There are better, more professional and more courteous salons out there.

You can always tell how good an establishment is when they handle complaints with respect and professionalism. I received a shellac mani and pedi from Rose which I was originally happy with. She was very pleasant, helped me make a great color selection, overall great job. Unfortunately, my nails began to chip by the 3rd day when they are supposed to last 2 weeks. I called the establishment and Chris was not only nonconfrontational, but eager to correct the issue as no further cost, and I left with another beautiful nail job. They will definitely continue to receive my business.

I have tried all the mail spa’s near Boerne, Leon Springs and had previous bad experience with these places charging you to fix their poor job or materials . Besides the fact that in some places the people that do the nails are kind of in a bad mood, not kind ... I am trying to find the right word to describe it . Maybe is that they do not have that warm or caring attitude. It is more about production for them and be done without saying even goodbye . Well this place TD mail spa was outstanding!!!! I work full time and I was desperate getting my nails done at the very very end of the day and I did not wanted to return to the Dominion Nail Bar. I went online and took the time to read the reviews and highest number of reviews and went with TD Nail and Spa . From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was just very positive . They are a family Bussiness, which makes so much sense, all of them really focused and their costumer and making sure they are happy and they reinforce the fact that if there is any problem with their work they want you to go back to them and they will fix it for free . They are very very warm people . They even gave me a welcome gift . And when I apologized for being their last costumer and without even an appointment, they said please do not worry, we are more than happy to take care of you and give you a great experience.Amazing !!!!! This was my first time here and I will absolutely be back! Rose gave me a manicure and pedicure and she was amazing. So kind and easy to talk to. She did a great job with my nails too. She noticed a minor issue with the paint on one nail and took the time to fix it, rather than ignoring it. I cant wait to come back! It seems like they have a solid customer base too, so they must consistently do great work.
