Nina girl….I came in with some atrocious nails from another salon and I came out with gorgeous nails. You took your time considering the shape I want is so tedious. Beautiful work!!!

They only take cash and do not post it until you’re paying. It doesn’t appear that they sanitize the instruments. They were not taken out of sealed packages like my salon in Florida. The nail tech did a decent job that’s why I’m rating with a 3.

I was 7 to 8 minutes late today since they dont accept cards, I had to run to the ATM and ATM was closed and had to go somewhere else to pick up. The lady cancelled on me saying Im late and can only do either meni or Pedi since she is packed today. I think it was very unprofessional of them cos when we go for our appointment we always have to sit there for 5-10 minutes until they finish on previous person or cleanup. So they think its ok for us to wait until they are not ready but we cant be late on them.Also, not only that my husband called them in the morning to make appointment after knowing that I was going there today but they said they dont have open spots but will let him know if something opens up, so once she canceled on one service for me, she called my husband that he can come now but she wasnt aware that he was my husband.I only recommend this place if you are going to be there sharp on time not too early cos ofc they will make you wait and not 9-10 minutes late cos then they are busy and dont have time for you after 10 minutes. Dont be late cos of flat tires, cash withdrawal(Umm who doesnt take credit cards these days), feeding kids, walking dogs. Risk your lives to be make sure to be on time. 😂 BE ON TIME GUYS!!!I would never go to this place again. I think they should start valuing their customers.

They are clean friendly and fast! Soooo much better than the mall and a bit of a lower price! They take there time as well! Red nail is the best in town. I went to the mall about 4 months ago asked to do the same exact shapes and they turned out looking like dinosaur eggs.. These are perfect.

Awesome experience! Got my nails done for my wedding day at this salon and it was great! I went in with one of my friends and we got chairs right away and were done in about 30 minutes! Reasonable prices and high quality work!

Probably the best place in town to go but I found the staff very rude, pushy, and clearly annoyed. They do an okay job but I don’t usually get my nails done... When I do, it’s to pamper myself and relax or for a special occasion. I didn’t like going and feeling more stressed out and bossed around than anything. Definitely don’t have very good people skills. Not worth the money when it turns into that kind of experience.

When we first went in my mom wanted to get a very simple black to purple gradient design and the woman’s told her that they only do solid colors. The nail techs were rude and kind of stand off-ish. Both of us got a full set of nails that were way too thick which confused me when after a week one of my nails broke half way down the nail. I won’t even go back so they can fix it.

My wife goes here regularly and has been very happy with their work. The gals name that she sees is Jenny and would recommend her. Very good quality work.

Been going to Red Nail for both pedi and manis. Allen is the best. He helped last week prepare for a scheduled surgery. My nails needed to be bare of polish for surgery. Allen removed polish from my toenails and gave me a pedicure, buffing nails only. Wonderful massage and relaxing care to the knee. My fingernails were in poor shape. They had a lot of hang nails. He did a deep tissue massage with heated lotion. Felt like heaven. Thanks Allen

These people were horrible we sat there for 20 minutes without anyone notifying us or saying hello or anyting as we were leaving then they want to say something even though they had customers that there were working on they still could have acknowledged us and told us a wait time or have a greeter or something wont be back they are pathetic

I dont knowning I just got the wrong person, but I had an awful experience! My nail tech was trying to work so quickly that he burned me multiple times and even cut me with a file! My nails came out not really looking the shape that I wanted (coffin) and they are really thick! Also whenever I flinched or pulled my hand away after being burnt or cut he would just pull my hand back in, no apology, nothing. Also WAY overpriced. In every place I have ever gone to I can get a full set WITH gel polish for max $40. Why I had to pay 50 for mediocre (AT BEST) nails Im not sure. Not ever going back.

Love the nail color selection, but felt the service wasn’t what it should be. I had dip done, and my nail is already cracked and the color came off and it has only been 1 week..

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, I WILL NOT BE BACK. I asked them to fill my nails with dip and do the ombre over my acrylic which i know is possible due to me going to LG Nails in indy where a lady does them for me. they told me they could not do that and that was perfectly fine. i opted for a normal acrylic fill and gel polish (which they do not have a large selection of colors)... i have very long acrylics in a very unique shape. during my entire service she was talking about how horrible my nails looked before etc. etc. which they did not. before she polished me i asked if they took cards and they said no and that they would take my drivers license while i went to the bank!? I said okay. i left unhappy but still paid and tipped 20% because she did complete a service. i went somewhere else to have them fixed and they had to take off my whole set and redo them because they were so lumpy and crooked. i had to pay $90 to get them fixed after the $50 i already paid. i called the next day to explain that i was unhappy and told them my situation. the women i spoke with was very unprofessional and kept calling me a liar when i told her i had my receipt for both transactions. she then put YONG on the phone who did my nails because it is her responsibility while i was waiting for her to pick up i heard the other women say to her “shes a liar” which INFURIATED me. i explained the situation to YONG and said i did not want to cause a scene in the salon so i just paid her and left, she proceeded to say “well thats your own fault, are you happy now that you spent $90 to get them fixed” i explained to her that i was and that i just wanted my $40 back. she then told me that she could not and i said that was fine and ended the call. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
