This place it very nice and clean on the inside. However, I highly recommend making an appointment especially if youre on a time table. When my group came to this location no nail technicians were there, but the owner was very nice and allowed us to wait. The nail technicians that services were professional and did good job. I would definitely come back.

This place does not appear to be open. There is a pile of mail on the floor inside and all the lights are off. Its Friday at 1pm.

Hours listed stated open till 7p, I tried to have my nails done 2 days ago and went by at 5p and the door was locked, lights completely off. There was a padlock on what looked like another door to the salon - not really sure. But they were closed ... Not sure if theyre actually even open for business any longer. Ive tried calling 3 times since then with no answer.

So Im not sure when this business closed but we have this number at a resident. So please tell the word this number is no longer attached to this business. Thank you all and be safe.

I’ve been going to Chelle for about 4 months now and she never fails to disappoint ! I’ve grown a trier with her and allowed her to free style my nails today and I am beyond thrilled with how they turned out and how much she’s helped me to come outside of my comfort zones and try different nail designs and styles. This is the first time that I’ve gone to a nail tech consistently and I love Society Spa and Nails. They are the truth !

Think they are out of business. Made 2 appointments for a friend and myself. Showed up, closed. My appointment was at 11:30. Tried calling number was disconnected. I should have called before hand.

Visiting Richmond with my Mom. We got pedicures at Society Nails and had a fantastic experience. The work was excellent. The ladies were charming and fun. Highly recommend.

Salon is new, nice on the inside and walking distance if you live in the bottom. However the service I received was not the best. The tech who did my nails was nice but my nails were not shaped square round like I requested, my cuticles were left with dust/dip all over them, and my nails were not properly buffed either. And the worst part was she was extremely rough when filling my nails, during/after soaking my acrylic off...I don’t think I will be going back there.

Do NOT go here!!! I spent 2 1/2 hours getting a full set gel manicure and the end result was HELLACIOUS!! I was getting my nails done for my sisters wedding and had to go somewhere else to get removed and redone! The worst time and money I have ever spent. If only I could get a refund.

Accommodated me last minute and did a great job.

I paid 85 dollars for some basic gloss mani pedi that looked like a kid did it. They didnt file my nails or do my cuticles. For the pedi, they didnt even pretend to do my heels. Waste of time and money. BEWARE

Vicky is unprofessional and not reliable. We’ve contacted her two days in a row, schedule a time on Friday and she nails on us. It’s one thing to not be at the store, it’s another to ignore our calls and lie like your the only one at the shop when you wasn’t there in the first place. Consumers beware, this lady is not professional at all....

This place was nice and clean on the inside and my nails came out nice. However, one of the nail techs there is extremely unprofessional. She talked the whole time about her personal life and business, including that the they werent making any money from people like us who used the groupon. She complained that she was the only one working and that she had real jobs to attend to. She even complained about the status of my nails and blamed customers for being the reason why our nails were going to take so long. She made the whole experience unpleasant and unrelaxing and I will not be returning.
