Update: I arrived back to my home in Louisiana as I evacuated due to Hurricane Ida. I was temporarily in Richmond, Tx. There’s no way to redo what was done at this point. I am grateful for the offer but I am hours away. If you make a mistake, fix it right there and then. My best advise.I got a Happy Feet pedicure and it was great! I enjoyed the treatment and toe nails were done nicely which is why I give them 3 stars.As for my original nails, they were cut with a clipper but not filed. The nail tips were automatically glued on. Normally I would cut and file my nails beforehand, but I didn’t have time so when they asked if I needed them cut and cleaned, I said yes. I can tell they were rushing because they were short on staff. Overall, my left hand was not done well. For the price, I would have expected to have them offer to fix it especially since they noticed that my nails didn’t come out as good as the right.

Wonderful nail salon to visit. I was able to get a pedicure and full set in under an hour. Quality service and not a rush job. The options available are wonderful!!

Over charged, expensive for low quality, rude, I’m not the only person who has had terrible service and low budget quality… I’ve only went there once and won’t be going back!Even my friend went there and complained about their service, She said Kimberley was very rude (back when Kimberley worked there and if ppl are saying the staff now is rude then that goes to show it’s an overall issue there) and they did a poor job. A lot of women have the same complaints so tbh I know lots of other nail shops that do a way better job for even cheaper and I’ll just go some place else.

Don’t waste your time coming to this salon. There’s a reason why they don’t have much business like they used to. The nail techs don’t know what they are doing. The amount of times they switched out a nail tech for a simple task.I asked for a simple service and she kept insisting on a more expensive service. The younger you look the more they try to scam you.

Great place to get pampered! Ive been going here for almost 6 years. The staff is friendly & welcoming. The nails techs know what they are doing. I Highly recommend Milan Nails.

I came in for a removal and a full set of the same set I had on already, which was a simple short square ombré with pink. I explained that to the nail technician who I believe is the owner. I mentioned pink however she put a tan nude on my nails and then tried to put the pink color over which made my nail extremely bulky and wide. I even showed her a picture of my own nails with the set I wanted. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the receptionist who was really nice and understanding, she then tried to fix the shape herself. They had to completely buff off the color and repair the pink. The color was ok, however after two hours and half my nail came out extremely short without the proper shape and then I was still charged $70 because of the time they put to fix it. And she charge me for length even though my nails are short.

First time visiting this spa and Im not impressed. After three days on of my nails came completely off. And the rest looked like it had not been done in weeks. It was lifting up, Very disappointed. When I called I was told that their policy is to only fix the broken one.

I usually dont write reviews but I honestly feel like I should warn others. I got shellac nails w tips. On top of it being pretty expensive (I frequently get nails all around Houston), 3 of my nails came off within a week.... i dont mean i chipped it. I mean it came clean off, no glue left on my nail. They didnt glue them correctly. I got the 1st two fixed but honestly after the 3rd i gave up. Im paying $60+ nails for something that didnt last me more than a week? There are more high quality places in the area. not worth it.

Switched to Milan Nails & Spa after a friend recommended.Found the particular technicians that I LOVE after a few visits and will be sticking with them from now on.I get shellac manicures and the happy feet pedicure.They offer water, wine and Ive even seen some clients with mimosas on the weekends!Picture is 9 days after my visit, and usually looks like this for 2+ weeks!

I needed polish soaked off quick. I arrived at the salon and asked for them to soak off gel polish at 7pm when closing was listed online at 7:30. Clearly they were ready to go home as she declined and said no ma’am, were closed. So unprofessional.

Great customer service. I did a dip powder manicure with a deluxe Mani spa. Great work from both techs. They use the pedicure plastic covering and autoclave all their supplies. Very professional and hygienic. Im a nurse, so its very important. My new spot for sure.

Ive been coming here since theyve opened and havent had a single negative experience. The ladies here are so kind and really go above and beyond for you here. I used to wear nails and was very picky and particular them at that time, but they are so patient and accommodating. I am now that way with my pedicure....(Amy is awesome)! I also get my lashes gone there and Angela is very good at what she does!Prices are fair--worth it for the quality youre getting. Not sure where all of these negative reviews are coming from--I wouldnt look too much into it. I believe you get what you pay for and if something is not to your liking, the are always willing to make it right! Trust me, youd be blown away by the service. Highly recommend!

Went for a basic manicure with basic nail polish. They applied the polish so thick. I waited for like 30 minutes for polish to dry. Left, had to go back because of a smudge on my thumb, and I noticed other smudges. Bottom line I asked that they re-do entire set which they did...four days later the nail polish is cracking and peeling. I mean how hard is it to do just a basic manicure?? This was my first time going there and it will be my last. Also I noticed they were not sanitizing as they should have and not having customers waiting to have their temperature taken outside before letting them inside.

I used to visit this salon more frequently. Lately, the service has been horrible. Hour and a half pedicure and my heels are still rough. I was suppose to get a manicure too, I just couldn’t sit any longer. I will definitely be finding another local salon. They are clean, wear masks, and check temperatures.

Great experience! I’ve been coming Pre-Covid 19.The salon is doing a great job with the new standards post Covid -19. I was greeted outside. Signed a waiver. Had my temperature taken. Wore my mask the entire time, as did the staff I walked in and washed my hands before my service began.It helped making an Appointment the day before. There was no wait. I saw the staff clean each station after patrons left. There was no overcrowding.I highly recommend for great, most importantly safe nail services

Omg! Seriously the most relaxing pedicure and nail service I’ve ever had!They did my nails and toes at the same time which really helped my time management. The massage I recieved with my pedicure was beyond relaxing, I fell asleep! I enjoyed a glass of red wine. I’m a nail biter and they transformed my nails to suit my hand shape. This is one of the newest salons in the area. Very nicely decorated, all very clean. Staff is very friendly and lots of great packages to choose from. It is often quite busy so its best to make an appointment if youre in a hurry but overall I have never waited too long because they have several people working at all times. Highly satisfied with the quality of services every time. Highly recommended.

My daughter got her nails done here and one of them was a little crooked and i asked her to fix it but she got an attitude very quickly and when I was paying she charged me almost 15 for what was clearly her mistake and I had to pay 15 extra.

Jp was amazing totally recommend her for your nails! But, during my first time here they told me that when I come back and write a review, Ill get 20% off. I came back, and they told me I cant have it off till next time. It has to be approved by the manager?! Wait, what? I wont be coming back, because keeping your word is very important to me... I basically live next door to the salon and can agree with some of the other low reviews. Most times I go, the wait is reasonable but the last time the wait was pretty long (about an hour) and they were so busy just letting my water run that it almost spilled over the bowl. But my main complaint is that the tip is forced heavily on you. To the point where you do not want to even tip anymore. They have a sign that says cash tips only please but still accept card tips. If they just let people tip in peace it would be a much better atmosphere. Yes, I am a real customer and this is my personal experience going there on and off for over a year.

Horrible place. .All they care about is if you buy the most expensive pedicure and give a hefty tip. They dont give good pedicures. Owner is money hungry and aggressive. A while back I was there and three girls were there arguing w/the owner..police were called and showed up. I was on the side of the owner but now not so sure. Not worth my hard earned money...not relaxing at all. I was treated like dirt. Also they have this thing that MAKES you give a tip with a hand held notepad thing. that has tip opinions on it . I could go on but long story short: I wont go back.

RUNDOWN:I gave 5 stars because I do love my nails.so check in was nice, I wasnt offered a drink at first but did receive an apology and was told it slipped her mind. I was a little irritated because as a client that paid over $100 for my nails, I do expect them to be immaculate! She was frustrated with me and definitely let me know it!! 😐 what really got me is that I come to relax and I couldnt do so. Usually the massage with the beating etc is asked to stop upon doing the DESIGN not when shaping or putting a solid color on, then it took for the owner /nail tech to walk away MULTIPLE times to tend to other people might I add just for me to change the settings on the remote. She kept insisting that she would put it on low, Im tall so I definitely need to adjust to be comfortable. All in all the woman who did my pedicure and also Christina who did my design were great! Nice and also very accommodating. I think the owner should stick to being the owner bc she is horrible at customer service. * when doing my nails she literally was making me turn my whole wrist and hand to the right the WHOLE time, I left needing a massage. she was also very unprofessional yelling when after 2 days 4 nails broke and she had the audacity to want to charge me for them.

The vibe & energy is so positive everyone is so friendly & very well organized, they also treat you with so much humbleness & love. Really awesome salon. Im a dude and this was my first pedicure and I must say that one,it was amazing,and two, I felt really comfortable and did not feel judged. Pricing for pedi starts at 30 for men which is reasonable. Every one was really accommodating and I was even offered a drink. Definitely will be coming back monthly for this experience.

Probably the worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. They have the lowest rating around the area so I should have known what to expect. Don’t bother getting a pedicure bc it was quite subpar. I could do a better job myself.

I used to love this place. Twice Ive come to get my nails done and they basically turned me away. When you tell me itll be 10 minutes and have me wait in a chair with my water getting cold Im not okay with that. I go to this place and get the works, nails, toes, and eye brows. But Im done. You need to hire or schedule more people if you cannot support your business. Or at least check back with customers that are just sitting there and waiting.

She literally built me nails out of powder in under an hour, and over a week later, they still look awesome. Atmosphere was clean and friendly. Would definitely recommend them!

Somehow Im logged in as my husband! But none the less this place is amazing!! The receptionist was super sweet and helped me find the tip I was looking for (sports tip). Its been ages since Ive had artificial nails and we had fun trying to locate an image of them!! My nail tech was amazing! In the past (not at this location) when buffing my nails, techs usually damage my overly sensitive cuticles but not this lady!! I believe it was Lily... I stopped in for my first time and witnessed the owner and a nail customer cuss each other out over a charge in front of all of the clients receiving service. My nails were done fine; however I will never go back due to the unprofessional conduct that I witnessed.

This is the correct salon.I wish I could give this place zero stars. The owner Frank was very nice, but they charged me 151 for a terrible manicure and a normal pedicure. The shellac looks grown out and thick. It is full of bubbles and they kept trying to add on services, like shellac on my toes and overlay of acrylic on my nails. They were rude when I said no, until I felt so uncomfortable I finally said okay. At one point the manicurist even asked if I was Asian and when I said no she said okay good and laughed. That let me know that they were probably talking about me. The manicurist cut me twice and insisted I get acrylic under shellac, which looks awful. I will never come back and I can’t believe they charge ridiculous prices for terrible work.This is the correct Salon.

First time doing fake nails in over 15 years. On a whim I decided to go get them done because Ive been living the coffin style nails on the way home. Found this place on Yelp and what can I say, this place made me feel sooo at ease! Showed Angela (front desk and daughter of the owner) that I wanted coffin styled names and that I havent done it in years. She sent me over to Lily (owner) who did an AMAZING job!!! Lily made me feel at ease and offered suggestions in length and such because its been so long since Ive gotten fake nails. End result- I LOVE THEM!! Also, they offer complimentary non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks- ALWAYS A PERK. Came in on a Friday late afternoon and they were pretty busy but was able to snatch a spot.Definitely will be coming back!

The technician got glue in both my eyes.I’m still having issues to this day. I will not be back and I will not recommend anyone to visit your shop. I’m going to the optical office due to blurred vision!!!!!😡😡.

Thursday, August 23rd, my daughter was sent to a room to get her eyelashes done. She waited 30 minutes before someone told her they didn’t have the lashes she wanted. The manager asks her to wait and she would find the ones she wanted. The manager completed the service. She put glue in my daughters eye and it was red and irritated. Friday, August 24th, most of the eyelashes fell out of her left eye. Some of the lashes were hanging off the right eye Saturday morning. When we went back to ask for a refund, the manager acted like she didn’t remember doing them and refused to provide a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone going to this place. We had a bad experience with her nails for her prom as well. Two nails fell off while she was getting dressed for prom. They were done that morning. Don’t waste your time or money at Milan Nails and Spa II. They have horrible customer service and they don’t provide quality services.

Nice salon, but the owner is money hungry and very unprofessional. I believe a client should be able to get their nails the way the like, wether it be thin or thick. She called the other nail tech over to talk about one of her employees who did my nails before. She filled my nails very then when I asked for them to stay thicker like the last nail tech did them. She had shellac polish all over my Cuticles and missing all of the corners of my nails. When I complain she just gonna walk away saying I’m picky. Very unprofessional behavior. Won’t be returning. Wish I had gotten better service because it close to my house.

I will not return to this location ever. too many hidden fees they bring up at the end of service. every little detail is an extra charge, then they expect a TIP after overpricing mediocre work. i paid $45 for her to dress my nails up for the OTR concert, very disappointed period!The culture of this salon i have experienced thus far is they ignore a positive customer experience but thrive more of tips!

Okay, so I came here two times. First time, it was good and they did a good job with shellac nails. Then I came in again with my daughter and my mother in law, and we all had pedicures. They accommodated us. They did a great job, the only thing is that since I walked in I let them know that I wanted to do the metallic powder on my toes. So they did it and then they charged me. Later on a man came and said he forgot to charge me for my metallic powder and the shellac, because they had told me that with that type of product, you need shellac so it wont crack. So I was kind of upset that they did not tell me this since the beginning, or else trust me, I would of thought twice. Well I ended up paying almost 70 something if not more for my pedicure. What really made me upset, and its one of the reasons why I will probably not come here again, is that my cousin came to this same place and had the same pedicure as me, and she got additional Mani and eyebrows wax and she still didnt ended up paying as much as I did for one pedicure. So it made me think, do they charge everyone differently? I rather not deal with this issue again. They did and okay job on the pedicure and they are friendly, but I did not like the price difference. It was really unfair.

Theyre prompt to greet and get to work on your nails. They always offer something to drink, and they do a fantastic job on my nails.

Every woman that has done my petty or Manny has done a great job and has been very nice to me and my friends and family that come here. I will say that the owner IS VERY RUDE AND UN PROFESIONAL and does NOT appreciate her employees and customers! She tried to charge me way more than what she had quoted me in the beginning. She lied and try to act like I didnt know what I was talking about and completely embarrassed me at the checkout desk. I pay over $150 every time I come and tip the ladies very well. I WELL NEVER BE BACK

I have posted on yelp about this incredible place! Tonight visit there was no different. The young lady at the desk in front has the most awesome fantastic personality EVER! I had some issues with my credit cards, I was utterly embarrassed she made me feel so much better about the situation. Everyone one in there are so sweet and patient they take there time. I had only been in there one time before about 2 was ago and they remembered me. I am so happy I finally found a nail salon that I can become a regular at.
