I had a great experience getting a Brazilian at Sugar Society. The staff is very prompt, welcoming, and meticulous, and the salon environment is quite private and relaxing. My skin is sensitive so I appreciate the benefits of sugaring vs waxing. Highly recommend Sugar Society!

I went in for a spray tan. I have been inside so much, thanks covid, and was looking for a pick me up. The shop was so cute and nicely decorated. My tan came out looking so good. I went to have dinner with my family and they commented on how glowy and beautiful my skin looked. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality spray tan.

How can I sum up that this place is amazing! I love this place!If you are looking for a place to get hair removal and natural looking tans. Then you are in for a treat!1. Sugaring is an effective of removing hair without damaging the skin. Yay for less redness!!2 . The hair can be shorter for sugaring than for waxing. I hate the waiting period of hair to be long enough.3. Bonus It hurts less than waxing! Best Brazilian and less pain WOW!4. They have a late night where you can get a service done as late as 9 pm! Perfect when you are going to go home right after a a spray tan.5 Their spray tans look natural without the yucky smell.6. Both Nicole and Jennifer are professional nice and talented!I am so lucky I found this place!

Since recently moving back to the East Bay area, I was looking for a new place to get sugared in the city, not too far from my job. Through a nifty Google search, I was able to find Sugar Society and Im glad I did. For new clients, they offer a $50 brazilian sugar special which I gladly took advantage of. Also, since the client after me cancelled I was able to add on a underarm sugar service as well. The place is nicely decorated with a cool 70s style vibe, where they sell jewelry and vintage clothing. Their Pandora playlist was also pretty dope which relaxed me and had me singing along to some of my favorite tunes. Overall, I recommend Sugar Society since they are a two woman dream team who will take care of all your hair removal needs.

Best spray tan of my life, hands down. Ericas application is truly unparalleled. Also, whatever brand she used is amazing--Im not even remotely orange. (Their shade coconut with purple undertones is so natural.)I saw Erica for the first time last night after two girlfriends recommended her to me recently. After a number of other not-so-perfect experiences at other tanning salons, in both SF and FL, I wasnt convinced that spray tans were for me, but figured Id try again on my mission to find one that I love and would do regularly.I woke up this morning and rinsed my dry oil coconut colored tan (after sleeping in it for ~8 hours after the application) and, not to be dramatic, but I was truly astounded by how perfect and natural the tan was. I have never seen a spray tan with flawless elbow, feet, hand, AND face application on anyone, ever, and yet, Erica somehow managed to achieve it on me. (Mind you, I have dry, sensitive skin.) Beyond the tan being impeccable, Ericas kind and warm energy was infectious. Her acceptance of me walking into her salon with obnoxious spray tan PTSD/OCD/anxiety was really what made the experience enjoyable, and dare I say, fun...One and only downside of this and any spray tan that Ive ever had: the smell. There is a fragrant coconut powder (I think?) that Erica applied after the tan that helped, but the reality is, yjust cant escape smelling like a bowl of miso soup (and staining your stark white linens) after a spray tan, no matter how hard you try.Thank you so much, Erica! Cant wait to come for my next tan with you.
