Vu was awesome! I needed a fill in and he noticed that the last nail tech totally screwed up my nails. He did a wonderful job fixing the problem. I will definitely be back.

I want to start by saying that Vu, The owner, and the man that does pedicures are all very kind and do a great job! However the lady at the front desk is also nice majority of the time, however she rushes. I came in to get my acrylic nails removed and I ended up bleeding (I even yanked my hand back because of the pain) and the nails look terrible. She didn’t even apologize.. just kept going. One hand didn’t even get filed and I still had black polish left over- I will include pictures. When she does my nails it’s not always good quality (cuticles neglected, sloppy paint, uneven shape). The others take their time and pay attention to detail. I believe everyone has their days, but this has happened too often. After a year of trying I will not be returning to this shop :(

Staff was nice, however if your coffin nail looks square its a no go for me.

Got there at 10 waited until 12 and another girl came in because she missed her appointment the day before I only want to get a pedicure but yet she took her first mines would have only taken 20 mins this was very unprofessional with that being they will not be getting my business at all then they had the nerve to laugh about

I came in for a fill about 1.5 weeks ago and have had 4 nails break already ... within the first couple days of having them two had broken which was totally understandable. but about a week later my nails started cracking in half and breaking, i was literally scratching my arm and my nail broke. at this point i dont even want repairs done i just want them totally off. their work isnt the greatest, all my nails are now different shapes and thicknesses. overall, not satisfied and wont be doing back

Arrived at 5p for nail removal. They acknowledged I was there, then at 6:30p told me you come back Monday. I was outraged! The tech at the first table finally agreed to remove my nails after some debate She was so aggressive when removing them while speaking to the other techs in her native language. When she got to the second nail to remove it she split the nail on the nail bed. The pain was excruciating. Another tech finished my nails and I left infuriated. I just pray my nail heals.

Always do an amazing job

I love this place! They are always busy and you can tell a lot of their customers are repeat customers. I had nail extensions and SNS dip for the first time. Prices are also very comparable to other places in the city. This has become my favorite nail salon.

Have not been in years still love this place and I travel from henrico just to let the mom do my nails. However this was my first time since COVID-19 did not see them wipe down after each customer.

I just got my nails done and when the guy finished they were so thin and bendy even with acrylic on it and charged me $65 for plain coffin nails that are way too thin.

I has visited Ramz Nails today to get an pedicure and gel manicure.I love the massages chair and the lady take care for me very nice and do very good job. They look awesome and the salon is very clean,They have liner for the pedicure and they clean stub very well.I will come back for next time.

I walked in without an appointment and they seated me immediately. I got a Gel manicure and i would say it was done fairly quickly. The manicurist did a very good job. Ill definitely go back.

He made my hand bleed while doing them. The nails are uneven on the other hand. He had an attitude the whole time. And he also said he couldn’t do My hand with pointy tips because he cut them too short but my friend was also there and she got them pointy and they were shorter than mine. If you go there, request the lady’s to do your nails. I’ll be going to bling nails to get them fixed.

I finally got dipping powder done here -- I have to say it was divine. Everyone is really friendly, and they never rush through the job. Especially, i really love Vu--- He is my hero---a funny and friendly person. Bright, clean, heavenly smell (the owner explained that she doesnt believe in chemicals for her clients, workers or self). You will leave happy!

All I have to say about this place is A*W*E*S*O*M*E!!!!!! My technician (Vy) was fantastic, she did exactly what I wanted and my nails have never been so perfect. Its a clean shop with soothing colors and friendly atmosphere. Its been 4 days, and my dipping powder nails still look fantastic. All-in-all, you definitely get what you pay for when you come here.

I initially called in and tried for a walk-in and spoke to the staff herel. She didnt know me and had to NO reason to be as kind to me as she was, but she helped me timely. She took her time to makes sure I am happy at the end result! Plus, the salon was clean and tidy- Deserves 5 stars from me.

Terrible customer service! They didn’t follow proper protocol and have an attitude problem! Every step was rushed, and resulted in mediocre quality. I walked out in such disappointment! Also they pick and choose to ask which customers to pay now vs pay later, which is rude as they fear I will just walk out because of how I look. Never going again !!!!!! Please check out other nail shops in RVA and save your coin because it was a hot mess.

To my surprise the young lady who did my nails shaped them very nice, and my nails looked very natural when she finished.

I showed the lady a picture of chrome gold to chrome pink tipped ombré nails and she said she could do it, which was great because the last place messed it up. As soon as she painted my whole nail hot pink, I knew it was game over from there. Then, she tried to do a chrome “ombré” with hot pink gelled tips (what was supposed to be chrome). I told her to just chrome the whole nail since it was obvious she didn’t know what she was doing. The chrome powder wasn’t sticking well to the thumb nail so she did a double layer making the chrome powder gold instead of the light pink like the other nails. I noticed that all of my nails have bumps all over that one could honestly mistake for Braille. It’s a shame that no one cares about doing a good job anymore. Don’t bother going here. Still had to pay for the crappiest manicure of my life. Photos can be provided 😇

I went here because it was the closest to my wedding location at the Jefferson. One of my nails needed a repair for my wedding the next day. They had a bad attitude with me. Took the fake nail off and then told me they couldn’t do it. They are rude and not helpful at all. Please go somewhere else. Don’t even waste your time. If I could give them 0 I would.

I turned to my trusty Google app and found the luxe nail salon close to my home. She was literally hustling and trying to find a service to fit me in. Great staff, she also did an awesome job! Thanks and will be returning!

My daughter, daughter-in-law and I were came from out of town to have manicures and pedicures at 9am on a Friday. We found that the manicurists were very good and gave a wonderful service. We received foot, hand and back massages! It made for a nice pre-wedding experience for the 3 of us. All of us enjoyed the service and would go back again if we are ever in the area!!!

Got acrylic full set and the lady did a terrible job. She didn’t take her time and my nails are crooked. She couldn’t even bother to take my nail polish off before she started so you can see the black paint I had on it.

I was in Ramz nails for the very first time and I absolutely love my nails. The guy did a very nice job in a short amount of time. I would recommend Ramz and ironically enough Im on my way to them now.

I use to swear by this nail salon, unfortunately after they switched owners everything went south. Customer service is awful. They will rush to do everything so expect mediocre quality if that, on top of that the salon is always dirty, and they don’t sanitize anything.Today was my final visit here.

Im from out of town and wanted to get a quick manicure. My word of advice: find another establishment. There are too many nail places to settle for one with mediocre service, dingy surroundings, ghetto atmosphere, and a questionable sanitation process. I asked one of the technicians what is the sanitation process between clients and he told me dont act like that because the techs wont like me. I dont care if the techs like me, I care about not getting a flesh eating bacteria. I was suppose to get a mani/pedi but left immediately after I finished the Mani. Never again.

Never go here. Spend the extra money at KT Nails. The service here sucks, the nails look horrible, the place stinks and they rush through everything. Not to mention i had a mental breakdown when getting my eyebrows threaded because i told the lady not to make them thin, she makes them thin and says “but thin is pretty”. I went here on my sisters recommendation. And had a nice dipping powder manicure. My fav nail tech - Vy!!!! She was soooo extremely friendly and made me feel so welcomed and loved! Average prices, decent job on the nails. The environment is clean and well-organized. Overall, I had a really great experience at this place and I hope to be a regular!

I feel like they over charge. I only got my nails trimmed and painted, eyebrow arched which still is thick and not even. No gel paint just regular color. I get home bumped my hand and the paint messed up.

Since I didnt get the gel for manicure the lady didnt care. She was rude and didnt want to listen what i wanted. she didnt even clean the cuticles. this was my first time, lets just say never going back.

Me and my cousin went in here today and one of the techs cut her toe and when she began to complain about it the tech laughed to the other employee about it. Then the tech that was doing my nails glued my nail on crooked and argued with me on how it was nothing wrong with it. Once he realized he was wrong he didnt know how to remove it and burned my nail with the file.They are very unprofessional, dont waste your time!!

I have no idea how this place has 3.4 stars… The technicians are rude and the one that worked on my nails had to ask someone else to tell him what I was asking for like 4 times… Then they told me I couldnt have what i wanted because of my prior color and i had to have a dark color but ive been getting my nails done the SAME way for 6+ years now; I know what I can and cant do. But I let it go.. I felt that I was very rushed and my nails were completely uneven and the paint coats were lumpy. Dont go here.

They first opened at 8:30am and they were always around 30 minutes late to opening. And then they changed the to 9:30am. I tell me why Im still standing here waiting for them to open at 9:45 and I got a job interview at 10:30am? And the young girl does not know how to do nails at all. My nails always breaks and becomes brittle when she files them.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! Not only do they do your nails carelessly, the way they wax is just so off!!! Go to A&M across the street! They will take care of you and your moneys worth!!!
