Great service, walked in and got a pedicure right away. No wait. They were very sweet and the guy who did my pedicure took his time and did a great job . Glad i took A chance to come here. I’ll be returning

Just moved here tried to make an appointment the lady on the phone was rude as hell for no reason. Shame on us who support the clear disrespect from people who take your money and dont respect us. Shame on whoevers answering the phone.

If I could give them a zero-I would, they over book with one person doing nails & one person doing feet...really !!...expect to stay for hours !!After waiting 45 mins. to get my feet put in water for pedicure, they left me & started doing someone elses nails...I ask how much longer am I gonna have to wait and she had the audacity to get an attitude and became very unprofessional-so I left !!

This is literally the ONLY nail shop I go to they are very respectful and its really clean I would refer anyone to go to supper nails I wouldnt trade nail shops for anyone 10 stars

I’ve been to this place a about 5 times now over the past two months until today I was pleased with the way my nails turned out, I have had to wait even tho an appointment was made, but to the female nail tech who has done my nails caught an attitude but I didn’t allow her attitude to change who I am. I just can say after reading a few reviews I now see that nasty side of her... besides that I still love ❤️ my nails

Ive been going here for years and I absolutely love it I really like that they go by appointment only and that my nails always get lots of compliments ❤❤❤❤❤

I am not from this area.. I googled and drove to several locations but I felt like super nails was the one for me... i called inside to ensure my walk in was ok or should I have to have an appointment... once getting inside... I got my pedicure done by the gentleman and it was ok.. however once going to the lady for my nails.. she says she cant do them because they are dip powder and this location doesnt do dip powder . I asked of she could even soak these off and start a fresh set.. she says no she dont want to.. she have other people coming and it would take too long... she then preceded to be rude when I asked her could I pay more because I have money n really want them done smh I never got my nails done and she was a nasty individual

Wow. Now I see why in the 3 years I lived here this place NEVER has clients. You call to get an appointment and you come then have to wait until their done with previous client who scheduled same thing I did. I dont understand why you have kids in the place when you clearly say no children. No masks like seriously thats disgusting!!!

Great shop! I’ve been going there for years and they do quality nails and pedicures. Just low on staff so there will be a wait, but it’s always worth the wait!

Clean, courteous, nice, professional, and not crowded.

Is only one Nail Tech but she is awesome and she has patience because I know I can be a handful when it comes to me coming to get my nails done but she was patient with me understanding and gave me exactly what I asked for with no problem I definitely will recommend her just know when you go be prepared to wait if youre not the first in line but it is well worth the wait

Not too great of customer service experience. It was more of a cold draft. Walked in and walked out. But, I heard there is a man here that takes his time doing pedicures the right way. Unlike other places that rush it. Sadly, never got the chance, because once I saw the price, I turned right around. No one asked what I wanted and I didnt feel welcomed so, oh well. Maybe next time. (maybe!)

Yes the service is slow but it always well worth the wait. I never ever had one complaint about the way my nails look when I leave. That’s why I travel alllllllllll the way to south side because they aim to please!

If I could give no stars I would. The Customer service was awful and the pedicure chairs are the worst worn out chairs I’ve ever seen but I stayed because the other shops was closing. One of my toes chipped the next day and I went back and the younger female fixed it but said nothing to me but started talking to a older man in her language. 2 days later 4 toes was chipped. I will just go pay to have them done over somewhere else. I will NEVER go back the next time I’m visiting RVa not that they care.

Two is amazing! Its just her and her Dad in the shop but well worth the wait!

Nails got infected. Got them done 10/5/2019 and had to remove them 10/09/2019 due to them being infected. All 10 of them were like that and I had to lose time off work because of this.

They always do an amazing job on your nails feet or your eyebrows

Due to having mostly just 2 people working there, the service is SLOW. But the QUALITY of work, is GREAT. I have been going there for years.
