I made an appointment with these mfs after spending a lot of money with them every 2 weeks... When I had a complaint they refused to refer me to the manager and told me to never come back... People like this is why the world is so fd up... No professionalism or honor in their word.. If you own this establishment Id advise you to review your staff because being nasty to loyal paying companies will be your down fall!!!!

I love Tony my nail technician. Tony keeps my nails flyy and someone is always complimenting me on them. Some of the other techs are stand-offish and rude as hell.

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. Darling Nails was NOT busy at all! I went in and asked to get my eyebrows waxed & I was told it would be a 30 minute wait just to get eyebrows waxed. Mind you there was literally one person there getting nails done. The lady who told me that it would be a 30min wait was NOT with a client and was sitting on her phone doing nothing. She was rude and made it apparent that she just didnt feel like getting up and working. Also, just stared at me & did not greet me. Oh well you truly missed out on a great client.

Love this place. No waiting, they make sure you get what you want and make sure you are comfortable the entire time you are there. Everyone is polite and respectful.

Ive been going to this nail salon for 2 years now. The service that Ive received at any time was always professional and courteous. You do have to make an appointment nowadays but the service is on point!!

I only go to get my eyebrows done, they do great, for me, at least

LeAnne did a phenomenal job on my gel fill in! She reshaped my nails and paid attention to detail! Clean and quick service! I will be coming back for more service.

I felt really comfortable going in there since the pandemic. Very clean and they are making clients follow mask rules.

I would not recommend coming here!!! I got my nails done on a Sunday, a simple Gel polish..& by Tuesday the polish was literally peeling off! They lady that did my nails was a older lady, she rushed on my nails and was rude as hell! I will never step foot back in this place again!!!!

Very horrible work i got my nails done there and 2 days later i have 3 nails left hanging on they have been popping off like press ons i cant believe ppl charge money like this and then when u go in there to ask why this happens they want to charge arm n leg to fix it i was a regular customet here since 2017 NEVER AGAIN

If I could give zero stars I would, I had a 1:00 appointment today and was turned away because I had my eight year old son with me whos very well behaved ...one child ...so I took my money elsewhere I will never return.

The hours are stated that they are open until 7:30PM. I arrived at 6:50 and the doors were already locked, and all of the employees ignored me as if they didn’t see me standing at the door (and I’m not sure how long they were locked before I got there).The shop wasn’t even busy. No other nail shop I go to locks their doors this early before close. I’m extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism.

This nail tech are a lil rude and rough... I wont say I will never return. Maybe on a last moment

DISCLAIMER: As I write this, they are closed due to COVID-19.I used to go to Darling Nails faithfully because they waxed my eyebrows just how I liked them and on the off chance I wanted my nails done (I wasn’t large on getting them done) they were always perfect. I stopped going though because of one particular experience. Not sure of anyone’s name but a young lady was doing my nails and her co-worker came over and they were talking in their language. Fine by me. A bit into the conversation, the lady doing my nails begins to lift my hand to the light so the other lady could see and they start laughing literally in my face about God knows what. Whatever it was didn’t sit right with me. I sat and let her finish my nails, paid and left. I’m a non-confrontational person so I didn’t say anything, but I certainly will never go back.

I was a faithful customer for years right along with my mother and always had a good experience with Kim and her employees, EXCEPT FOR THIS TIME. COVID-19 has caused many changes, but Good customer service should not have been one. I called and asked for the wait time. She told me 30 minutes. (Due to COVID-19 the shop could only allow a certain amount of ppl to sit inside and wait.) I arrive 20 minutes later, if that! There was traffic and it was around 5:30pm.... just for me to walk in and see the waiting area full. Kim then says they are closed. I was so mad because it hadn’t been 30 minutes since I spoke to her and yet when I arrive mf she said they are closed but the door was still unlocked and I walked right in... my point is; if you couldn’t take more customers you could’ve just said that. Don’t lie and say you’re closed when you’re clearly just backed up. I won’t be spending my Monday here again. I actually care about the experience just as much as I care about The work!

Online, it says shop opens at 9 a.m., on the door, it says 9:30. At 9:45, shop still was not open! I wanted to get my nails done before I went to work at 11. All other shops opens at 10! Guess Ill wait til Saturday.

5 stars, as long as you go straight to Lisa for your Pedicure. the rest are OK but if Lisa wasnt there I would have definitely already switched salons. SN: Lisa is a really short slim lady

Had the worst experience ever at this nail salon. Prices are always different each time. When I finally questioned the price change a lady at a station near by yelled from behind a customer she was servicing that the price was for the cut down. I called prior to my arrival to check the price for a fill in and was told $14. After my nails were finished a different lady charges me $28. I tried to explain that all I had done was a simple clear coat over acrylic.. (no gel at all) she refused to explain why the price was so high. I’m I keep from causing a scene I politely paid the $28 and left without leaving my tip. I am still in awe at the maltreatment and the way I was ripped off at this place. Zero stars would still be a star to many ...

They are the worst ! The manger there refuses to my nails because I asked for a certain shape nail, showed her pictures of the shape I wanted as well and she did something different when I asked her to change the shape the refused. But Ive been going to that nail shop for a while before the owner changed so even after that situation I still kept going to that nail shop because I was comfortable with that location. Its been months and she still refuses to do my nails. The man there is nice and always takes care of me but when he does my nails they always break. I went today to get them repaired, he wasnt there and she refused to fixed them even after I told her I couldnt even shower because of the pain from my nail and she still refused to help me. She said she didnt have time to do it today and they was only one customer in there she just didnt want to do it. And the older lady that works there cant be trusted either. Shes very slow and never do the nails right. They are always lop sided when I go to her. The manger does not care about her customers and Im a loyal one. Ive been a regular for years and she still doesnt care. I will never spend my money with them again !! Ever !!

I asked for a polish change on 2 nails. The woman was so rude and turned me away. There was 3 nail techs and only 1 busy.... but because I didn’t use their salon to get my nails done (which I was just stopping because I didn’t like the color I chose), they turned me away

I have a regular technician that I personally request every time I go to have my nails done. hes excellent with my nails in caring for the shape and healthiness of my nails. However there is one lady that works there her attitude really sucks shes nasty and would never do my nails or bend her face over to do my eyebrows. She was also there When it was Hollywood nails. Im not sure if shes the owner manager or whatever but shes just simply horrible in attitude

Ive been visiting Hollywood Nails for years and have never had a bad experience. I always get a pedicure and sometimes get my lip and brows waxed. Their prices are reasonable. Im going to take my 92 year old mother there to get her toenails trimmed instead of taking her to a podiatrist, because she will get better treatment at Hollywood Nails than a doctors office. The doc is not gentle and doesnt soak her feet first, so it makes it hard to cut her thick nails. Plus the podiatrist charges a fortune! Glad Hollywood is in my neighborhood!

If I could give zero stars I would customer service sucks. I took my three girls because they wanted to get their nails done they did two of them as me and my other daughter seat and waited over an hour which was fine but more people started coming in and and they were taken back to get their nails done so I was like maybe she is going to put us with the same person as my two daughters were with. AS then she walked over to my child and said move I need that seat not exceed me can you please move. WHICH SHE WAS SEATING BY HER BABY SISTER! Which me or my daughter should have been the NEXT one in that SEAT. Then as she went to say oh I didnt know you were getting your nails done really I picked out my color and everything so did my other daughter and you told me the price. I am so mad I had to wait to write the review then my daughter was looking at her nails and they are not even the same length. She even tired the lady for her nails which I paid for my younger daughter and didnt I was flaming from the ear by the. I understand your busy but I do hair and if your hair wasnt right what would you do.... or if you had been waiting over an hour and I kept taking people before you I dont think you would be to happy I will never spend my money there to many other nail salons that have more respect for people spending their money.Need TO REALLY WORK on customer service

I have never paid the same price for my nails. ive been there three times but no more. Today i was charged 50.00 for a fill in and cut down. i got clear polish....no gel!!!! Dont go there, they are ripping people off!!!!! i usually leave a 10-15.00 tip but not today!!!!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I walk in and the lady asks me to sit at a station. There were three other ladies already being serviced and three other ladies arrive and sit down 10 minutes AFTER I was asked to sit at a station. I’m waiting to get serviced and after the technician finishes with the girl sitting next to me (which took 20 minutes by the way), she comes over to me and removes my polish asking me what I wanted. After she removes my nail polish, she disappears (I have waited for service around 30 minutes by this point), I have no idea where she goes, but then I notice the three ladies who came in after me, get serviced before me. I just get up and leave to go somewhere else because I found this to be EXTREMELY RUDE. Instead of them trying to find the technician or servicing me instead, they all serve the other theee ladies who came in after I did. I will never go to this nail salon again!!!

I think the ladys name was Tina that did my nails and at first everything was fine but then she was filing and cut the cuticle of my second toe, which I know can happen. But then she poured some blue stuff over it that made it burn really bad. This place is terrible. I thought it would get better but it has only gotten worse and my cuticle has like a blister over it now.

They pretend to like black ppl when all they want is our money! Prices always different for the same service... They dont always greet you, its how can I help you mostly. They dont like when you have an opinion about your own nails you are paying for. One lady n particular always did my eye brows... As soon as I turned down a ten dollar soak off she messed one of my eye brows up! My mom had a complaint about her nails because the guy wasnt doing it they way she liked. They suggested she doesnt come back which is cool but every since that day they talk n Chinese then ask how is my mom, then laughs.

I love getting my nails and etc, done at Darling nails the atmosphere there is sweet, the manager is such a wonderful person, she is and have been my nail tech for years and I will follow her where ever she gos I love Darling Nails.

This other lady that did them now she looks younger, cut one eyebrow shorter than the other! No i am not happy about this. I would not be going back there and wouldnt recommend anyone going there!!!! Very pissed
