Weirdest and rudest staff ever, longest wait time up to 1 hour. When there was miscommunication and I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor did not even ask what the problem is and just said you have to comply with whatever the staff says otherwise you should leave. They had the weirdest attitude ever. Dont go there you should call customer service for everything and stay on line for 45 mins to get a response.
Worst customer service I have received from CSR LEONARDO.Walked in to look into purchasing a new samsung phone and helping us set us a new iPhone 13 we purchased at Apple. Couldnt find my accounts, mind you not only do we have business mobile, business phone, tv and internet and home services as well. Thats 3 different accounts!!!While he was waiting on me, he had negative confrontation with 2 other clients.Clearly he was having a bad day!!I offered to call the 800 #- his answer is their closed but feel free to call. Why would I call if its closed!?!?
Spoke to sales associate Maria at the Spectrum store in Glendale Galleria and she was great in answering questions regarding problems with my remote. She provided excellent customer service with a winning attitude. Thank you Maria!

Very unprofessional. He charged me twice at this store. Very shady. The associate he directed me to pay at the kiosk double charged my card said my Internet was past due, thats why it was shutoff without valid notice to increase. He was also He first said it was declined, then second time it cleared. There was no pin code setup at the kiosk. Went home to find he double charged my card.♦️
I asked an associate if she could help me and she said I cant . She also asked me if I live in the city with assumption that I dont because of my race. Smh. Very entitled. Do yourselves a favor and go to the pasadena location instead!

Do NOT get spectrum. Horrible customer Service. Horribly long waits for any servicing issues. They have been soliciting me for a year to update service . Keep in mind I opted out of mail since the beginning and have called about it multiple times. At this point its just Harassment.
New looking store, short line and helpful person at the counter. Calling in was a much better experience as Time Warner Cable still, this location met my needs in a timely and courteous manner.
