Use to come here before the pandemic all the time, came back to get my nails and pedicure done. Staff was very unprofessional, yelling and didn’t give me time to pick out a color. The pedicure was horrible and acrylic nails came out terrible, I asked for coffin shaped but some of the nails came out boxed shaped, the lady also cut a part of my skin off and made one of my finger bleed. I also got overcharged for shellac nails when mine were acrylic with powder. Would not recommend this place to no one. Go at your own risk.

I love Model Nails and have been going to them for years. Lots of new places have opened around here and I tried most of them, but keep coming back to Model. The faces are friendly, prices are good, and they spend a long time taking care of you rather than just rushing through a pedicure or manicure.

My mom and I have been coming to Model Nail for years now and we still love this place. I got my lashes lifted and tinted by Nancy and she was great! She explained everything she was doing and was super gentle around the eyes. I highly recommend making an appointment with her if you want a natural alternative to wearing mascara!

Everyone in this shop is not good at what they do. Some of these ladies need to perfect their crafts. For example like polishing, shellac, full set etc. Service can be better..

One of the ladies were combative. It took them an hour just to remove my previous fake nails. Once they were finally off she just tried to paint my real nails, no filing, no shaping, nothing! When I asked why she’s not filing them her response was “you said leave them like this”. What?! Why would I come pay my hard earned money just for you to paint over my jagged nails, and when did I ever say that. From then on she was very argumentative then started to speak her native language while looking back and forth at me. Obviously you’re talking about me, when I asked her to speak English, (which she did just fine before having an attitude) she said the person she was speaking to didn’t understand English. That was a lie, because I had a whole conversation with that person earlier, all in English. Needless to say I left without getting my nails done, just the previous fake ones removed. Absolutely terrible customer service experience and I will NEVER be back.

I would like to say that this is the most Amazing experience especially since they accepted me at 6:30 p.m. when they close at 7. You have no idea how pad shape my toes and my nails were they patiently and thoroughly took their time to make sure that they did their job perfect. You can tell that every Staff member here truly do care about customer satisfaction I would definitely recommend this place and I Definitely will be back every 2 weeks to maintain my Beauty.

Our pedicures were great. Its not something we usually do so with a chair massage a hot pack for our necks and complimentary beverage. I chose green tea. we will be returning.

Have been going here for at least 2 years after trying many places in the local area. Everyone is super nice and does a great job!. Also, you can get a glass of wine while you relax in their ridiculously awesome massage chairs and get a pedicure. My favorite nail place!. Highly recommended.

The quality of service is amazing. I am very happy with gel polish on my nails and toes and look fabulous. The cost is very reasonable. I def. come back again. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

Horrible service! I walked in was looking at the colors for my full set and I was talking to my friend that came with me the lady tells me “ Omg pick your color gosh” I said excuse me ? so I told her I’m not getting my nails done anymore she says what’s wrong I said your rude I don’t give my money to bad service and I walked out. I couldn’t believe it i was so pissed .

They are always so friendly and make you feel at home.

Nancy is great! So is Ivy! Everyone always nice. They can get busy, but because they are good!! Make an appointment if you dont want a wait!!! Its worth it!!

I always go here but I came on Saturday (4 DAYS ago) and my acrylic nails are already coming off. Totally disappointed and will question coming back. All the people here are so friendly, but they did an awful job on my nails this go around. Acrylics are supposed to last 2-3 weeks!!!

Ive been to this nail shop more than 5 times between pedicures and dip powder on my nails and it has never disappointed. Nancy, Ivy and Thuy are great with the dip powder and the others whove done my pedicures are great as well. No complaints besides when its busy they dont spend as much time with you. I always recommend this nail shop.

Love this place. Quiet, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Lan does a great job on my solar nails. If a nail nicks during first week they redo it for free. Resonably priced. Only lacks wine!

I ended up with a lot of cuts on my nails. Hopefully I dont get an infection. She was being too rough and rushing thru my service. When I would say ouch she would laugh at me. Unbelievable. The other lady beside me said the same thing happened to her. She said they didnt listen to her when she complained that they were hurting her.

Been coming here for 2 years and I love them so much. Nancy always does my eyebrows and she never fails. Everyone else is very nice, its sometimes packed but its worth the wait. And if you dont have time to wait, schedule an appointment, theyre soo good.

They don’t speak english, but I understand some Vietnamese. They talked about me saying I wanted too much. I had on dip and wanted acrylic. Came in a second time and wanted Shellac. The lady doing my nails was Quyen. She talked about how I got on her nerves, and she didn’t do that great of a job. I will not be back. I will go somewhere where they speak english only.

Great I enjoyed the pedicure. They were able to get my ingrown toenail.

This place was horrible. They cut my skin on my toes in three different places and I have a crooked big toe nail and no my nail doesnt grow that way. The polish job looks like my 5 year old did. You also can still see my previous shellac color on my nails. Terrible. Never have I left a shop only to go to a different one to redo.

I love this place we go once a month.

My experience here seems to not be the norm. I will be coming again to see if it was just a fluke because I would love to love this place. My nails do not look good and the customer service was below subpar.

Got my nails done here and 2 days later they started chipping. I went back to get it fixed and the lady who did them did a horrible job and rushed through the whole process...I think its pretty obvious that Im never going there again.

They didnt care for my nails. I asked them 5 times to fix them because they were in such a rush that they smudged them. I ended up going home and repainting them myself. I had payed 85 dollars.

This place is awesome!
