Stopped here for a workout during a road trip and I was so impressed I had to leave a review. First thing I noticed was how clean it was. The locker room was spotless including the private showers (bring your own soap). The workout floor is huge with tall ceilings and complete with full Olympic racks, plenty of quality exercise machines, cable machines, dumbbells, and cardio machines. Front desk staff is very friendly. Would recommend!

So far so good. I only walked on a treadmill but it worked as expected. The bathrooms/lockerrooms are nice.

I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED FOR MY REFUND FOR THE REMAINING MONTHS I HAD PAYED FOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT HELP ME. THIS SEEMS LIKE A CORPORAL SCAM. I canceled my membership January 8th, 2021. I was told when I signed, that I would be refunded whatever months I did not use per the head employee. (if I get my refund ill remove this post, so if it still up this gym still has my money. Someone actually warned me that i wont get my money back, i should had listen)

Love this gym. The tanning beds are awesome and very very clean. The staff is always great and considerate and they make me feel welcome by greetings when I walk in and greeting when I leave. They all know me and I enjoy and feel protected by them.

I just signed up and im very excited. Just a couple things worrying me about the cleanliness of this facility. I have a chronic illness and I cannot be exposed to a lot of people. I went 3 nights in a row at night around 8 to 830pm. I go after my kids are in bed and my husband is home. There were not many people and I was able to workout. I cleaned the machines before and after I used them. The spray cleaner doesnt smell like cleaner kinda like its really watered down. I noticed 3 people jump right off their machines without cleaning afterwards and then going to another machine and didnt clean it before. I skipped the 4th night. I go again same time and there are about 50 cars in the parking lot! I waited in my car to see if it would lighten up so I could go. While I waited I saw SO many people not cleaning the machines or social distancing. I went home and didnt get to workout. I went again tonight and there was 41 cars in the parking lot and again no social distancing. I didnt stay long enough to see anyone not cleaning but Im sure there was. This is why Covid is spreading so badly. ATC, Im really disappointed. Your rules need to be posted in more places around the gym. Its like a covid petri dish in your gym if you dont enforce the state regulations.

I havent been very happy since u so called open doors. With the hours I work I cant make it into the gym. Because of your so called hours of operation. I work second and 3rd shift. I am a local city truck driver. I have actually been in twice. Once I actually worked out, the second was just tanning. My big concern is when will we be able to have full access! I understand the guidelines. But that something all gym has been doing way before the epidemic. I havent quite made my mind up yet. But I have been building my home gym up. And strongly thinking of cancellation with you guys. Its not fair, that we are on limits.

I love this place and I’m so grateful their 7 day pass exists. A monthly membership would be useless to me because I travel for work so when I’m home I use their $25 7 day pass and even better that money goes to St. Jude’s. The place is very clean, has great equipment and I love the good cause my money will go to. Highly recommend this gym!!

Question... when are the hours returning to normal? Im hoping that the current hour restriction isnt permanent as the gym being 24 hours is a huge part of the reason why I chose atc and havent gone to another gym. Even though the gym has opened back up I havent been able to workout on several different occasions because the gym closed before I could make it there. Hoping someone can enlighten me on when this will change.

The gym is fantastic! With a premium package you also get unlimited tanning bed and hydro massage chair (which is phenomenal in and of itself) all for $25/mo.

Im a member of active and fit direct, which ATC Fitness is a network gym. I travel all over the USA and my membership allows me to work out at any participating gym. Tonight I went to ATC in Southaven to work out. While cordial, the staff seemed totally ignorant of the program, even after I showed them the app on my phone, membership card, and the sign on their very own door saying they were part of the network!! To no avail. I was turned away. Luckily Planet fitness down the road was familiar, friendly And welcoming. I will be reporting ATC to the active and fit network to have their membership removed as they obviously have no intention of honoring it.In response to ATC reply below: They obviously dont remember me as Im a Man, unless of course they are being ruefully sarcastic which should further indicate that they are less than hospitable and disrespectful. Think about that, as this is from management, would you as a person and customer appreciate being treated like this? That said, NO, it was the ATC staff that was confused as I spent 10 minutes trying to explain how active and fit works, they said that I would have to buy a day pass to use the gym. So that is a complete fabrication in order to save face. No one offered to enroll me into the ATC system for zero dollars so that I could train. It would have been more honorable to admit your fault rather than respond with such obvious falsehoods. That speaks volumes as to your true character. As I have previously mentioned, I use active and fit nationwide due to my job and this was the first negative experience I have had. Let the buyer beware!

My husband and I have been going to ATC for 3 years, and weve never had a bad experience. Its always clean, and the staff and equipment are great!

ATC Employees Discriminate Against Women.My husband and I were moving out of state and both of us cancelled our ATC gym memberships on the same day. My husbands was cancelled and mine was not. I contacted them about it and they said that they could not give me a refund of the $15 gym fee.Here is the actual email they sent me after I asked them why my membership was not cancelled at the same time as my husbands and why I would not receive a refund:At this time, your account has been set up on a pending cancel status. Before your account can be cancelled, you are responsible for a 30 day written request (this has been fulfilled via your email) and any payments that fall within that time period. Your final dues payment will draft on 03/28/2019. Your rate guarantee fee of $ 29.00 will also draft on 03/28/2019. You will have club access until 04/27/2019.I sent in the request to cancel on Jan. 28. This is theft at this point.Another time, I was at the gym using the elliptical, and a creepy guy stood right in front of the machine while I was trying to exercise. I asked the man politely if he was waiting to use my machine, and he said No which made it obvious to me that he was there just to be a creeper. I told the ATC employee there at the time, and he said that he couldnt do anything about it. I never went to the gym by myself again.This gym does not care about protecting women or even giving women equal service. Ladies, find a buddy to go with you or- better yet- just pick another gym.

Around a year at this gym so far and while I do enjoy working out here & find the staff great in general, I cant help but be surprised with how toxic the newer gym members are lately. Opened a door for someone, just for them to shut it right back in my face almost. Was taking my 30 second break between a set & got a rude glare from someone for whatever reason. Many many many... More reasons I could list, but I dont feel like writing a book. With that being said, my rating will change to a 4 star. My reasoning for keeping the rating high is due to how much I love the gym as a whole.. The Staff are great, there is a lot of equipment to choose from, you usually never have to worry about not having something to do. Anyways, thanks for reading my review, I hope my rating goes back to its original 5 star rating someday.

No frills gym with modern equipment. Glass across the front makes for a very open atmosphere.

Been with ATC for a long time. Other gyms have the trainers a fluff but we have the drive and mindsets to get in and do the work! Safe, clean and great staff always! Thanks!
