Weve been using Go Eco for about four years now and find them to be the best refuse service we have ever used. They are on time, courteous, and professional, all at a reasonable price. We have recommended them to many friends who are all quite satisfied as well.

My trash can was stolen, called company to have it replaced, spoke with Lorrie, who stated that they would charge me for a replacement and that I needed to go out into my neighborhood and look for it. I then told them that they could cancel my service. 30 mins later I received a call stating that they would waive the replacement fee, but I still needed to continue looking for my trash can. About two hours later, I received another call stating that the owner went out looking for my trash can and found it a street over, and that it was being used, and that they were bringing it back, full of trash from the house that they found it at and they would pick it up on the regular scheduled date. (which would have been 6 days from the date that it was stolen. NEEDLESS TO SAY... I AM NO LONGER A ECO DISPOSAL CUSTOMER.. WHO SENDS THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT LOOKING FOR STOLEN TRASH CANS, AND THEN THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY FINDS THE STOLEN TRASH CAN AND ATTEMPTS TO BRING TRASH CAN BACK TO THE CUSTOMER FULL OF OTHER PEOPLES TRASH. PROPER AUTHORITIES WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT THIS COMPANY IS DUMPING WASTE AT MY LOCATIONIn response to the owners response, who brings a stolen trash can back to the customer full of trash.

Great, friendly customer service! Best prices and never had any issues. We’ve used other large companies and had problems. Eco Disposal is the best company in Wilmington in my opinion.

Just signed on with Go Eco Disposal and loved my first experience with them! Family owned and operated, they were very friendly and very accommodating! I signed up on a Friday and they delivered the cans on Saturday (even though they don’t usually do that on a weekend, but because I had just moved and had a lot to be picked up, they wanted to be sure I didn’t miss Monday’s pick up!) They even donate to a couple charities with the money made from aluminum cans collections! Great business!

I called Thursday and spoke to Lorie to sign up for service after being with another local provider for the past 7 years. She was very nice and friendly and I had cans the same day!

Great customer service!!!!I am not a customer, but I called to ask about picking up lawn debris. She asked one of the drivers, and called back my cell phone to give me several different options in the area. I am currently a customer of a competitor, but its nice to have this kind of customer service anyway. Thanks!
