This place is amazing! When I called to make an appointment I spoke to Brittany and she was SO friendly and welcoming on the phone that even though their appointments were a couple weeks out I figured it was worth the wait. I also had called a couple other places and I’m sorry but they were no were near as nice as them. Fast forward to my appointment with my friend. My tech was Jade and hers was I think Elizabeth. They were just amazing souls. We all chatted and had a great time. They made us feel very comfortable and they had such friendly attitudes! They also did a wonderful job on our nails. They were also very informative. As for the aesthetic, it’s very modern and clean. Beautiful place really. The pedicures are cool because they use stainless steel sinks which are much better for cleanliness. You also sit on a comfy long couch with pillows and a pull out tray if you have any drinks. Loved it! So comfy. We felt very happy and excited to come back. We booked our next appointment right away. So so so happy I found this place.

I have few self-care services available during a pandemic. This is one of them. This place is friendly clean above and beyond service and the atmosphere is gorgeous and welcoming. Tip well people.

My sister booked an appointment for my bridesmaids and I to get our nails done. Walking in, the salon smells amazing, and isnt an overwhelming slew of chemicals, it is lovely, welcoming, and positive. The staff who worked with us were incredibly kind, fun, and professional. The attitude and tone of the entire appointment was really positive, and welcoming. My brother in law joined us for a manicure, and color, and it felt like a really welcoming place for everyone in my party. On addition, since its all natural nail care, the prep work that they do on your nails doesnt involve pain, its simply a healthier, cleaner way to care for your hands. The sugar scrub they do before you get your nails done is to die for Two weeks later, after travelling and backpacking, my nails look good! The tip of one nail is barely worn off, but all in all, my nails looked amazing for my wedding, and I am not worried about the polish being unsafe, or unhealthy for my nails.

I was highly impressed with the service that I received here today. I called and asked if I could come in, and when I arrived 5 minutes later I was greeted warmly. Brittany, Olivia, and Christina all assisted with my manicure and they were all very friendly, competent and knowledgeable. Malina completed my top coat, and my service from her was the same. These ladies were absolutely wonderful, and it was an immense pleasure having them assist me. What a shining jewel of a place as far as customer service; its really hard to find anywhere. But not only that... the establishment itself is very clean and open and has such a great energy from the moment you walk in. Today was my first time in, but I will certainly be back. I loved the products they used, I loved the customer service, I loved the outcome of my nails. EVERYTHING was great! A++++

The best pedicure Ive had in Richmond. They do this wonderful warm leg wrap and give a nice foot/leg massage. I love that they use all natural products and the place doesnt smell of nail polish and polish remover. I bought a jar of their lavender foot cream and Im obsessed. Ill never buy foot cream anywhere else. Its so luxurious. Give this place a try.

I have had 2 experiences with this salon, and both times I came away uneasy. Cold and snobby. The technicians made no eye contact and appeared to not want to interact on any level, including when I attempted to explain particulars for my pedicure. Decent paint job, but the rest of the service was sadly lacking. Also, overpriced for services performed. I will not go back.

This place will now and forever be the only nail place I ever go to. After everything Ive learned about all the other nail places and the damage they do to your nails! Ladies, DIP IS NOT HEALTHY FOR YOUR NAILS, AT ALL!!!! My natural nails are better than they have ever been and grow long and strong now because of this place!!Another reason to go? Your first manicure their is FREE!!!! The prices after that are still so affordable!

My feet were happy as well as beautuful after leaving Atir Natural Nail Clinic today!!!An Apprentice worked on my feet today & I must admit; if i wasnt told she was an apprentice i wouldnt have known. The level of care was as if shed worked there for many years.Ive been going to Atir for many years and Ive never been disappointed with any of the services Ive had. Atir promotes healthy natural nails & will do their best to ensure you get eveything you need for HEALTHY NAILS. My daughter is a paraplegic & theyve always been extremely accommodating to her needs while assisting me in keeping her nails healthy. We both suffer from immunity deficiency diseases so Im extremely grateful to Travis, Brittany, and all the employees at Atir for their professionalism & for caring.I recommend this place to everyone i know.
