I get charged different prices to go to the same location by different drivers $8-12. Extremely unprofessional drivers! The woman who answers the phone is helpful but I’m done using this service!

One of the greatest transportation services available better than Lyft Uber or a cab fast reliable service friendly drivers and they’re doing so much to protect you from the coronavirus some cars even have a plastic in between you and the driver drivers clean cars every day after each ride an amazing service

Very unsafe,I was in fear of my life!The driver was drunk and I didn’t realize it till he almost crashed then I smelled Liquor on his breath i asked him to pull over and asked for my money back and dispatch also the driver said no thier lucky They left before the cops showed up!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL UNSAFE!

Yellow taxi cab charged me 6 dollars for a trip and a stop and USA Limo usually takes 12 to 15 dollars.You taxi around, not tax around. 🤡Brrr

Driver wasnt wearing a mask today in the car, no plastic bag in between whatsoever.Charged extra and gave back wrong change for a 0.5 miles.Places like this should be banned from the city.

They were there for me during snow storms.

Horrible service please check your account when using this company they will over charge you and when you call they claim you’ll get you money back and never do . They owe me 46 dollars of over charge fee . No one speaks English . And the driver will lock you in the car when you’ve already paid due to lack of communication

This place is a joke. Said they called my phone 5 times and waited out side. Which was a huge lie. Left me stranded

I would highly recommend using USA limo services. I had called everyone around at 5 a.m. looking for a ride from Sturbridge to Worcester and no one would answer. Im happy I stumbled upon the number for USA. They were super friendly super fast and amazingly priced.

I am pleased to say that my ride with USA Limo was comfortable. The driver that picked me up (unit #21) was very friendly and helped me with my shopping bags!Highly Recommend!!!

I would like to vote 0 star for this service. The worst service I’ve ever seen. I asked for 2 stop and the price too expensive (4.2 miles and he asked me pay 24$ wth). Then I did check out Uber and Lyft ( about 13$ for 4.2 miles). I feel confused about the price and I asked the driver to make sure it clearly, and he got mad and started to speak Spanish with my friend. The way he acted really bad. And I think I was tricked.DO NOT RECOMMEND EVERYONEUBER AND LYFT ARE BETTER
