Let me start by saying my gel manicure looked fine. That said, sooooo many cons and I will not be returning.Cons:Workers (especially the guy) ghetto and unprofessional. Cursing so much and so loud. Sis this and sis that was so irritatingHe was coughing and sniffling WITHOUT a mask. Only stayed because he was behind the glass and not serving me.Customers was loud and ghetto talking about abortions on speaker the whole time getting lashes done. Also without a mask. They have a written sign saying cash only but the guy said you can use your card but we charge a few dollars..for debit? No thanks.The entire facility was run down and dirty. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Less talking[cursing]. Needs to put in sooo much more effort on their work. The guys mouth was very foul. The shapes of my nails are horrible. I wanted to just take the nails off. I went a week ago and already need a fill-in. But I definitely wont be going there. My lashes were ridiculous. I told her I didnt like them. She acted as if nothing was wrong w/ the position of the lashes. I painfully pulled them off as soon as I got home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is not clean. I was in town visiting family and the shop my mom normally goes to wasnt open yet. This one was across the street so I figured Id try them for a manicure. Big mistake! The equipment and nail stations looked as though they hadnt been cleaned since the place first opened! I had to ask the technician to clean off the station! The only reason I stayed is because I just wanted my hang nails cut. Not only is the place dirty, it attracts the wrong crowd. Dont take your children in here with you unless theyre used to ratchet folks. This one woman and her boyfriend came in the door dropping the f bomb. It was time for my daughter and I to go at that point. The only good thing about this place is the staff is friendly.

DONT GO HERE! SCAM! usually the lady in the second chair does really good but my nails look bad and the foil design is peeled and chipped off AND I just realized they over charged me. They charged me $62. I got a fill in $13/14 + one nail repair $5 + design $10 + eyelashes $25. It should’ve only been 53 or 54 dollars. I think she charged me for gel but how when I got a design 🧐 I’m going up there today and will update this review depending on what happens.Update: they denied overcharging me saying “it’s too late they don’t remember” and they was very unprofessional, ignoring me when I ask what we can do to fix the over charge. She said it was for gel.. I didn’t get gel nails I got a design. Anyways, don’t go here! Plus, the Chinese man used the N* word and says “it’s the song” 🙅‍♀️

I will NEVER go to this place again. I got there at 7pm and they refused me service. I asked why but she refused to answer me. I had on my translator. She told the other woman that she refused to work her last hour for no tip. I always tip... racial profiling at its finest.

Not friendly at all!!!! they speak (((only))) amongst themselves . dont expect to get anything creative or fancy they are very basic. I have also seen a few people walking out upset about their lashes so I wouldnt recommend. Also if you decide to speak to any other customers they will rush you out. its a get your nails done and go type of situation so if youre expecting to have any type of friendly visit or relationship with this shop you might want to reconsider dont expect any type of customer service the only person who does nails good that is nice is this guy at the front seat name Ricky the females are very unfriendly

I arrived at 930 and i was the first in the chair on a Saturday. I got a fill with my nails cut down (typing job). It took about an hour. The nail tech made no small talk. My nails came out ok. More people came in for eye lashes than nails.

This shop NEEDS DONATIONS... TODAY. Do not stop by if you dont want to be swindled out of your hard earned money!!!! They have a sign that says $20 and up for pedicure. When u ask upfront in English “How much will this cost me?!” They will say ”20 dollars!” but when it is time to pay... Oh no it is $25.00 +$1.00 square charge. I dont speak their spoken language however, I do speak dollar sign and I don’t appreciate them increasing the price amongst themselves after telling me $20.

Service was terrible! New person gave me a pedi. I wasnt in the whirlpool for more than 5 min. He didnt clean dead skin around toes or heel. The older gentalman did not correct him to provide good service, instead he told me to get out . As I was leaving they requested payment which I felt was not desrving. The new boy said he will call the cops if I dont pay. This is a place I go to regurlry and spend lots of money on mani, pedi and eyebrows. I paid, but I will dispute. Never will I ever go to thus place again! Ive never experienced this kind if treatment before and it was very embarrassing. Feet look like crap and not professionally done. Dont wast your time or money here!

I had gone on last evening before the shop closed, only to be told to come back at 9am Saturday. I arrived at 8:42a this morning and I am still sitting here! It is 9:15am! I was referred here but I have yet to receive the service!
