Great place to get mani pedi done. Love their massage chairs. Customer service is also good.

Years ago I came to AMC nails and had a poor experience so I never went back...that was until my friendly neighbor recommended I try again. Cathy did my mani and pedi...yall, shes phenomenal! Super kind! Best massage! I have found a new person and place! Thank you Cathy! See you again soon!

I took my kids here to do their hot stone pedicures on the winter storm days and my kids love it. These ladies that work here are very nice and professional. Def come back.

It was a very overwhelming week for me and i was looking for a new place to get relax and to get pampered and make time for myself. I had a great experience with Cathy. I was very relaxed, a stress reliever facial was excellent. Very gentle but know where your pressure point. Definitely will come back and see her more often. I would highly recommend this place. Cathy is the best.

I was worry with all the covid things and I have to say this store did a really good job on keeping social distancing and keep things clean. I have my nail and my brow done and i am happy w the services.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure since I saw the deal on the sign. The lady who did my pedicure was amazing! Even accommodated me by doing my nails and toes at the same time. The lady who did my nails completely messed up. At the end they were greasy, had towel parts and a chipped nail. After messing up and not doing the color I wanted she charged me $98 and had the nerve to insist I tip. After I was in tears on the ride home with my husband and expressed I never wanted to go there again. He said he saw where they messed my nails up and asked if I wanted to go back in to express my dislike I said no just because I hate making a big deal about it. I didn’t get the color I wanted and I had to clean the nails after I got home.

The manager (Lee) did a horrible job on my nails so I came back a few days later for an appointment for them to be fixed, just for the appointment not to be made and Lee not being there. The quality of work is not worth it. This place is horrible. Will never recommend anyone to AMC nails.

No one ever post about their tattooing. I had my eyebrows re-tattooed with AMC Nails, just to make them darker because it had been five years since my last tattooing. I had a Groupon and paid $120 but when I got there they wanted to charge me more. And then they told me I would need to come back in six weeks and pay another $80 for a touchup. The next day I called them back and said that the tattooing was crooked and they needed to be correct it. I went back up there and talk to the manager and she fought me every step of the way and did not want to correct their mistake. She said they could do nothing until I came back in six weeks but was still going to charge me $80 to touch up. They tried to tattoo it again but the lady ended up refusing to do it because she said that it was bleeding too much and I would have to wait eight weeks. I have an attached after picture of their work. I am recommending that you do not go to them for any tattooing of any sort. Their services are no good

The guy who started my nails was doing great the lady who took over was not good.. I think maybe she was new or just didnt want to be at work. They did a pedi and mani for my 4 year old too and it turned out great but she didnt get the same stuff i did like the other salons do. she just got water and nail polish..... my nails look CRAZY going to get them fixed today somewhere else great color though....

Extremely rude. Horrible services. Don’t understand English maybe. Literally scrub for 3 seconds only. Pedicure done in 1 min. No value for money and time. No respect for customers.

I went for a dip nails full set. I got my nails done so many times before and this was the WORSE one. The lady was very harsh, made my nail bleed, its swollen, she didnt even apologize. Also my nails are so bumpy as you can see in the picture. its a horrible business

Went on June 30th 2021 for a manicure and pedi. The pedicure was perfect however the manicure was super messy and nails cut way too short. I was told she would be able to fix it once she finished however it still looked reallly bad like my 5 year old painted them. I was told to come back the next morning at 9:30 as I am formed them I had a flight to catch and had to be done by 10a. Cathy told me it only take 30 minutes to repair so I agreed. Of course I got there the next morning and neither was there. By 10 oclock I had only the Polish removed and had to leave. I was told to contact the owner bc they couldnt issue a refund. Owner has not returned my left messages, probably was never even informed who knows. I returned from my trip and went up there to be informed that they dont have mangers number as I requested to speak to him..really?! But said that she can repaint my nails today...no thank you 7 days later I have a corrected full fresh set now!  Lesson learned will never return here again.

AMC Nails Richmond baby. When I walked in I saw hustlers man, people working on others nails and taking the next customer in like it was nothing. It was nice seeing the business thrive while maintaining covid-19 regulations on lock. Great place for a manicure and pedicure for the whole family. Too my 10 year old great nephew and 4 year old great niece and we’re treated like queens and a king. You can’t go wrong here.

It was my 1st time visiting amc nails & spa I read both positive and negative reviews but to keep the positivity i only concentrated on good reviews and i must say i was really happy with the service provided by LINDA she was very friendly and informative she made sure i was comfortable at all times and her work is very clean as well i really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure. Highly recommend this place!

Came here for the first time today and loved my gel manicure and my pedicure is perfect! My nail techs were so sweet and nice. The owner also came and checked on me during my services. This place is awful! Don’t waste your money. The mani pedi special gives you half a mani and half a pedicure. The lady doing mine didn’t know how to use the cuticle clippers. Instead of cutting she would grab it and pull. Made one of my toenails and one of my fingernails bleed. NEVER had such a horrible experience. Painful in more ways then one.

First the bad then the good. I painted my nails Saturday afternoon, they were shiny and smooth. In 24 hours there were lines on the top and the bottom tip of my nail the paint came off. By the second day the tips were all chipped and even the sides. Third day, gross I had to take it off. If I wanted these results I would have painted them myself. $37 down the drain.The good: the spa is nice, great big paintings, mirrors, gold accents, comfortable massaging chairs, they offer water. They do the usual where they talk amongst themselves but I don’t mind bc I don’t do small talk.Conclusion not going to a place where the nails don’t last not even 3 days without being all chipped. This is pricey.

I only wanted to get regular Mani and Pedi with the group on price, but they told me to get the one for $31 and they will give me hot stone message. They literally just did regular mani pedi but changed me extra.

The staff was very accommodating when I showed up an hour early. They did a great job on my pedicure and shellac manicure. While they did speak to each other in their native tongue they were very engaging with myself and other customers. I enjoyed my visit.

They talk and act like they are so great at what they do,they are not! Mediocre. Ill certainly try somewhere else.

I opted for pedicure and shellac manicure. Pedicure lady was good not the best but doable. The manicure lady, I did not enjoy it. The whole process wasnt relaxing. And my nails looks okay. Just okay. Wont go again

I always enjoy my experience at this lovely place. All of the staff is friendly and professional. Many great artists to choose from but come more than once and find your special lady. My girls are Amber and Linda, Amber is patient with hands and nail shape. While Linda is gentle and nice with the pedicure. This is my go to nail salon.

DO NOT COME HERE. They take your money, act stupid like they cant understand you. Told my nana that they cant paint her nails or give her change back. They took it for tip. My mother also had a bad experience and I also got cut and started to bleed. They also took my moms gift card and cut it up. I am coming in and report to the manager. Even though nothing will get done. I will take them to the news. Very ridiculous!!! I use to come here many years ago because it was close. Now I go to sweet escape in sugar land for the past 8 years and never once had an issue.

Unprofessional. I got a mani-pedi there felt so rushed I was done in 30 minutes. When it was time to pay I told them I had a Groupon and she started yelling at me. Got other people involved and they ask started getting loud. Very ghetto staff made something So small a issue. will not return you don’t talk to customers like that.

The last time I came in with my teacher partner they were so friendly this time I came with a gift certificate given by the owners son and she looked at me and the certificate like I had stolen it. Worst service I have ever had by the owner not my nail tech! I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

This has to be the worst customer service Nail shop ever. I was belittled. I called a day before to ask if I purchase the groupon deal with shellac Can I just upgrade my pedicure If I don’t want my nails, the lady over phone said yes of course come in tomorrow 9:45 we will help you. So once I get there everything change the manager came out yelling at me saying we only help paying customers.. talking to me like I was a kid. I’ve never had that happen to me. Other customers looking at me like I was the problem. And she basically kicked me out. Wouldn’t let me explain myself she kept saying if you don’t like what I’m saying if you don’t listen to me, but the thing is I was letting her explain and I was listening But she wouldn’t do the same for me.Please take your money to place that will appreciate you. Now I know why they only had to customers on a Saturday morning.

I am giving 3 stars because my nails and toes are fine, it was clean and the environment was decent. It loses 2 stars for me because I paid extra for a cuticle treatment and left with 2 cuticles bleeding and they look just as bad as when I got there. The woman doing my toes did a great job but the one who did my dip manicure didn’t do what I have typically experienced at other salons. She even put my hands under the uv light. Dip manicures do not need that so I am confused as to why she did that. I didn’t say anything when I was there, so that’s on me for not speaking up for myself, but wanted to inform others that the services are mediocre at best.

Will not return. Soaked my dress when the faucet on foot bath malfunctioned. Nothing offered but oh sorry. Was then charged extra 10.00 for dip because my nails were too long. They are my own and have been long for last several dips. Then argued with me because I requested uv light. I lightly tested after 5 min., and was tacky...was complained to that now it had to be buffed out because I didnt follow directions and wait longer. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE treatment of a customer. My daughter went in a few days later, and was told she needed to go get cash from Kroger instead of using her debit card. Again TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They have lost 2 regular customers and I will certainly not recommend.

My wife has been several times with a groupon and she enjoys it and her nails look great.

Worst experience with manicure/pedicure. You are supposed to go to a spa to relax, and I left the place annoyed by their service. The ladies there are not friendly at all, they did not smile once while doing their job. They talk to each other in their language and you can tell they are chatting about you while all of them know perfect English, I find that super rude. They were rushing through everything, I left with horrible nails because they wouldnt listen to things I tell them or help you put your shoes on and pay. In fact, when I asked her for help putting my shoes on she didnt seem like she wanted to help at all and I ended up finishing up the job.Save your money and go somewhere more professional.

Customer service not good sloppy work

They did a good service on my pedicure, but they were constantly laughing and talking in their language. I noticed that all of the staff speak English. I was there with my sister and my niece and they made my family feel very uncomfortable.

This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I agree with the rest of the comments, the ladies were super rude and in a terrible rush!!! I felt myself stressed out the entire time while at the salon. Not only is their customer service terrible but they also did not have any of the colors advertised for the Shellac Manicure. Only available ones are the terrible colors you wonder how they ever even got made. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! You will be highly disappointed and left in a terrible mood.

Worst Service I’ve Ever Gotten not sure who the lady is I delt with but she was very rude didn’t want to even service me and had me wait 20 minutes before she Rudely came over and told me 10 dollars more than what the lady who greeted me originally said. And said she’s not doing your nails I am. I went to Grand Lux and got fast and friendly service I WILL NEVER go back !

The classic pedicure I booked to get was absolutely perfect. The tech I got did such a fabulous job on my nails.

I have been getting my nails done for the past 15 years...this is the WORST experience I have had at a nail salon. They were disorganized and the language barrier played a significant role in their inability to deliver basic customer service. The manager argued with my mother after my mom had asked multiple times for a specific color and was given the obviously wrong color and then still charged full price and given grief when she did not want additional services. the mani/pedi I received was done rushed and sloppy without concern for the recipient. I am sad and disappointed because I received a recommendation to go here, however, I would be remiss if I allowed anyone else to believe the same.

Ive really enjoyed going to this salon since it opened mid-last year. However, recently, Id been witnessing the manager being rude to his employees and then he had a serious attitude with me recently, a customer that he recognizes!! Overall, the ladies and gentlemen that work there do great work, but I have stopped going because he was so incredibly rude about me changing my appointment time. I think it is unacceptable for a manager to give a customer problems.

If you would like really bad service, a sloppy manicure, watered down nail color, nail technicians talking extremely loud in another language, this is the place for you! I went here because there was a Groupon deal for shellac and a basic pedicure. When I walked in I let them know I wanted shellac and a basic pedicure. When I went to pay the manager started yelling at me because I did not tell her I had a Groupon when I walked in. Apparently they give you even worse service if you have a Groupon...if that is even possible! The manager proceeded to yell at me in front of my daughter and told me that I could use the Groupon next time I came there! Next time! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very disappointing experience. I went with my mom and sister. They sat us down and proceeded to perform services we didnt ask for. I had asked for a dipping powder and the girl gave me colors for schellac and told me to hurry up and pick a color. When I picked a color she brought it and I noticed it was schellac not powder...This was not a big deal. My mom asked to get her schellac taken off and the lady started to rip the nails off with a fake tip/nail. It was painful and not good for the nails. We asked why they wouldnt just soak them and take off as normal but they said that this was much faster...they just care about poor service and the next client. Not to mention this service for JUST RIPPING THE NAILS OF cost $25!!!!!When she finally did my powder I had picked a black color but it turned out purple with pink sparkle...The lady stated to make comments how I am the youngest and most picky. She also didnt even out or file my nails down so they were completely uneven when she put the color on. The said she was done but when I proceeded to pay I noticed that there were weird smudges on the nails. she fixed it....I went in the car and came right back as she forgot to put the top coat on some of the nails she fixed. She told me in front of her boss you saw me put the top coat on! They all kept rolling their eyes at me including the manager which was rude as I overpaid for a service and constantly had to tell the girl what she should do....will never go back!

I got Shilac done from this place 2 days ago. They did a very bad job even though it took an hour, it was very uneven by the cuticles, but I didn’t make a big deal of it. 2 days later the shilac changed its color on one of my hands. Which is very wierd, because I have been getting it for many years now. I came here to request them to change it, they refused to fix it, and said I polished over it. She scrubbed my nails, and you could see that the older color was underneath it. I don’t know how it changed it’s color on it’s surface, but it’s obvious that it is not an additional layer of polish on it. I will not be visiting this place again. Even if they didn’t understand the color change, they should have still redone my hands to make it neater. And on top of that, she said that I am lying and I colored over it. I will never be visiting this place again.

I was asked the same question 10 times bc they would ask but not pay attention to what I respond to them. I left with cuts on my fingers and a poor paint job. They attempt to use the fact that they’re busy as a excuse for their rushed and poor service but it is your job to time manage and quote customers wait time so you can affectly provide service and experience. Would not recommend this place!

This place is under new management again. We went in the early afternoon to try it out and they were already out of certain drinks. Which while it isnt too big of an issue, it was certainly a pull to entice new clients back in. The services rendered were bare minimum and my nails chipped the next day. The technicians were rough on tender nails. The pedicure experience was meh. I paid for the most expensive one and didnt get a proper massage. I had to inquire about getting one. And when she did, it was quick and soft.My initial experience was a long ago where I had acrylics done. One nail fell off two days after getting it done. I went back that same day, showed them my receipt and asked to get it fixed free of charge considering the original cost. They declined, had an attitude about it then spoke to eachother in their language offering nothing else.. The following day, two other nails fell off and I vowed to not try them again. I went back on my word to only be dissatisfied again. Im sorry, I tried and this time, I will not make this mistake again.

I come here all the time so i finally decied to grab one of the frequent flyer stamp cards. Mind you ive bewn here 2x today alone and asked the lady to stamp my card she refused to and said the marks were no done by them. 1st of all when i picked up the card they were already on there. I explained that. I told the woman i just want a stamp so i can fill up the card and she continued to accuse me of markinh the card. So disappointed with the customer service . I am goimg to really think about coming here again.. sigh

Very nice service but, they talk in they language and laugh to much between each sims like they talking and laughing about the clients otherwise no problem.

I went there only once, but was extremely disappointed with the service. I got gel manicure and regular pedicure. The place was completely empty, but still the lady did not spend much time. The nails looked okay and my gel mani came off within a week! Complete waste of my money.
