Lenas nails are the best I had some funky feet not no more since Lena s been doing my feet Ive been going to her for five years

Lena does a fantastic job with my pedicure. The shop is exceptionally clean and her and her husband work hard to give a good experience. They work hard to keep themselves and others safe.

If I could give this salon 10 stars I would!! Lena is a true artist and her husband Ricky makes all customers feel comfortable and totally at home...I’ve been getting mani-pedis for over 20 years and this is the best salon I’ve ever been to!

I was looking up nail shops in the area and came across Lenas Nails. I saw some of the most beautiful nail pictures on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Let me say that I am so very happy and so impressed with her service. My experience at her nail shop was amazing and this is by far the best nail shop that I have ever been to. You can tell that shes very passionate in the work that she does and wants you to love your nails.I would recommend this shop to anyone and Ill definitely be back again.

Very good. I havent had a pedicure in many years, but it was nice. The deluxe treatment, very good. She trimmed, cut, polished, salted, massaged and paraffin my feet. It didnt hurt, very carefully on the trimming process, not a problem. I will go back again.Thanks so very much,One happy footed customer!

Lena gives the best pedicure that Ive ever had. They are always perfect. The attention to detail is consistent. The place is clean and cheerful and I always look forward to the massage chair that is an added benefit to the whole experience of getting my feet and nails taken care of.

I have been coming to Lenas Nails for years and Lena is AWESOME! Her and her husband are a great team. He always helps her sweeping up, getting colors, getting towels, etc. The environment is always calm and relaxing. Theyre both friendly and polite, never rude, always asking how Ive been and talking about current events. Lena always uses clean tools and is the BEST when me it comes to an ingrown nail. She has a wide selection of colors, gel or acrylic, as well as hair removal services. She has a menu for all her services with pricing in full view. They always have me feeling relaxed and thoroughly pampered after each visit. I never go anywhere else! I even had Lena do my nails for my wedding thats how awesome I love her services!

My favorite place to get my nails done. I love the way they work, professional and sweet. This nail salon is very clean and has very relaxing atmosphere. They cleaned up everything after every customers. The lady who always take care of me is easy to communicate with and careful. They didnt disappoint me even once. Me and my mom always come to Lena’s Nails. She does our nails so beautiful! I definitely recommend her.

I’ve been coming with Lena since she first open back 2013. I was one of her very first customer and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. It’s now 2018 and this my treat myself spot for manicure and pedicure, facial to relax deep clean my skin or wax to perfection. She so sweet and nice and really takes care of you. She does not mind my tickleish self on my feet I scream with laughter but once she done I see my feet look like new again.she works by appointment so no waiting game and does the best detail job! I’m such a haooy customer and love how how well she does all services. Makes me feel like family at home. I highly recommend Lena’s nail to everyone! She the best in the Bay Area. I’m always proud to recommend her to all to everyone I know.

Run by the cutest couple, but its JUST one person doing nails, so always make an appointment. Good service, clean, reasonable pricing, they do take credit cards but cash is better (wink wink).

As for the girl that did my pedi, super sweet, only downfall of my pedi was I wish she wouldve cleaned up my cuticles more.This will be my go to nail spot when in this area!

I loooooove Lenas nails. She is always beyond accommodating. She and her husband run the shop by themselves and do an exceptional job. If you want to guanranted that you get the time that works best for you always call ahead and Lena will always do her best to accommodate you. She does a pedicure that is out of this world and is super thorough. My siblings and I only trust her to do our nails and toes. I drive all the way from Marin every two weeks just to see her. Shes the best. Not to mention she had a variety of mood gel colors my favorite!!! Check her out.

I literally just called to make an appointment foe a fill for 6 oclock. The current time is 12:16. As the man who answered the phone was talking to the manicurist, I could hear him tell her there were no appointments written down. After them talking for a good minute he told me to come in at six. Right after i heard the woman in the background speaking in a foreign language and then man told me oh we have someone coming in at 5:30. Im sorry. Thank you for calling and hung up. It says they close at 7. What appointment takes an hour and a half? Is it not possible to come in at 6:30? How about tomorrow? Ridiculous. Very bad impression.

Lena does an extraordinary and careful job. My goto place when I need a pedicure!

This was my first time coming here...I expected better from reading the reviews...All I wanted was a nail removal and acrylic on top of my real nails...They said nail removal was $20 so I said I will wait until she finishes with the woman who walked in behind me and I can remove my nails myself...And Lena said on no you have to do that at home and the guy opened the door and said go home, go home, go home, you have to leave, why would you do that here...WHAT...!!!? Go home they insisted repeatedly...Thats crazy to me...I have never been rudely told to leave any solan EVER...! Just because I want to remove my nails myself while you work on someone else...I WILL NEVER COME BACK...!

If I could 0 stars they did a horrible job on my nails. They came out lumpy and crooked for 30 dollars if I wanted to throw 30 dollars down the drain I would have done it myself if you decide to come here do not get it done by a new person.👎🏽💁🏽‍♀️

Came at 11:40 am to get a fill was told they do t have time today. They close at 4pm they racist and choose on how you look if they will do your nails

I was told to come back in 30 minutes because no one was available. They were just sitting there eating lunch. No one was in the shop.

My last experience was so bad, she was rude and did a very agly work.

Lena is a very kind person, her work is very clean, everything is sterilized, I recommend it 100%, she has everything very clean. The best place in Richmond for manicure and pedicure.
