I have found this little gem in the downtown area. Started going to Dana in March and have been going ever since. Great atmosphere and great service. Absolutely love this little local business!

This is a once in a lifetime experience. Very good personable staff, so willing to work with you. They dont overbook, if you have an appointment they honor it. Youre not rushed through. So reasonably priced. Its so worth it. Check it out, you wont regret it!

Dana did a wonderful job especially since I went in with no idea what I wanted other than pretty nails!!!

Very unprofessional and unsanitary the floors were very dirty, we went to get our gel manicures done not once ask for me to wash my hands through the whole manicure and had a pile of nail dust on my hand the whole time, also did not make not one of my nails the same length, didn’t ask me what shape i wanted and now every nail is a different shape. missed several spots on my nail and left nail polish on my skin and had me put my hand in the light so long it was burning and while my nails were curing she went to go heat up food. i’m very unhappy with the quality of this place and price two gel manicures were almost $90

I took my daughter in today for her birthday. I spoke to Dana about her obsession with cow print and that I would need them cut short and rounded because my daughter plays multiple sports. This was my daughters first set of acrylics ever. Dana was absolutely amazing. She was very pleasant and showed interest in my daughters activities and what she liked. I absolutely love that Dana was more interested in making my daughter happy and comfortable and giving her exactly what she wanted than me. Most places dont speak to children as the decision makers, and my daughter greatly appreciated that she was shown that kind of respect. The nails turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly what my daughter wanted.. We will definitely be back to visit Dana!

First time at Natural Nails this morning for a pedicure and manicure with Kasey. She took her time during the pedicure and did a really nice job. Manicure was very good also. Had a nice time with Kasey. She had me laughing at times. Great personality. Will make this my favorite salon and ask for Kasey.

I had two good experiences here where my nails looked great and waxing went well. The owner was nice. I went back a third time and felt like I was in the twilight zone. The owner was gone and the girl that was doing my balance was complaining about how my nails had been done before and about everything imaginable. It got so negative and heavy that I left part way through and had my balance finished somewhere else. I left a message for the owner the following week and never heard back. Definitely won’t go back now. It sucks bc this is the nearest nail place to my house and it’s such a pretty looking place in a fun location. It’s just one block from the square.

I love this salon. Super friendly and welcoming. Holly always works with me to get my nail appointment scheduled and I’ve never walked out not loving my nails from her. She did amazing shaping and I have been getting compliments on my nails non stop

Dana is an amazing artist! When 6 other shops turned me away stating they couldn’t create my design she came through! The price was perfect too! I will be a regular customer from here on out! Fantastic experience and an awesome talented nail tech!! She free hand painted from a picture ad gave me better results than I ever expected! She rose to the challenge and killed it!! You ROCK Dana!! You made me a regular!!

Sent my daughter to get her nails done for prom. I was first shocked they were gonna charge $5 extra per nail to paint them a nude color. She said that is what she wanted, ended up with pink and gold didnt do the length she wanted, completely miss shapen, and they cut her. Daughter left in tears after being charged $71 for that mess. They did offer for her to come back to make it right... but after the first attempt she passed on the offer. Went to another company who gave her exactly what she wanted! If I could post a picture I would.

Had an appointment at 12 with Kasey and she moved it to 12:30, no big deal until she was still 15 minutes late. Beautiful nail salon but you cant run a buisness like that. I wont be back

Dana is fantastic! Excellent service and such a great conversationalist. Her work is perfect every time and she is a creative artist. I love the home made natural skin products they use and are also available for purchase! The online scheduling app is also easy to use. Definitely recommend this salon ♥️

I got a manicure from Bryn, she was so friendly and my nails look amazing! I went in not knowing what I wanted my nails to look like and I ended up with nails better than I could have expected!

Both my husband and I had a mani pedi done today by Nicole and Dana what a great job. Feel so pampered and taken care of. Plus my toes and nails look beautiful.

Very nice, receptionist didnt show up yo work. The technicians were behind and there was some confusion among the nail techs.

My friend and I decided last minute to do mani pedi’s today. We stop into another place and they could not get us in until after 1:30. Called this place. They said if we could get there by noon we could do either manicure or a pedicure they already had another appointment scheduled at 1:15. We headed right over and was there before noon. The place was very clean, very professional. The ladies were great to talk with as most places I have been I was not able to have a conversation with the person doing my nails. I love the fact that this is a locally owned small business and American owner. I am willing to pay more to for awesome service and being able to carry on a conversation with someone. My friend and I are planning on going back for pedicure’s and facials. Highly recommended this place. We also purchased some of Nicole’s home made pumpkin pie sugar scrub.

Nicole is amazing she did my gel extensions in September they just started coming off yesterday so I called in for them to take them off she got me right in! So nice and gentle can’t wait to go back this week for wedding nails!

In short: Mediocre. Staff wasn’t super friendly, my pedicure was just “meh”, the salon chairs and foot soak was lame. Not impressed.

I made an appointment for myself and my daughter to get pedicures online, carefully selected two different woman around the same time to schedule the appointments so we could have them done at the same time. Upon arrival, there were 3 ladies inside.. one started with me (who I didn’t pick for my appointment) meanwhile over the next 10-15 minutes the other ladies talked back and forth about not wanting to do my daughters and convinced the girl doing mine to do them so she had to sit and wait. Not only that, the girl doing my pedicure cut BOTH my big toe cuticles to the point of blood that later turned into a scab. My feet hurt after this rather than felt better. Being my daughters first pedicure experience, I chose not to speak up at the time and dwelled on it for weeks prior to writing this. I just don’t want others to spend the money for an awful experience. The salon itself was nice, but service was terrible. We won’t be back.
