This is a horrible place the tech was completely rude!!! Rushed me and was telling me how I needed to hurry and decide what I wanted. I was charged $180 for a job that my 12 year old child could of done better. Very unprofessional the only reason I went to this dump is because my usual place Classy Nail who I recommend they do a wonderful job was to busy .. Go to classy nails you will be much more satisfied and much better prices . The only reason I gave this place a 1 star rating is because zero wasn’t available!!!!

The workers that I encountered with were very personable, which is the only reason why I only give this review two stars instead of none. Not worth your money. As a person who is not nail savvy, I hardly ever go to get my nails done. My cousin and I decided to try this nail salon as a treat to ourselves on Valentine’s Day. Walking in, I had a general idea of what I wanted my nails to be. A classic french tip with a nude base color and white tips. She asked if I wanted the dip or the acrylics. I had never heard of the dip before so I asked her if she would kindly explain it to me. As a person who works at the nail salon professionally, no one at the salon could explain exactly what the process is and what the final result of this manicure would look like. After about five times explaining exactly what I wanted the final product looked nothing like what I wanted. While my diction in “nail language” was not exactly fluent, I believe that I expressed what I wanted very clearly and I did not receive that. The cost is not that cheap as well. I walked in expecting a manicure of what I wanted, and the process was terrible. The lady who did my nails was nice but I was paying for a manicure and I did not get that. She began by plastering on the nail product onto my hands without even trimming my cuticles, or prepping them in any sort of way. After the process was over one nail was crooked very noticeably, the length was much longer of what I’ve asked for, and the thickness of the one nail was completely different than the thickness of another. After my cousin had finished her nails, she waited for me for about an hour and a half. There was not enough time to change everything as we had to go because we had prior commitments later that day and by then we had no time to spare. I came back the next day to let them know that my nails were too long and that one nail is crooked and that I would appreciate If they could fix it for me. I was then told to wait and I will be dealt with shortly. Shortly was 45 minutes later. The lady who fixed my nails did not think that the nail that was crooked and did nothing to fix it. Will not be coming back to the salon ever again. Very disappointed.

I came to get a pedicure with my sisters and it was very fun and extremely well done. A couple days later went back for my first time getting acrylics and I love them! Tony was very friendly and sweet. He did a wonderful job and I will definitely be returning!

They are fabulous! I had Andy and he gave me the best gel manicure Ive ever had. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable through the whole appointment. He held friendly conversation and even stayed an hour after they were closed to do my nails properly. He told me a few times he takes pride in his work.The other ladies there were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Im pleased. They deserve an award of some sort.If you decide to go, make sure you tip well, they deserve it for their hard work! If you gonna be cheap..go somewhere else.

I called in for a same day appointment for a full set of acrylics, which ended up costing $35.00. The nails turned out pretty good, the only thing was that it took two hours and the nails were slightly crooked. But in my opinion, the quality matches the price point. The most impressive thing about these nails is that I work a kitchen job where I have to use my hands a lot, and I have had these on for a week and a half and they have not even chipped.Edit: it has literally been a month and my nails look still brand new!

EXCELLENT!! My did a fantastic job with my pedicure. She was so gentle and so thorough. Ashley did a wonderful job on my manicure, too. Nails are all even and they look great! Very professional group there and the salon is spotless! I would recommend this business to everyone!

The employees were talking to clients and each other, but it was still quiet and pleasant. Andy worked hard smoothing out my feet- the end result is impressive. The last few times I have gone in there and got my nails done they only lasted a week and when I called in they said they are only suppose to last 10 days. I am not paying 50+ dollars to have my nails fall off in a week

I have come here for acrylic nails, refills, and pedicures. Every time I am greeted warmly. This is seriously one of the best salons around. The service is superior and the work is quality every time. Each employee I have encountered has always been incredibly friendly. This salon takes serious pride in their work.

This was the first time I ever had a manicure. I was a walk in and even though it was busy I got sat almost immediately! So fast, so kind and omg I have never felt so good!

Got the SNS. Made it VERY clear I did not want them longer than my finger tips as I’m on my computer typing all day every day and can’t stand them getting in the way. He applied the tips and cut them down to apparently what he saw fit, they were probably a 1/4 of an inch past my finger tips.. I asked him to cut them down as I was only getting tips to make all of my nails even, not for length.. so he “cut them down” again. STILL extremely far past my fingers. So once again explained I wanted then SHORT, looking like I didn’t even have a tip on. He seemed to get annoyed, didn’t cut them down again, used the file to “shorten” them, he didn’t. I was sick of asking so decided I’d just fix it when I got home. He proceeds to do my dip... it was the thickest thing I’ve ever seen. It was actually thinner at the end of the nails than it was at my cuticles, not one single nail was even close to the same length and one hand was significantly longer than the other... at this point i had been there for over an hour and was done with it. paid somewhere around $65 just for them to lift 4 days later... very disappointing as I’ve heard good things, but apparently you need to schedule with specific people ( can’t remember their names, 2 of the ladies) which if you ask me is ridiculous, all of the techs should be capable of giving at least decent service. Only giving then 2 stars because the woman who I think is the owner was very kind and accommodating when I arrived, seating me within a couple of minutes and offering me a water.

Worst pedicure ever! I have gone to this nail salon many times and had average to good experiences - this last time was awful. The nail tech was extremely rude, rushed through my pedicure - I selected a light color and she didn’t apply enough coats or a top coat and my nails all smudged. Needless to say, I had to go to another local nail spa to her it fixed. I won’t be back!

I paid $108 for a pedi with gel polish ($55) and a Mani with dip ($53). The pedicure was fine but the manicure did not meet expectations. The pedicure began with the feet in the tub in the massage chair, a hot towel and finally with esthetician paintingnans setting my toes did with gel polish. The gel drying UV light battery died so we moved to the nail station where my toes were dried under UV light while the esthetician began working on my nails. Although I was charged for, and paid for, a classic manicure there was absolutely no pampering or maintenance of the hands, the esthetician just began doing the dip on process. The esthetician did not try to clean up cuticles or anything, and 48 hours after having my nails done it really shows. Im disappointed that I was charged for the manicure process but did not receive a true manicure treatment. In addition to this major failure, the esthetician also kept trying to shape my nails to make them round after I repeatedly told her I wanted them square, she got halfway through my first hand before she stopped rounding off my nails even though I kept telling her not to do so. Im generally disappointed with the shape of my nails, the large bubbles that resulted in some of my nails from.the dip, how uneven (lack of smoothness) of my nails, the lint and glitter of various colors in my nails from the dip, how short my nails are, and how my cuticles look considering I paid $130 after tax and tip. That is way too much money to spend to not actually get what you want. I will not be returning but the service was very nice the complimentary waters were nice and the estheticians and store managers were very kind. Great environment, and great staff, I am just really unhappy with the way my nails turned out.

My cousin & I went into the salon to get our nails done on Friday the 8th, we both had terrible experiences! For her, her nails didnt match at all, and by match, I mean the shape, one pinky was small and thin and other one way bigger, it was with a few of her nails on both hands honestly! It was not good. She went back and had them refund her money & went to another place down the street. For myself, my nails also are uneven; in shape and length. Not only that but when he was cutting my cuticles he went too far back and deep and caused me to bleed and get burned by the tool they use as well. Another man jumped in to paint my nails and began filing them; the original person saw that and came and grabbed my wrist so hard that i honestly wanted to punch him. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Save your money and spend more else where. Its a damn shame I didnt have the option to give them no stars at all.

My nail technician was Andy. I had a mani (with gel) and pedi done. He is very thorough which I really liked, however I was there for almost 3 hours (including a 15 minute wait). This is the best my nails have ever looked. The facility was very clean and the lady at the front greeting and coordinating everything was incredibly nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went there and got sns dip powder when they first came out with it and my experience was not good at all. The nail tech literally put 8 layers of dip powder on each nail (usually each nail should only get about 2-4 max) and the lady who did mine literally filed my nails so badly and the nail file was cutting mySkin and towards the end of the process all of my nails were bleeding because of how badly she cut my skin. Because of how many coats were on each nail, they looked so bumpy...When she said my nails were done I went out to my car and tried opening my door and literally just by touching the door the sns powder started falling off on some of the nails.I did go back in and the owner did offer to fix them and give me a free pedicure but a couple days later I had to go to the doctor because my skin started to get infected from how badly the nail tech cut my skin on my fingers.I will NEVER go back.

My second time going was much better. Ashley listened to how I wanted my nails shaped. Will be a regular.

Also am upset I was charged for the removal of their botch job. After a week it was cracking on the sides. The older gentlemen who gave it to me clearly was new to powder manicures. I have been going here for two years and loved my nail tech Maci. Over the last month, I have taken random techs due to scheduling only to have my gel polish lift off twice within 5 days of getting it done, both techs only said five words to me, one pointed at me various times and spoke In her native language to the other techs- shook her head at me multiple times, then she left polish on my finger tips and white dry fingers from her removing my gel in the first place. Maci has now left Lasio and so must I.

Called in morning for 3 people to come in and no issues getting us in together. Very professional staff. Clean environment. Excellent experience!

Clean, friendly, family-owned and outstanding work. I have been to every major nail salon in the area and this one is the best.

First experience there, got in quick and last minute. Had my dip nails soaked off and new dip put on. The girl seemed very knowledgeable on what she was doing. The only reason I am leaving a 3-star review is because they looked great and shiny until about 30 minutes out the door. The shiny clear coat looked blotchy and rough looking. Every single nail fried blotchy. Not happy, but will probably never go back.

I did not even get to experience the service at this establishment. I was approached at the door and was asked what I would like done. I responded with both a manicure and a pedicure. The woman then said she could not take me without an appointment. The sign in the window clearly says “walk ins welcome”. As a walk in, I did not feel welcome.

A year ago NYE I had such a great experience, but this NYE was unfortunately not the same service or quality. I don’t splurge on myself often, but NYE is my birthday so my sister and I decide to go get our nails done. Regular Pedi and Gel mani for me. Steven or Steve was my tech, not sure since he never introduced himself and didn’t really engage me in conversation. Acted as though I was posing an imposition by asking questions and trying to select my colors when I had foil around every nail in order to remove my existing gel. My pedi was painful at times. My callouses were only moderately tend to and I left with rough spots still, which has never happened so I was confused. Gel mani was ok, I was digging out set polish from under my nail and on the edges. Edges and tips of my nail left exposed and unpolished. I was really disappointed and too shy to make a deal of it at the time since they were busy. Maybe it would’ve been a different experience with another tech, but it was just unfortunate that the cost of pampering myself a bit on my birthday wasn’t really worth it this time.

I have been there twice now. Once to get my nails filled and second to get a pedi with my niece. The second time I was there Ashley remembered who I was. Ashley filled my nails it and made them look perfect! Andy did my best friends nails and they look so real and are absolutely flawless. And Trina did my nieces mani/pedi and she was so sweet and kept trying to engage my niece (who is so shy) to talk to her and get her more comfortable.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The place is so warm and inviting. And the people are even better! I will never go anywhere else!

I did my French tip mani and pedi w gel polish for a vacation, after a week I went back to have them take the polish off, they treated me like if I was not a person, very rude two ladies approached me... when I let the lady know to stop being so rude, and that Im not liking the way she is treating me, she just took off the 2 foils that she put on my nails, and went to do her business... without any apologies or anything:( so then I just got out of that place shaking from being sooo nervous.. Then I went someplace else to get service done, where the staff was much nicer. Guys this was worst experience ever. I dont even wanna give this one star to shity place, but unfortunately I cant post my review without rating😡

Ive been in twice, once for a pedi, once for a mani. My pedi looks very nice and the woman was friendly. My mani was pretty good. The nails were prepared well, but the second coat of polish didnt go as far back to my cuticles as my first coat, so it looked a little messy up close. Prices are reasonable and people friendly. Thanked me for coming in. They greeted many people by name as they arrived so they seem to have a loyal client base.

Ive been going to Lazio nails for several years now. I get my nails done every 2 or 3 weeks. Today I got SNS nails. There are so many colors yo choose from, but instead of going with color, this time I went with pink and white. They are absolutely gorgeous. The pink has a little Sparkle to it but they also have plain pink. This is a dip that is easier on your hands because you dont use the curing light as you do with gel. I highly recommend you make an appointment. The last time I got the powder dip, the color I chose was glow in the dark, which I didnt realize until the middle of the night. LOL. Be sure to check out all the different colors of powder they have. Lazio is still the best.This place is great. Its located right across the street from Costco, in front of Home Depot. The tubs are cleaned and sanitized after each customer, which is very important to me. This is a family run business with 10 chairs, so plenty of room for bridal parties or girls night out to get pampered.Went for the first time to celebrate my sisters birthday. We decided to get mani/pedi. After picking our colors, we were seated in the massage chairs. I had Tony. He was very nice and did a fantastic job. The pedi was so relaxing, feet are so soft and feel so much better. I got a fill in and gel polish. My fingers look so much prettier than they did last time I got them done at another salon. They also gave me a sugar scrub on my hands. They havent felt so luxurious for a very long time. This is going to become at least a monthly treat for myself.I would highly recommend them to anyone. Being able to walk in and open on Sunday is a bonus.

I was looking for a new nail salon, and ran across lazios Nails. (Close to our home) I arrived a little after 7:30pm not realizing they closed a at 7:30pm... I tried to tell them it was okay and I will be back tomorrow but they insisted to do my nails! I felt so bad! They are very appreciative to costumers and pride in their business. Every single person working is so nice. Its a family business as well! I was so impressed with my first visit I knew this would be my nail salon. I went back two-three weeks later and they knew me by name. I recently got married and I booked over 10 girls from our wedding party to come in for manis and pedis. They treated us so kind and my family and bridesmaids had a blast. They all want to come back! I absolutely love Lazios Nails and the people that work there.
