We were on an extended layover in Atlanta and needed to get do some laundry done. We found Tes Laundromat near our hotel and decided to go there. There is no attendant present so it is not kept up. It was supposed to be non-smoking but people were smoking inside the building. After two different people asked me for money we decided to wait in our rental car.

There needs to be air conditioning but the washing machines work well and the dryers are good.

There is no attendant here when you have issues . The machine took $5 of mine and I can’t even get it back because nobody is here !

Most all the equipment worked and it was not filthy but could use some cleaning. My biggest gripe were the people smoking cigarettes in front of the store. I had my daughter with me.

Michael needs to come to this laundry mat right and roll these cameras between 8:30 and 9am someone came in and removed clothes that was valuable from the washer to the dryer and it’s corona virus this ain’t the time to be playing wit nobody clothes he had a number up but now it’s down this is seeming to be really weird I’m goin to put my number on a piece of paper and slide it under the door I expect a call or u will hear from my lawyer this is not cool

Its very nice and clean there to wash your clothes and not nasty and dirty like most of laundry mats that you goes to in your neighborhood.

I need to do laundry because my washer went out over the weekend. I locate this laundry. Its not in good condition but I just needed to do laundry for the week. I added money in the coin slot to dry my clothes and it did not come on. I informed the attended and explain to her and basically she called me a lier. I asked why would I bother you if I added money to the slot to dry my clothes? The rude lady walked off . I explain to her customer service is everything and I will not be coming back to this nasty place again. Why would I lie? Im trying to dry my clothes in get home to start my dinner. Please dont come here its not that well kept and customer service is a joke.

Havent been here much. Only twice in fact. Very reliable place despite being in a ghetto-ish area.

This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I went there to wash clothes. While trying to get change, the machine did not return my change after inserting a dollar. After FINALLY locating an employee, she tells me that if she puts a dollar in, and it works, that means I’m lying. I asked her to run the camera back, and she LIED and told me the people next door owns them, which they quickly denied.

Quiet place that day

Half of the machines arent working but they werent full. It was still enough for the people there. It looks dingy but they were actually clean. Good music vibe and wash was short and simple. They also have 2 very large machines if you have a huge load.

Trash! disgusting laundry mat with scamer owners good luck if your machine broke your on your own. I really hate these

Dont go here! When Tes was there things was great but now things are bad there. Lil to no water in machines, some of the washers dont work. The lady is nonchalant and she really doesnt care to be bothered with you. Not going back here.

Washers did not spin well. Which go figure works for the dryer since you have to pay to dry. With wet clothes they were not going to get done fast with .25 cents for only six minutes. Other wash house gives dry er for free.

This laundromat needs so many repairs I do not know How it is still open for buisness. My first time visiting was horrible most of the machines do not work But I gave it another Chance and this time it was even worse Both Big machines do not work properly and nobody is around to help. Save your money go somewhere else

Would be great if they opened up on time otherwise they good! The have an attendant on duty to assist with any problems you may encounter. They also sell items to do laundry with and if theyre out there is a store next door!

Pretty much a standard laundromat, just make sure you BRING MONEY with you before you get there cause closest ATM is down the street on old national. I learned the hard way, and I dont drive, I take uber or walk.

If you use the restroom and wash your hands in that nasty sink the laundry attendant Kevin and his nasty stooges will acuse you of washing a piece clothing. Beware!!! It happened to me. Ive been a long time customer at this laurdomat over 10 plus years but no more. Now I stay away before I go to jail over something so ignorant.

Always some B.S. when I go here. Shouldnt have to have these type of problems when Im paying to wash my clothes....

They dont open on time but otherwise the attendants are good. You have a problem they have a solution. I wished they opened earlier than 8 am. The bottom dryers give you a few extra minutes over the top dryers management usually informs the customers of this. Top dryer get 6 minutes per quarter where the bottom dryer you get 8 minutes for the same quarter. The place is clean the attendants stay wiping and cleaning.

Horrible, I went to wash my clothes and was already closed at 7:30 pm and I didn’t see any sign outside the laundry, not far, there was a guy inside cleaning and he didn’t even care to us, didn’t bother say a word to guide us. “Horrible “, bad service I’ll never come back
