Please do not go to this establishment if you want professionalism. They will rush your nails then get mad and have an attitude with you when you tell them to fix something. You will also have to fix your nails to your liking once you return home. I do not recommend this place.

I love butterfly nails especially Kelly she is the sweetest woman I have ever encountered especially since I had my son with me and hes a baby and she was just so calm didnt get frustrated that he was a little fussy she even gave me time to take care of him which I appreciate so much I will definitely recommend her to anyone who would like to come to butterfly nails and spa the staff is really great theyre the sweetest people so if youre looking you know to get your nails done and have great conversation with other ladies or gentleman come to butterfly nails and spa theyll take care of you

If youre used to quality and good service you wont like this place. Not really many alternatives tho if youre stuck in the area.

I came in from work and it was close to closing time. The vibe is great.

My nails were done very bad and my moms were done badly too she charged me $50 for only butterflies and she didn’t even do them right and my moms were very ugly we were very disappointed.

I recently went to butterfly nail & Spa great service I went on a Sunday it wasnt crowded. I will be come back soon thanks you to all the workers who help me smile again.

I wont go anywhere else. Nicest staff, highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and easy on the wallet.

I graciously waited 45 minutes to get a correction from the polish mishap received during my pedicure the day before. I eventually walked out, as walk-ins who CAME IN AFTER ME were waited on before me. This is not the 1st time Ive had to walk out. My time is valuable. Im currently being waited on by your competitor. Although conveniently located - I doubt Ill return. Peace

This place is a hole in the wall in the inner city. Not really a safe location however I thought I would go ahead and try this place. Wish I wouldnt have had such a open mind.Wasnt greeted when I came in even though all the employees looked up at me. One lady did ask what services I wanted and I told her a pedicure. She sat me down in the pedicure chair then the wait began . Waited for 40 minutes in the water that turned cold. Asked the women who sat me down when would she begin my pedicure. She laughed and said I dont touch feet, you are third in line for pedicure while laughing. I asked why wasnt I informed only one person does pedicure and the wait is long. She laughed some more and said you never asked. She was very rude and unprofessional. She told me I can leave if Im tired of waiting. I said ok I will leave. She repliedgood and get the fuc* out.Dont go to this place everLesson learned

It’s a hole in the wall but they are reasonably priced and Andy is very talented.

They used to be very good, the owner hes creative & the lady that was 2nd in charge, but their products arent the best for the prices we pay! And theyre more concerned with those coming in just looking than those sitting recv their services. And the wait was wayy too long, even with an appts, and I was a mani/pedi reg for awhile, but I kept having to start from scratch every few months with my nails cracking & breaking, which was otherwise healthy & had grown, but it got costly with the Gel polish being $10 extra, broken nail repairs etc, so it just wasnt worth it... my opinion only🤷‍♀️😁
