This is my nail salon. I live 1/2 mile away, so its easy to pop over. They are always busy, so definitely make an appointment. Unlike other salons, they honor appointments, so Ive never waited more than 5 minutes if I had an appointment. It is very clean and all the workers are polite. Ive had a couple gel manicures not last super long, but besides that, this is the best and most consistent salon Ive found. And Ive tried out a lot!

I got my nails done about a week ago with gel. It’s already starting to peel out. I guess they should have paint 3 coats when the gel quality is not good. Not sure if it’s worth $40 for a week of pretty nails.

I’ve had two vastly different experiences here. First was a dip manicure that lasted about 3 weeks and held up pretty well. Second visit was really rushed and the dip manicure didn’t last more than 3 days without a chip. I walked in to get a fix and they told me to come back or call… for one fixed nail. Probably won’t be back as the value isn’t worth the service.Would recommend making an appointment if you do go since you will have a long wait without one.Pedicure was eh - nothing special.

Tony was very professional friendly, and down to earth. He did an excellent job on my nails and I would definitely recommend this nail salon. The place is very clean and everyone that works here gives great customer service.

First thing it’s super clean and well polished. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Jennifer was who did my Ombré ( pink & white) dip powder and she also did my gel for my lux pedicure. The technicians are all phenomenal, and do great work (shout out to Annie, Christine, and Tony!). They are so intuitive as to what you want for your nails and have fun ideas of how to make your nails healthy, strong, and pretty. It is the best to have found somewhere that not only has great service, but has great people as well. I love being able to know and continue to get to know the people who work here. Everyone wears masks. Make a reservation before heading over due to social distancing. Ive been going to Red Nails for over 10 years. They always do awesome work.

I called and made an appt. For the same day. My nail tech Tony was super sweet and a delightful conversationalist. My full set took about 35 minutes. 3 days after getting my nails done I hit my nail on the door of my car trying to get a bag that was in the back behind me. I didnt smash my finger or anything just kind of smacked it on the door. It didnt even hurt. I didnt think anything of it as I got the bag. But after I got the bag I looked at my hand and my whole nail was broken in 2 place. Not even the tip. So I have to go back and have that redone. The people there are genuinely really nice. But I think Ill be going somewhere else from now on.

Jennifer is a goddess 😍 she does such a wonderful job. Favorite person and place to go to get my coffin, matt, long nails!! Last me longer that 4 weeks and look SO perfect all the way through 🙈❤️😍 very kind and sweet. Love the prices, service, and quality.

I got a gel pedicure here and the top coat turned white after a day. I also got a gel manicure and my nails were not cut and the polish didn’t stay.

Eric is the absolute best!! So experienced and professional.. does not rush, takes his time so therefore obviously takes pride in his work.

I made an appointment and was seen by Tony. My little sister turned 12 and wanted her nails done. Tony was amazing and gave my sister exactly what she wanted.

A good place to go for last minute nail service. They take walk-ins and is usually pretty good. Friendly staff. Minimal chemical smells. Kids under 5 shouldnt come along if they are not getting their nails done because theyll get bored easily. Theres no childrens area. A little more pricey than other nail places in town. Get a discount if pay with cash and they prefer to get tipped with cash rather than pay with credit card.

My daughter and I have been going to Red Nails in Richfield for many years and love our pedis and manis every time. Never have we been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, talented and welcoming. For Covid-19 safety the owner has set up the salon to make each clientele feel safe with spacing tables and chairs 6 feet apart, custom plexiglass at mani tables, masks on all staff and clientele, many hand sanitizers at each station and temp checks on arrival of the staff and visitors. I highly recommend Red Nails in Richfield for a delightful, great-value experience. Leave there feeling like a queen, revived, beautiful and cared for.

Well first of all if you want to get your nails done after Covid this place just wants people in and out to get money nails could’ve been way better pedicure was 15 min max they just wanted us in and out I really was expecting to get my regular full service I just would recommend to do it at home if you want your pedicure because I sure could’ve done my toes better payed $43 for this service and I could’ve saved my money btw not even on time waited 20 min extra

My nails look so thick and I asked for her to make them thinner and she barely did they are un even and costed 51 dollars. She started me down while I was making a tip and in all felt very uncomfortable the whole time.

They push you to get extra services and charge more than posted.

Ive come to this nail shop plenty and the last couple of times have been less than satisfactory. My technician was answering the phone half of the time while doing my nails, while 3 other employees sat around doing nothing. She was rushing, always trying to charge for more than what is posted in the shop, and my nails were uneven and so misshaped at the end that I had to go home and redo them myself. Will not go here again.

I went to red nail and spa and got a full set put on after going two years without getting my nails done. The nail tech cut my skin around my nail with his electric tool because he was rushing. I didn’t even get an apology. A few days later I noticed my skin around my nail was red and irritaed and had a yellow discharge coming from it. Now my whole nail is falling off. Worst experience ever!! This place is obviously dirty. As much as they were talking about other places not being clean. I will never go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone

Both my friend and I were in search of a new spot to go to, and to our surprise we recieved great service! The nail tech Andrew took his time doing my gel fill and corrected the sloppy job I recieved at a previous other salon. Unfortunately its been only 3 days and Im already chipping (which never happens). So Ill be coming in to have that corrected, which doesnt bother me much. Still overall very impressed and plan on being a regular!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Every single time I go anywhere else I am sooo unhappy with the results. The staff are really friendly and welcome you by name. Every single one of them have given me PERFECT nails. They are really easy to build relationships with and listen to you when you say Dont cut too short....Dont use this. I dont know what these bad reviews are about. Ive been coming here for two years. A little bit pricier but I guarantee it will last twice as long as other salons.

I got the worst pedicure ever. She didnt know what she was doing, she couldnt file, I ended up filing my own feet, than my feet were burning afterwards, not only that but the polish was horribly done and I was charged even though I had to go somewhere else the next day to get them re-done. Then she was upset and talking rudely about me to other nail techs there, so unprofessional. I would not recommend this place for pedicures!!!

Not happy. Nails was chipped off in the next 2 days. I had to go back to my place to fix it. I was lost when they talk a other language here. Not coming back.

Rude employees, used illegal blade, charged $10 extra to do my calluses where the other place I go charges nothing extra. She essentially shamed me about my calluses by pointing out the pile of skin shed taken off my feet. Never again. BTW, Ive been a nail tech for 24 years.
