Fantastic experience! My mom, sister, and I randomly dropped in for pedicures. The salon is clean and friendly. Great selection of normal polish, gel, and dip colors. The pedicures are very reasonably priced. They does an excellent job, they didnt seem rushed, and were very detailed. I would definitely recommend and visit again if looking for a place while visiting the Twin Cities.

The new owner is working on fixing things and creating better service. There are only 5 techs at this time so they work accordingly. It was beautiful inside, my pedicure and massage were phenomenal, I have natural nails and got exactly what I wanted. They have more options than some shops. They are taking covid precautions and would definitely recommend mai as she has done my nails for years now and is awesome

Such a great place! I made an appointment for four of my family members to get pedicures before I dropped them off at the airport. The staff who took care of us started us right on time and finished in a timely manner. Excellent quality work on the pedicures in a clean and safe environment. I 100% recommend this business for your nail care needs!

I got my nails done and toes done here yesterday. One lady was doing my feet who did good and the other lady was doing my acrylic nails. And the lady doing my acrylic nails cut my finger 3x on different fingers. All three were bleeding. And hurted when she put polish. I told her it hurted and she didn’t say anything. But they still charged me $71. That was a really bad experience. And then my nails didn’t dry quick. So the lady was working with other clients and did a pedicure and touched my hand when she was just touching someone else’s feet. I am most definitely not coming back here. I’m not sure how you upload picture on here but I will figure it out and post it.

Being from out of town I didnt know where to go for a much needed pedicure but I struck gold. I received the best pedicure of my life! Rubys is friendly, clean, professional and relaxing. My feet look great and feel even better.

The women who did my nails did them both times I came the first was no so bad she didn’t do the design quite how I wanted it but I let it go, the shaping was a little awkward so I didn’t like that. My second visit was upsetting, my nails were lumpy and you could still see the previous color through the nail polish she added. As well as during the nail shaving process she spilt/cut my middle finger and it bleed. Very disappointed considering I told her it was my birthday.

Niece had her nails done. She loved it. Had to wait 2 hours to get in but she said it was worth the wait

From my drive 13 miles away I pass many salons and THIS one is ALWAYS worth the drive! They are consistent, friendly, thorough and talented! I am SO glad I found Ruby Nails a few years ago! I was grateful for todays foot and calf massage, too. I look great and feel great!

My boyfriends mom and I stopped in for a basic manicure today and they did an amazing job! The technicians are very friendly and always do a great job here. Last time I got mine done the polish actually lasted a pretty long time. The color selection is very good too. My nails are pretty short but they do a great job at making my nails look longer and evened out. I’ll definitely be going back and suggesting it to my friends!

My daughter got her eyebrows waxed for prom and she got Horrible service from this place! The lady waxed half of my daughters eyebrow and instead of telling her immediately, she proceeded to color over it. So when my daughter got home, she realized that they messed up rlly bad. Worst Place EVER! Go somewhere else!!! Save ur time and money and go to a different one! Please. Really disappointed how the manager handled the situation..

Wasted $52 dollars for Absolutely terrible set of nails, it took three different women and even then the shape of my nails are terrible they’re all different shapes, lengths, and they’re clumpy. Not smooth at all. My birthday is tomorrow I was hoping to be able to treat myself and instead I got nails that I’m ashamed to be seen with. The staff were kind but I will never go back here for a manicure.

Love this place so much !!This nails salon is such a HIDDEN GEM. Technicians are very talented and understanding. They do all types of nails art. Conversation there pretty easy since they all speak English. They took time to get my nails done, and it looks beyond my expectation. Love love love. Excellent work and friendly staff. My gel polish manicure typically lasts 3wks. Other places I’ve tried in the area/south Mpls, I’m lucky if I get a 1.5wks of wear from a gel manicure

I had an appt at 130 and was not offered service until after 2pm. As I walked in I was instructed to wait. There were only 4 nails techs and 8 customers. As I waited more and more people came in with no appts. 3 eyebrow waxes were done prior to me getting serviced or asked to sit in a chair. The place was disorganized. The techs were running around from person to person. One person was even left in a chair while she went and finished someone else. I at 150 I asked how much longer and she said I had to wait for another customer to get polished. No answer in time. I was very disappointed in the lack of service they provided. I finally left and went to a different shop. Wasted 45mins waiting for nothing. As I said I was leaving one of the techs said here just got sit ill put the water on. Honestly she should have asked me over 15mins ago to do that.

Amazing experience. Nancy helped me get an acrylic refill. I was flinching the whole time as my last experience with acrylic was a little abrasive and painful. She made sure to file very gently and made sure I felt comfortable. She took longer than usual just to make me feel better. The prices were very affordable too. I will definitely be doing back.

After going back because of my previous appointment, they offered to fix my nails and it was amazing she was very sweet while doing my nails, she also showed the other lady her mistakes while continuing my nails. I felt very pampered, she was very kind and apologized to me for my previous visit and she had great conversation very happy!!

TERRIBLE! Do not recommend this place at all I went in for a refill. When it was time to pay the lady told me $62 For a REFILL! $62 is to much for a refill that’s not even how much a fresh new set cost. Will not be coming back sue & mai usually do a good job but mai was bussy so she sent me with another girl who did not do a good job. so dissapointed.

Absolutely love my nails! Did the square round shape with dipping powder. The staff is wonderful. They were able to accommodate myself, my sister and mother for manicures and pedicures for my sisters big day.

We came in for my sisters quinceañera nails and out nail technician Ben did such a amazing job! My sister loves her nails and is always showing them off to everyone. Love this salon. The nail technicians are so meticulous and take their time to make your manicure flawless. I’ve had Amy and Sue and they were both wonderful! The best part is that the gel polish actually LASTS. Two weeks go by and they look like they are were just done.

I had to wait over an hour for my appointment, and they pretty much ignored I was there waiting for so long. Again, I made an appointment. Additionally, I asked for square nails, and thicker acrylic. They are coffin shape and thin thin thin. Two of my nails are already broken as well.

I had a great experience, the only thing I Didnt appreciate was the fact that they charge extra for shaping your nails, and they dont tell you until its time to pay they could have mentioned that before they started doing it. and I think if youre paying 40 bucks for a fill you should get the shaping of your nail. I had to update my review because With in a couple of days two of my nails broke and 3 other ones the nail Polish came off completely so I had to go in and get them fixed. Not the quality I expected 😕 😒 😔 😪

This is my new favorite nail shop, SUE I believe was her name did such a great job on my nails. She took her time to make my nails look perfect. I love how they don’t rush at all and let their customers know the real wait time, they do not rush while others are waiting which a lot of nail shops do to get as many customers in and out the door.

This was the first time Ive went to this shop. But sadly I doubt I will go again. They are a bit higher price. Its OK but they dont respect your appointment at all. Had appointment but they let me sat on pedicure chair for an hour, then my pedicure was done in 20 minutes. They made it too fast to get more customers. I will stay away from this salon forever. Very disappointed !

Nancy did a fabulous job, Im pretty picky when it comes to shape and filling, I couldnt find another place besides my home salon (which is far from work) that I wanted to go back to. Very nice and friendly, told her I was on my lunch break and had a time limit, she was very respectful of it and still did a great job! Definitely will be going back!

I was able to walk in for a pedicure today with no wait. I chose the deluxe pedicure and was immediately offered a bottled water. The salon was clean and the service was friendly, attentive and reasonably priced ($36 for their nicer pedicure included a scrub and mud mask). You also get a discount if you pay cash. I will definitely be back.

The shop is so cute! Staff is attentive and very gentle. They took their time on my nails and they look fantastic. I called ahead to see if they had an opening and they were ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. 5 stars for a job well done.

I am SO picky when it comes to my nails and Sue did an amazing job. She really took her time and made sure they were perfect. The salon is also very clean and has a lot of selection when it comes to dip and gel colors.

The staff at ruby nails are amazing. They take their time and make sure your nails are perfect. The only reason why I’m giving them only 3 stars is because they charged me $40 for a refill, but charged my mom $30. And I think they need to work a little harder on managing their time better. I had to wait 45 minutes, although I had called and made an appointment. Otherwise to that the nail technician are very talented.

Absolutely fabulous first experience at Ruby Nails. Ive been searching for a salon in the Twin Cities that does dip nails correctly and last. Amy was meticulous in her work from the shape, to dip and cuticles. Not a single nicked cuticle which seems to be an anomaly these days and didnt over file my nails. Over two weeks since my mani and my nails look just as good as Day 1. Ill be back and telling all my friends (except I call dibs on Amy).

I was invited to a party on such short notice and I needed a last minute pedicure and manicure so I came to this salon and I’m so glad I did. They take walk ins and their service is great! The staff is attentive and very friendly. Their designs are very chic and artistic, it was so hard to decide which one to pick. I got so many compliments on my nails that I even told them to come back with me next time. Nancy did a great job! Totally bringing more friends here.

I’ve consistently gone here for my nails since I moved to Richfield about a year and a half ago and have never once left disappointed. The ladies who work here are so kind and friendly, you will always feel welcome. About the same price as any other local nail salon but worth so much more with the excellent service and atmosphere!

I only come here in a pinch and they are incredibly nice and usually not too busy BUT the work is mediocre and not worth the extremely high prices for the area and the work. I got a gel full set not very long at all and already two nails have broken too soon. It’s ridiculous and I just won’t be returning. Thanks but no thanks

Been to many nail shops before, but this is hands down the best one. The technicians Sue and Nancy are very experience and very nice. They have more pedicure options than anyone else. I decided to get the best pedi on their list which was called paradise pedi, and I was glad that I got it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. Customer service is wonderful, and I can tell that they value their customers.

I went on last Friday for a pedicure and couldnt get a straight answer regarding price. Then the polish had bubbles and divots so she had to repaint. The gal got a bit upset... not my fault. Had some paint on my skin when she was done. Now all toe nail polish just come off. I wont be going back

I was in today because a couple co workers found this place a few weeks ago. I am incredibly picky with my nail shops and to be honest didnt think I was going to like this one. Anyways they did a great job, the girls working were all very nice. I had Amy and she did a great job and I want to say Sue was working also and made sure I was offered water and she was the one who took my phone call and got me in for an appointment. I agree with the other patrons with the good service; yet make sure that you and the technician are on the same page with the prices. I had previous acrylics on nails, they knew it, yet they didnt mention that there was a charge to remove. An extra 10 dollars! After I protested, he removed it from the bill. Earlier in the day, I had stated that I would be back, but after that problem with the charges, Ill go elsewhere.

I went in recently for a mani-pedi. I was in town for an event and needed to find an opening ASAP. Ruby Nails was able to accommodate me and they did an amazing job! Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. I didnt interact with one employee who seemed to like their job. I went here last minute because I dadnt have time to go to my regular nail place. The gel manicure chipped off in 3 days! I was on Friday afternoon, and I guess because they were busy.I will never come back and Im really confused on why this place has the reviews it has.

Wonderful! My nails had broken off really short and were in terrible shape, she did such a great job!

Before my pedicure, i i asked the person to round my toe nails. She said ok. Then she cut them straight and I said again, round and instead of round, she cut them shorter and straighter. I will never go here again.

Had made an appointment today at 11:45 for 3 people days before and when I come in they said I had to come back in an hour. Even when I had made an appointment very disappointed I had to go some where else to do my nails.
