Linda was very professional and did not rush. She did a very detailed job. And was kind to all the customers.

Awful paint job. You can literally see the top layer crumbling off and where it wasn’t painted evenly. He pretty much shoved me out the door. Never coming back. I’ll be going somewhere else tomorrow to get it fixed.

I highly recommend. The friendly owner and staff always provide a nice experience. Pricing is comparable to other salons for services, but the people there make the difference.

Gels do not last on my fingernails, so Linda suggested trying dipped instead.I love them!!! They last a long time. She does a great job! The salon is always clean, everyone wearing masks. Highly recommend - plus you can buzz into Target after to get your groceries :)

Im a regular customer at Spa and Nails and lemme tell you that this place is sooo UNDERRATED on Google! I go to Linda for my Acrylics, Pedicures, and I bring friends and family here also and they never turn back. My nails are ALWAYS a perfect 10 and for years I went many other places and NEVER HAD such BEAUTIFUL, LONG LASTING NAILS!!!!I will remain loyal to Linda and this place. Linda is amazing as is the rest of the staff. Its ALWAYS CLEAN, and they have THE BEST pedi chairs too!!! Theyre honest, talented, and just dont waste your time anywhere else!!

Great in salon care but the polish is awful, 2 hours later and no matter what I do it just makes a mess so I have to remove it.

I have gone here for over a year. Linda does the best dip manicures! I can get 3 weeks out of a dip service that she does. Their salon is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Worst pedi ever for the price- say 35 bucks but give you menu of options And in order to smooth off calluses apparently another five dollars? Guy spent too much time massaging my lower legs until they practically hurt but no time on bottom of feet... never going back. Been there multiple times over the last few years-done w them

Got dip on my nails last Saturday, by the next day it was chipping off, went back on Monday they fixed the nail. Through the week the rest of the nails were chipping and cracking. I went back today, 1 week later and just asked them to remove them and paint my nails Ive never had problems with fake nails before. Today got charged for a full manicure for them to fix the problem. Fare to say I wont be back.

I made an appointment for my mom and I to get pedicures this evening. We rush through dinner, and get there with 3 minutes to spare. We were directed to sit in 2 chairs as theyre running behind. 25 minutes pass during which time someone keeps stopping by to tell us it will be just a few more minutes. It looks like a big group also getting pedicures is ready to go and we assume that we will be next. Unfortunately for us, the group then moves on to get manicures, and the other 2 techs start helping customers who came in after us to get manicures. It had been 50 minutes at this point and we just couldnt do it anymore. Im mostly annoyed by the dishonesty- if they had told me when I made the appointment I would have been fine and just gone somewhere else. Or when we walked in and we wouldnt have wasted our time sitting around watching Master Chef on mute. I do not anticipate I will be patronizing this establishment again after today.

I LOVE Spa and Nails! Ive paid almost triple the price at other fancier places to get manicures and pedicures and Spa & Nails is still the place that I like the results the best. Give them a call to set up an appointment one or two days before as they are usually busy.

I loved the way my manicure and pedicure turned out. I can’t wait to go back. It wasn’t busy so they took their time and made sure I was happy when I left.

I have to say that I’m pretty sad that I have to rate this a 1 Star. I have been coming here for a while now, finally found a nail lady that I actually like. But the last few visits she seemed to have been upset or annoyed that I came in and requested her. I have recently found out that she’s been OVERCHARGING me and it’s by ALOT. $40 for JUST a change of polish? And this last visit they didn’t even turn out looking good.

I dont understand you girls giving low ratings. They are really nice here. All the other places I go, they peel off your old gel polish and ruin your nails. These guys put in the extra time to soak the gel off like youre supposed to! They do a great job, and they dont rush the massage!! This is my favorite place to get a pedicure.

I went to this new business when it opened a few years ago and I was pleasantly surprised. I went maybe 3 times and just happened to get the same person each time, and she was really great. I was very excited to have a place to go, not 5 minutes from my house.However the story changes, I have gone maybe 4 times since then and I have TRULY not enjoyed the experience. A pedicure or a manicure should be relaxing and it was anything but that. I happened to get the two men who work there the last few times and they are awful. They pinch your toes, cut your cuticles so they bleed, when they scrub they dont just scrub your feet but your leg by accident and give you a burn, and even if you say something or they see they cut you they NEVER apologize. Neither really seem to care if they give you a good experience, all they want is a job and make some tips.If you are thinking of going, I could suggest you hope for one of the women who work there as they are good, but if you get one of the men, skip it.

I went there this morning with my 6 week old baby for a birthday treat for myself...and what a great experience! Got a gel mani and pedi and it was done perfectly. They were very nice and helpful with me and helpful with having my new born. Will go again in the future!

I couldnt get into the place I normally go, so I went back here only to be reminded my I stopped going here. On a Friday afternoon they had 4 nail technicians working, so wait times were long, and the job was rushed. Less than 24hrs after my gel manicure multiple nails have chipped (and I am now headed out a business trip with an awful manicure).The prices may be less expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. Rushed services that are poor quality, an uncomfortably warm space, and inattentive staff.

I was assuming that without a reservation, this place would be backed up on a Saturday afternoon... I was wrong! I got right in, got a very LONG massage with my pedicure! Not sure what type of technique they use, but these pedicures (Ive gotten 2 now) last a very long time! I enjoy the environment because it is calm and warm...also very clean. Highly recommended! Good prices, too. $25 for pedi!

I was very disappointed on the advertised service. You come in thinking youll pay one thing and then they up charge by almost $5. The service was not that great either. I could have had a better pedicure somewhere else with more services done for the same price. I also got acrylic nails done, and they started falling off before 2 weeks. The shape was terrible and the quality was awful. I was so disappointed. First and last time I will ever be going. I would not recommend this place at all.

Im not a very picky person but I wouldnt suggest going to this salon. I just got acrylics done and I was tense and uncomfortable the whole time. My nails now hurt and feel sore. They do look nice though, I guess beauty is pain after all.

I am not very picky when it comes to nail salons. However I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. The lady was so rough... Ive never been in pain during a mani before. I left with a bloody finger and the blue stuff they put on it to stop the bleed wasnt wiped off and stayed in my pink nail polish. Bad experience for sure.

Pretty much a bummer of an experience.. Ive tried this place twice for a mani/pedi because its really close to my house but I wont be going back. my pedi was ok but the worst part was the manicure. I just did the basic manicure (no I dont want to upgrade to gel thank you..) and I really wish I hadnt wasted the money. she didnt push my cuticles back or anything and she didnt go all the way to the sides on several of my nails so there was all this unpainted space. it also started chipping the next day and just continued to look worse and worse until I took it off less than a week later. she was nice though and did touch up my thumb decently well when I bumped it on the dryer. maybe people who upgrade have a better experience but I wouldnt spend more money there given the experiences Ive had so far. oh also know that theyll be super disappointed in you if you cant pay or at least tip in cash.

Pedicure went well but when it was time gor my nails to get done the lady got upset when I asked her to not file my nails down so much. Beacuse my nails are naturally thin to begin with. Pretty much was refused nail service after that. Not ever coming back.

Had a very enjoyable pedicure done by these folks! Very gentle! I couldnt wait to post my cute done up toes on Facebook & managed to mess up my big toe. I told them that I messed up my pained toe & they came right over & fixed it right away! Saying no problem! Thank you!!

Friendly, hard working staff. My normal polish manicure shockingly lasted almost two weeks. Pedi waayy longer.No need for appt- they are good at working in walk in clients and estimating how long a wait might be.

Got my nails done here today and horrible experience.I just went for a nail color change $25 ...ok whatever, but the guy keeps reminding me that it costs 25 and then he continues with this is what we charge everyone ahhhh ok Im not complaining.... do you think I wont be able to afford them? Anyway I wont even go there.So I let the guy do his job- while his wiping with the alcohol I notice my nails are not shiny and they look crappy so I ask for another coat still horrible. I dont know what he did but this has never happened to me. The worst nails ever I will never go back.

My first time here at this salon and it really bad service here. Definitively wont recommend.

I walked in asking for a gel builder, instead of acrylic, with a gel top coat. They werent busy at all so they took me right away! As soon as I sat down they pulled out the powder and liquid for an acrylic nail -- I asked for gel so I called them out on it. They proceeded to try and pull a fast one on me telling me it was just a different kind of gel. I told them it most definitely wasnt gel and that I would only pay them for an acrylic nail. During the process, it hurt like HELL while they were filing down my nails. Never have I ever experienced such vigorous and violent filing. When they had finished they proceeded to tell me they sure did use a gel builder and were going to charge me for it. After arguing with the employee about it for a good 5 mins or more I just paid it so I could get out of that place. When it was time for a fill I went to my regular salon, (Turbo Nails at Ridgedale) where they do a MUCH better job, the employee asked me why I would put acrylic over his original gel nail... hmm I wonder. I will never return to Spa and Nails -- they are a complete rip off. If youre going here you might as well ask for acrylic because they dont know what a gel nail is. Turbo Nails at Ridgedale is by far a much better experience.
