Seen Amanda for Waxing. She was helpful, informal, friendly, and worked well with me - with what I wanted. She uses a hard wax with a lot less mess.

I am very pleased with Gaoshoua and her nail work! Enjoys to have creativity and I am grateful because last weekend I broke my finger bone and my doctor told me if it wasn’t for the acrylic nails I would have possibly lost some of my finger! She is amazing! I 100% recommend her!

Gaoshoua did an excellent job on my gel nails this past weekend. She was efficient and friendly. I am SO thrilled with how they turned out! It was my first time at Studio B and it definitely won’t be my last! What a cute little hidden gem in Richfield.

Very clean, modern, nice, new salon. The atmosphere is fine, nothing exceptional. I was really looking forward to using this salon for years to come, I LOVE the idea of having a nail salon, with hair salon in one. Then you also add on massage awesome!!But the service I received was the worst service in over 20 years of having my hair done. My stylist said my hair was difficult and would take a few times to brighten it to the color I wanted. I have never had an issue in 20 years with requiring multiple sessions to get my hair highlighted to the color I wanted. Not to mention 30% of my highlight color was the color I wanted without an issue on one application. So I say thats a HUGE lie. I leave the salon with a simple hair blow out, no style, no straitening, nor curl.I give the stylist another opportunity the correct what was not done the first time and this time 50% of itnis the correct color but I leave the salon with only a small section on the top of my head somewhat dry and the rest towel dry wet because I was taking too long.I offer to give stylist another opportunity and the day before my appointment she cancels on me, refuses to reschedule, offers to recommend me to another salon hello, if I wanted to go to another salon, I would have gone on my own time And THEN says it is not fair that my hair takes so long to complete so it is only fair she start changing me by the hour at a rate of $100/hr...EXCUSE ME!!!!! UNBELIEVABLEBy the way I only asked for a simple foil bleach highlight on dirty blonde natural hair....UNBELIEVABLE, I AM STILL FLOORED!

Writing this review for my mother. She has been getting her nails done by Bridget ever since Bridget became a nail tech. Mom was very excited to hear that Bridget was opening her own studio and followed her to this one as she has in the past when Bridget moved. Mom had her first nail appointment here last week and as usual was very happy with the result and got many compliments on the nail art. In our family we are always glad to support local businesses especially those run by people we know. The service is here is second to none and Mom looks forward to coming again and again.

Bridget does absolutely gorgeous nail work! Ive gotten both acrylic and shellac from her, and she always knocks it out of the park! I appreciate that she stays up to date and on trend with new nail art designs and polish colors too. Her salon and spa is a clean, gorgeous space and the pedicure bowls are amazing! Its so convenient to be able to book online for appointments too. Overall highly recommended, theres no other place Id go!

Bridgett is amazing! She totally is willing to wing it with me when I dont know what to do for my nails! Hannah is a wizard when it comes to hair! I brought in maybe 2 pictures of what I was looking for (cut and color) and she made my hair look even more amazing than I could have imagined! Really highly recommend Studio B!!!
