I have been going to Blossom Nails for years and love them they do amazing work. I normally get my nails done with Sunny, but on occasion I have gone to see a few of his and his Wife’s employees.They all do a great job.. Very consistent with their services. I highly recommend you will love their work too.

I never leave reviews but I was very please with the service I got done for the first time at that place with two wonderful people so I had to leave a review. I only went for a pedicure because I needed to be on time for a concert I had that night going on and one of their employees offer to quickly do a manicure while I was getting my pedicure at the same time.Very nice employees and they do a beautiful job on your nails. I have received multiple compliments on how well done my pedicure looks even when it was done in a rush. ❤️

My mom, sister and I all got spa pedicures with gel polish tonight - they had both been to and recommended Blossom Nails before, but it was my first time visiting. The environment is welcoming and warm, and the nail technicians all do a fantastic job. Thanks for fitting us in so last minute - we only made our appointment this morning! I will absolutely be back.

I got my nails done today and the design is cute, but she asked me if I wanted to keep the length I told her yes. She then asks me if I wanted coffin shape I said yes one more time. I was getting a fill in may I add. And my nails were already long because I like long nail she then cuts my nails down to almost my real nail size I told her I didn’t like it and she kept going anyways and then sun tried to argue with me about my nails and the shape is fat I will not be returning back after today poor customer service.

Had to wait about half hour (even tho I had an appointment), but it was worth the wait! Kim was very friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail. Will definitely go back.

I went to Blossom Nails last night for a full set and I am extremely happy with the entire experience I had there. Staff was timely and friendly, the quality of their work is amazing, and the pricing was honestly the best Ive seen in the metro area. I highly recommend!

I received a manicure from Son. He did a fantastic job! I showed him a photo of a trendy almond french tip manicure and he executed it perfectly. Couldnt recommend Son and Blossom Nails more.

I absolutely love my nail shop!!!! Trina and Her husband are the absolute best!!!! I have been with them for 10 years and followed them (along with plenty of their other regular customers) to their new location. Little further from home but they are worth it! How many times can you say you have trusted your nail lady/ guy to choose what they want to do and you know it will be great?!?!!! Everyone in the shop is very welcoming and friendly. A few years back I had surgery and could not drive. I went to the shop just before closing time. They drove me home. They always have a huge variety of colors for gel and regular polished. They also offer gel powder for dips. They have new massage chairs and use liners in the basins. Their prices are super affordable, especially for the excellent service you receive!!! Does your REGULAR PEDICURE come with scrubs hot stone massage and wrapping in a hot towel?!?!?!! Sun does amazing freehand designs. Their shop is in a great location with plenty of parking. They keep their shop very clean and up to date! I have referred many friends, family and coworkers. Everyone loves this place! I just love them!

I have been going to Trina for over 10 years (I followed her to her new shop when she opened it). She has never disappointed me with my nail sets, pedicures, and my eyebrows. She also done my lashes in the past, and I loved them. More recently, after reopening after the shutdown, I was very impressed with the professionalism regarding the temp checks, hand washing, and mask wearing. I will definitely be back, 10/10

The owners are extremely friendly and personable and with covid, they’ve made several changes to ensure safety. 10/10!

Horrible my nails didn’t even stay on 2 weeks I wish I could get my money back.. and when I called they said they never had problems before.. what does other people experience have to do with me? and they are rude never again peeling these nails as I speak

Toe nails cut crooked. Polish was slopped on. Whole mail was not covered. On a $40.00 pedicure. Plus $10.00 tip.

This shop has excellent service! I scheduled a 6pm appointment not realizing until the day of that they close at 6pm on Saturdays. The shop took me anyway which was very kind of them. This will be my go to shop as long as I live in the area. You guys are so friendly and amazing and every experience Ive had here has been top notch.

These people here know exactly what theyre doing! I bring my wife up there regularly, and they always do great work on her.

Omg I over love my first experience there. My nails are everything and more. I got yellow ombré and she did them so well and quick. My nail tech was Trina and she’s super nice and reasonable ! Poor service. The reception/nail Tech, lied to me and claimed the service I was getting was a gel full set, when in fact it was an acrylic full set. I was charged $40 for an upgrade I didn’t receive. I didn’t know what occurred, until I watched a video on YouTube about gel nails (1 step) versus acrylic (2steps). Tomorrow morning, I’ll return to their shop, to try to make things right. If they don’t reduce the charge, I will file a dispute with my credit card company and get a refund for the difference. You don’t lie to your customers. Especially, someone who was excited about getting their nails done for the first time, for Christmas.Fast forward, I went to the nail shop to try to settle the problem. However, the receptionist/nail tech and her husband refused to makes things right and claimed I was lying. They didn’t want to pay the difference for an acrylic full set or redo my nails. The whole experience left a bad impression. Regardless, I will be refunded through my credit card company. And I will never return.They don’t value new customers.

I LOVE this nail-shop! Have been going to them since before Blossom almost 7 years! Love the staff and I always get compliments from males and females in my nails! Will have pics next time I go bi-weekly FAITHFULLY!

I was so happy to find that the folks that I love have reopened in Richfield. Not only are they skilled but so much friendlier than any of the other salons in the area. Can not wait for my next pedicure.

Lily was great with my pedicure! Shes young, a perfectionist, great hospitality, and very delicate when using the tools. I dont keep up with the maintenance of my feet, but at the end she had them restored to new.

I really wanted to like this place, but you shouldnt hurt after a manicure. I scheduled a dip powder gel on Thursday. First, it was very odd that absolutely no soaking, and the cuticles were completely ignored. Its been over 3 weeks since my last manicure, so they needed to be done! After repeatedly telling Son that my nails were very thin and weak and that he needed to be careful...he proceeded to remove all of my gel polish using a rotary sander. I know that is not the way to handle thin nails, and pushed back, but he said that he wasnt going to touch the nail, just the polish. Ive had gels long enough to know that theres no way to do that....but whatever. I already knew that there was no way I would return because he would destroy my nails. I didnt say anything and let him continue. There were several times when I winced and pulled my hands away, but he just kept sanding away my nails. After doing the gels, he then proceeded to use an emory board in a sawing motion all around the sides of my nail beds. Ive never had anyone do this before....perhaps his lazy way of doing cuticles? Again, he was doing this very hard, and I pulled away several times but he just kept sawing away. When I left, my thumb was bleeding on the side of my nail from this. He knew he had done it because he kept looking at it and put an antiseptic on it. Nonetheless, it became red, swollen and infected. How many other people has he used that emory board on, and how many germs are on it? I dont care about that if it is used on the nails, but he was sawing along the nail beds, into my skin with it! A manicure should be enjoyable - this was worse than going to the dentist! Never again.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. It was SO PAINFUL! Ive done nails for 26 years, so I know proper technique. Scratching my legs HARD with her nails during the salt scrub and using a pumice device on the arch of my foot where there is clearly no callous is horrible technique! Not to mention she grated on each foot for 10 min plus! Callous is there to protect your feet. You dont need to get EVERY bit off so my skin is raw! Never again!

I started going here a year ago Vicki was so nice. Very good job her and her husband. We left for while out-of-state on a death in the family we were gone for almost two months we came back and its under new ownership the new owner knows what shes doing and thats the only one the other staff is to dont know what to do very different will not be going back I went to a different nail place I had to get a whole new set my nails were pretty bad from when I had him feel theyre not go there.

The service is phenomenal and the price was much better than expected! They did well with painting my four year olds nails despite her inability to sit still! I wont go anywhere else(:

Im giving this salon 0 star only because I was able to get an appointment immediately. However, if I was to rate on my pedi I wouldnt give it any. Never have I had a pedi that hurt, but this one was painful!! Never going back.

Such great customer service, was seated promptly, the pedicure was amazing, even though I didnt get gel for my feet they still have lasted so long and my hands look so pretty ❤️ She shaped my nail so nicely and they havent even chipped for nearly two weeks ❤️ The lady was super nice and friendly and the massage was amazing, definitely recommend this place a bunch ❤️

This place is HORRIBLE the man started my nails and told me he cant do my nails because I asked him to fix my nail that he put on that was turned to the side, he clipped my nails off and I CANT DO YOUR NAILS....DO NOT COME HERE! I asked the technician to not use power tools on my cuticles and she did so anyway and then I started bleeding after she used the tool and then started cutting away. The tools were also dirty, as were all of the bottles within sight.
