My wife and I went here and they were not professional at all. The man and his wife that work there were fighting with eachother and were in a hurry because there were many people there at once. They did a poor job on the design and pretty much screwed her over in time and money. Do not go here. Will never be back.

I made an appointment and when I got there, they kept attending people that arrived without an appointment and made me wait about 20 minutes until they sat everyone else that had just arrived. Also, the wife Michelle is always in a bad mood and always bitter with customers. She seems like she hates her job and takes out her anger on customers. Simply not professional. Plus, she did not understand what nail design I asked for, even though I showed her a picture. Won’t be coming back.

Their good, just have to push the lady I had, she seemed lazy about doing my chrome and couple designs, the Male tech new exactly what I wanted he had to push her too, at the end I was satisfied and my appointment was at 6p, that could of had something to do with it

I got recommended by a friend to go here. From my first experience it was well done by one of the ladies.The second time I went I felt like i was hurried and it wasnt well done just enough. I assumed cause it was at 5pm on a weekday. The first time I went in the morning. Next time Ill go ahead and go in the morning as well as go with the maam that was in the middle my first time.Overall not bad ^-^

They are the best!! Make an appointment, as it can be hard to guess if itll be busy or not. Owned by a wonderful couple. Ive been going here for about 10 years. I never, ever go anywhere else. 🙏❤

Never been there so I thought I would try. Was told 20 min wait but waited an hour before they got to me. My gel nails are still perfect almost two weeks later even though they take a beating in my profession. They provide bottled water to every customer which is great!

I’ve been to other 3 places in Richfield, and this is the first one I’ll go back to! They were very efficient and did a great job with my mani/pedi. Also, the first place to have oil for your feet before you put your shoes back on (thanks man winters).

This was my first visit to VNails and I loved it. I went with my 14 year old daughter and we only got pedicures. There was a 30 minute wait because there were only three people working, but it was also a Wednesday night and rainy so Im sure they anticipated a slow night. I wish I would have asked the name of the man who took care of my feet. I hadnt had a pedicure in almost two years so he definitely had his work cut out for him. In short, my feet were a mess! He made me feel so comfortable and he worked hard to get my feet summer ready. The woman who did my daughters toes was so nice to her and also did a great job. While under the dryer my daughter leaned over to me and said,mom, they gave us phenomenal service! It takes a lot to impress a 14 year old enough for her to voice it. I will definitely come back and recommend VNails to others.

I was getting my nails done here for about a year and finally called it quits. The quality is hit or miss especially depending on which tech ends up doing your nails. Acrylics were often misshapen, crooked, and poorly painted. After spending an hour trying to file them into something presentable after my last appointment I decided I was over it.

This place is awesome, clean, friendly staff and equally as importantly the my gel color is super hard to chip and lasts forever. Usually when I would get gels I hope for two weeks, tops, but I consistently get 3 weeks in before I have to go back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Used to be my to go place. Walk in wait a small bit then enjoy my time. Now that they started appointments the place has been not well. 3 times i go in at 4 or 5 pm. Nope come back another day. Today was the last time. I will not go anymore. They also only have 2 employees. So if you go in a group it wont work.

Amazing Techs!

The best service and nice caring employees.they offer you free water and they have warmed seating on the massage chair. Also they do not charge you for the shape of your nail or the shape of the acrylic nails so that a great plus.

Tina always does a great job on my nails and toes. My feet are horrible as I wear flip flops 365 days a year.

Great place however their customer service is horrible. I love the work they do - made an appointment twice and they couldnt get me in on time either time. I also went on a Sunday to get a pedicure just to find out their hours have changed, even though their answering machine still said 11 oclock they dont open till 1, also apparently now theyre closed on Sundays.

Great experience, they did a really good job and everyone was really friendly. Only $27 for a full spa pedicure. I would definitely go back!

Very bad job, honestly wouldn’t recommend it. They didn’t even push my cubicles back nor cut my nails and it ended up being $37 dollars. I got my nails done and they didn’t even do a good job painting them. The nail polish is all over my fingers. Then I called back and the lady on the phone was being really rude. Don’t come here it’s expensive and they don’t even do a good job.

I did not like the results for my full set of gel nails. The gentleman who worked on me put the gel on so thick I can practically measure the thickness with a ruler. On the way out of the store two different girls were cleaning my skin with polish remover where he was messy. We went on a trip the next day and I noticed large cracks across 3 nails, kind of like cracked paint on an old painting. I wont be back.
