This is my favorite place to get my nails 💅done. Ms. Linda and Ms. Grace are the best 👌❤💖 to me when doing freestyle nails.

Took my mom and sister out for a pedicure for the first time. The place is so clean and cute. The pedicure was so relaxing and the staffs are so friendly. They did such a good job my our nails - we all got the luxury Hawaii pedicure. My toe nails turn out sooooo cute! Cant wait to visit them again! Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a pedicure or manicure!

I really wanted to give this place a chance because it was recommended to me but I was disappointed. I asked for acrylics and It looks like Ive had them on for weeks and lost its shape. The shape is not what I asked and the application made it look way bigger. I asked for the shape to get fixed but she made it worse, where I usually go they are super good. I tried out this place but wouldnt recommend it. Its a cute quiet place but not good for acrylic nails.

I went today and they where really sanitary. They cleaned everything and they where really nice to me and my aunt. They did great and they aren’t overpriced. I really recommend this place it’s awesome!💗

Ive been getting my nails done for 25 years and returned to thos location because of previous owners. Upon arrival it had new owners who lack experience in acrylics and sanitary conditions as well as respect and manners. I opted to give them a second try and within weeks i had mold in my nails ... first time in 25 years i have ever had mold!!! Within weeks of removing and not returning to this nail salon my nails are healthy- with some remaining damage but this place should be closed. A proper nail salon would never allow this to happen. An older lady did the filing and dremmol and she didnt even care what she was doing - a younger woman was defensive when i twice questioned the work and standards. The salon was empty both times and they still were rude and rushed. The prior owner and staff were amazing - the new owners should ne shut down. Dont go here ever. It should shut down.

They have nooooooooo experience or business doing acrylics with any length. The older women is slow and lazy and totally disrespectful and the younger women is defensive and really has no intention to provide quality. They charge above market with no experience compared to previous owners. The space was designed and furnished by previous owners. I got mold here - first time in 25 years with acrylic nails. I went a second time to give them a chance to fix and redeem themselves and it was more horrifying then the first. They should be shut down until they hire proper staff with skills and experience. Mold!!!! Clean your products and sanitize especially during Covid. Then they expected a tip ... uneven nails - ridges, dips, mold and brash rude behavior. It’s been 3 weeks with nails off and mold is gone. Greenies and mold shouldn’t be even tolerated by a nail salon. And why should I pay for this service??? I told them and they didn’t care - they only fix things within 7 days! lol ... awful awful awful business etiquette and due to sanitary conditions should be closed.

Can’t say enough great things about this spa! First time in a long time I’ve gotten my nails done. My manicure and pedicure were fantastic. I feel so beautiful & my eyebrows are now shaped to perfection. This is my new favorite place for sure ☺️

We came in a half hour before close, and there were still other people in the shop. But they made sure to do our nails and were so friendly about it! They did a fabulous job at a really good price. I highly recommend their service!

I received my first ever pedicure ever here. As a man, this is something I really hadnt felt comfortable doing before. I was finally talked into going and wished I had known how wonderful a pedicure felt; I would have been going for years.The staff was amazing! They entire staff made me feel completely comfortable while they worked on my manly construction feet. When I left, my feet felt wonderful and i was so relaxed. I will be returning. I felt so comfortable with the staff I may even check out a manicure.

So friendly and fast responders !!! I didn’t even know you could send messages on google but it worked and they responded so quickly!!! I had to wait around 10 minutes for a pedicure on Christmas Eve which I didn’t think was bad at all! Then they even gave me a Christmas gift for the wait !!!!! I was very happy ! 5 stars !!

I had a great experience at this salon! Kind, attentive and not in a rush. While they were a bit understaffed, they took their time and made sure I was happy with the work. Kay did excellent work on my nails - she is so wonderful! You’ll be happy you stopped in.

I went in 9 days ago. There was no one else in the salon. I had a gift certificate for $50.00 that I brought to their attention right away, asking if I would get the left over money back if I didn’t spend 50. They said yes. I asked for a basic full set (White tips). I’ve been to many nail salons before and a basic full set is $25 - $30. (Acrylic not gel) I understand that some places may vary by price. They said it was $50.00 for what I wanted. Due to me questioning the price I feel like the technician rushed and was rude. (I was very nice and friendly I never became rude what so ever). The woman who was not the nail tech explained to me that the reason why it’s so much is because they only have gel powder. By the time I just was like okay, it’s fine. They were also supposed to be pink and white and are not. Another customer walked in about 10 minutes into my session, and I was done 10 minutes later. 20 minutes to do a full set? It takes a minimum of 45 minutes any time I’ve ever gone before. They didn’t look terrible when I was finished besides them being a little uneven. A few days later every single nail started lifting around all the edges as if it was going to come off. I didn’t have the time to go get them fixed so I went today. It was the same nail tech. I was very kind and friendly and explained the situation and showed them and asked if there was anything to do to fix them. I honestly expected them to be re done due to every single one lifting and looking bad. They wanted me to get a fill. A fill is due every two weeks (14 days) I have 5 days left before I am due for a fill. Needing a fill and all the nails lifting off is different. The woman who was not the nail tech explained to me that she would lift off the parts that were coming off (every nail) and fill them. She lifted off the parts on a few nails not all of them and then filled them with clear gel nail polish. (She explained she would fill them with acrylic but the first time I went in there was only gel.) You do not fill with clear gel nail polish and a gel light. They were also very unfriendly due to me needing to get them fixed. I will never go here again and would not recommend it!!! And they do not look any better, I just wasn’t going to continue to try after all of that. The clear nail polish she used to “fill them” is now chunky on my nail and looks terrible! I will be going somewhere else and getting them completely re done. (In the photo I provided you can see the chunky clear coat. The second one looks like I need a fill due to her lifting off the ends and filling with nail polish rather than powder.) you get a fill after 14 days, not 9!

Good prices and great service! Went here for my wedding manicure. They created cute roses on my ring finger for the event. Very friendly and fun.

I absolutely love this nail shop! I love how Kim remembers her clients. Ann the nail tech is just fabulous also shes so sweet and really understands what you need! I can remember the guy name but he was really funny I swear I laughed all night. I felt very at home at the nail shop. I would recommend this nail shop to everyone!

I contracted impetigo from my mani and pedi here. This is a staph infection that generally effects 2-5 year old children. I had sores on my body from head to toe and was absolutely miserable for about two weeks. I still have leftover blisters on my hands and feet to this day even though sores from impetigo are generally the worst around the nose and mouth. I will never come back to this place and quite frankly I should have taken legal action but unfortunately was dealing with planning and attending my dads funeral at the same time, sores on my face and all. Do they have good service? Yes. But clearly cleanliness and sanitation guidelines are not being followed.

Giving one star for average nail service. Nail techs we nice. The rest of the service was terrible. I have never been cut so many times. I was in pain for most of the service. Should have listen to the reviews I already read. Will not be going back EVER

Cozy and relaxing nails shop!

I was excited to check out this spot as its in my neighborhood. Ive been to a lot of Asian-ran nail salons, and its always been fine - about what youd expect for a $35 mani/pedi. However, Penn Nails was horrendous! The lady working on me cut SUPER deep on my cuticles and wouldnt stop when I asked her to take it a little easier. (In hindsight, I should have just walked out.) My nail beds are still sore the next day!This was the most awful experience Ive ever had while getting my nails done. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. (I HIGHLY recommend Twin City Nails off of 100 and 394... Its wonderful!).

The service is rushed. I wanted a manicure and the tech used the same towel she used on her previous client. It has dust shaving on it and she used a dirty bowl with no soap or cuticle softener and the water was cold. She spent more time talking to other workers and never once pushed back my cuticles. At this point I got up and didnt finish the service. I never got a massage that youd usually get with a manicure and they charged my card $55 for my pedi and half ass mani which had no polish. Worst service ever. They gave me $5 back. Never again! !

I came here to get my acrylic nails removed and they mistreated them and didn’t even dip it into alcohol and now one of my nails is bleeding and it hurts really bad . Do not recommend
