J styles did a very good job with my daughter hair. I believe I have found my hairstylist. The place was clean and she explained everything she was doing to her hair and how to keep it up.

I had 2 Groupon coupons. I decided to use the one for a cut, deep conditioning and style. Molly and I started out a bit rough, but ended with both of us smiling, talking current events, hair coloring, and politics. ; ) After consulting with me, she skillfully took off about 6 inches of my hair. I love it. It looks and feels so much better, yet meets my criteria of long enough for a French braid and/ or a messy bun. I definitely recommend her!

I went there for the 1st time after reading several reviews and I must accept the fact that it was a worth experience. She was really nice and helped me choose a haircut and hair color after having a good discussion. Even while coloring and giving me the haircut, she constantly asked me if the length/look of my hair was okay. Later, she also showed me how to style my hair to get the desired look.. It was a new look for me...Awesome!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend her.

She doesnt like Groupon customers because she doesnt make enough money.I spent more money than usual to get my hair done so, I didnt like hearing her complain.

This is my second time seeing Molly. She is a color master. I told her what I wanted, expecting the same old story that my hair will always have some brassiness. Molly is the first one to tell me what Ive always thought. And then she gave me highlights to prove it. No more brassy color! The same blonde I had as a kid. She really knows her stuff! NO STARS!!! I swear I thought walked onto the set of a Punkd or What Would You Do? set, but it was only her and I there!!! Molly Hemstrom was rude from the get-go, seemed very impatient and not client-friendly as a hair professional would naturally be. I made the mistake of using a Groupon for a hair service without regard to the NUMEROUS negative reviews posted for her, my mistake! Never give the benefit of the doubt, believe the reviews!! She was condescending and critical of my hair, not once offering a solution or letting me know what she could do for my hair; in fact she even asked me what I was in for??? The services were clearly marked on the Groupon and I specified what I wanted when I booked the appointment!! Instead she went off on a rant about how my grays are going to be noticeable and no highlights will cover them up!! (I didnt ask or expect highlights to cover my grays or to make them less noticeable) I started getting a very uneasy feeling, as she started to cut my hair, without even washing it, and I asked her are you even feeling this right now? she proceeded to rip the cape from my neck and point towards her door. Needless to say, I was out of there before any further damage was done. I have NEVER been treated like that from anyone. She will be reported to the Cosmetology Board AND I will be getting a refund fromGroupon!! Oh also, when I confirmed my appointment with her earlier in the week, she asked me to screenshot my Groupon, which I did, only to have her REDEEM that day, even before our appointment time!! THAT should have been a(nother) red flag! Lesson learned with only feelings hurt, hair is safe! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MONSTER, Run the other way! Not sure what kind of a business Salon Concepts is, it seemed more like an office building with independent hairstylists in their own suites, I didnt see a main reception area??

It was not impressed with service I thought my service going take longer I get there late because of the gps took different place I get there she had appointment another person the Groupon I buy was going take 2 hours but she just give me hair cut she doesn’t look like she wants to do anything for me I was planning on spending money on services because I going out of country I thought she could suggest me what going look good on me she didn’t look like hair style to me... I get there late 15 minutes but I have bought for hair treatment and cut, color all over or highlights that take time my appointment was 1 pm she have appointment another person at 1:30 pm so how is all going done in 30 minutes I didn’t get it I read all reviews before I bought this all said service is good I think they are telling the true I waste my money for nothing
