Got my nails done mani and pedi. The next day 2 nails from my GEL manicure chipped. I went back to get them fixed and then a day later other nails started chipping. Mind you I havent done dishes or anything that causes them to get soft and or chipped. I wont be going back again. Wish I didnt pay for the GEL manicure at all.They didnt put enough coats.

I went in for a dip manicure. Nope. Not happy. If you dont know how to do this procedure. Dont. I do my nails to feel good this made me feel awful.These photos are after 4 days.

I felt so welcomed. The staff engaged in great conversation and it felt authentic. Even the clientele is great company when seeking a local gateway.

I had three nails taken off and then a full set done. So I requested that four nails to be coffin shaped, and the ring finger to be stiletto. The shapes were $5 extra. I posted a picture, they were neither coffin nor stiletto shaped. The tech had great customer service, was polite and friendly. Just didnt get the shapes I requested.

Thorough job by the kindest tech David with my Deluxe Spa Pedicure! I got callus remover, sugar scrub massage, green mask with hot towels, a second massage and polish on top of the basics for only 40!!! I was the last customer there (a walk in) and they did not rush me out. Instead they suggested I stay under the UV light longer! Will come back if Im ever back in town

Been going to Michele for years. She and Christine do excellent work. I agree that theyre an acquired taste. Some days, like today, the attitudes are stinky. Christine was rude as I scheduled via phone, but I go because the work is good. You never know the demeanor youll get when you walk in the door. However, the consistent good nail work keeps me going back. Hoping that the kindness will one day be as consistent as the work.

This is the first nail spa Ive ever visit and the staff treated you like family. They were very professional and made their job fun. I will be coming back the service was great and my feet look and feel good. Thanks very making my visit a joyful one. Until next time take care guys.

Its just okay. More like a 2.5 stars. My gel fill in is a little too thick near the ends, its not all the way up to the cuticle on all nails, and their regular color selection seems to be old/separating in the bottle. If I needed a nail fixed or a quick polish change if I had my own color, I would come here again. It wouldnt be my normal place. Also, they dont use the basin liners for pedicures and dont have a complimentary beverage like other competitive nail places in the area.

I had the pleasure to receive services from Michelle she was awesome and pleasant. She did my nails in eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back to receive services from her.

After my other nail salon was closed, I decided to stop in and get a manicure and pedicure at this shop. I waited about 30 minutes before getting a pedicure. The gel on one of my toes fell off after 1 week. I also got an acrylic full set manicure with gel. My nails chipped and one broke after 1 week as well. The workmanship of the manicurist was lacking. The shop was filthy and needed a deep cleaning. I will not be back to this location.

Went here to get toes done, because Relax Foot Spa across the street was too busy. My friend told her technician not to cut her toes too low and the women cut so deep it clipped her on each foot. We should have left after we saw them cleaning the tub...barely used any cleaner and scrubbed it for half a second before drying it with already dirty looking towels. My technician was fine, but I will not go back after watching them clean their tubs.

I have been to this salon on a couple of occasions, the first time I went my nail tech was very rude and making strange jabs at me throughout the entire pedicure. Im not quite sure if that was her way of engaging in friendly banter but I found it unprofessional and frankly a little strange. I gave them another shot because despite her comments the pedicure was actually pretty good! I had a new nail tech this time who was very nice. The nail tech from my first experience was there, making snide comments to other customers and even raised her voice at one woman. I was pretty uncomfortable and Im sure her client was as well. Overall the staff needs to be more professional, and the salon could be A LOT cleaner. For what its worth, have a more cleanly and relaxing experience elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place. The people are extremely nice and make you feel so welcome. I have never had a bad experience. Even after slacking and not coming for fill-ins when I am supposed to my nails always look amazing and never pop up around the edges. If you are every in Brier Creek area and looking for a nail salon stop in at Unique Nail and ask for Christine or Michelle. You wont be disappointed.

I love this place! They are great! Don gave me the bed deluxe pedicure I have ever had!!!! They are so nice and funny!

I went here yesterday for a fill-in and had to get 2 nails replaced. The nails that were replaced, (both middle fingers), are different shapes and sizes from my other nails. I got gel color and she didn’t let them dry enough in between layers and had to file to color of 2 of the nails & start over. I asked the tech to repaint 1 of the nails and she just put another coat on top. On 3 of my fingers the polish is peeling after only one day. I am very disappointed in the outcome and embarrassed to have to walk around with them until i can get them fixed.

Well I had a really bad experience at this salon first they did not clean the tubs and the tools they use. Very unhygienic staffs. Second the lady who made my nails was very upset and not friendly at all. I asked for a design and she refused to do it she said it was to hard for her but actually was not that hard. After that they started talking their language but it was so loud and they were talking during the whole time I was in there I couldn’t understand a word and to me that is very unethical because at least for me is a time of relaxing and enjoying but it wasn’t. I will not come back anymore and I will definitely not recommend this place. 👎👎

Any time I go I get a great service, Don is my number one nail tech but if hes booked or busy Ill go to Michelle or Serena I believe her name is that sits behind Michelle. Ive been going to this salon since 2013, the only techs that I allow to do my nails.

I love this place. The polish on my regular pedicures lasts for 3 weeks. The only thing that would be better would be if they served drinks. :-)

Love getting my pedicure and gel overlay refills done by Sam at Unique Nails! She is always pleasant and does a wonderful job on my nails and feet.

I Visit this shop yesterday,nail breaks today... I went in for French manicure on hand and feet... the tech put half of white polish on my nail bed... I asked her to a little white not half of my nail should not be white. She complained that my nail bed was too wide and did she wanted... my first and last time in.. don’t waste your time or money. I had to go today in my lunch break to get it redone and spend another 25$

I would not recommend. The only reason I went was because Relax Foot Spa had an hour wait. I knew I wasnt going to get the same service but I thought at least the quality would be comparable. The nail and toe nail polish seemed to be rushed. I would have been better off painting my own nails and it would have looked better and Im terrible at it. They also werent as friendly at least the guy I had wasnt. Horrible experience, dont plan on returning.

Awful place to go, they don’t sanitize the pedicure tubs nor did they place a bag in. They were very rude and had the nastiest attitudes. Nails came out horrible. Spare yourself the headache and run somewhere else.

Michelle cut my nails way shorter than i asked, did not shape them well at all (they are supposed to be coffin and they just look stubby and way too rounded), they are way too thick, and she didn’t apply the polish well so there are streaks (even after applying 3 coats). i will not be returning to this place.

1st and last time going...guy rushed through my manicure like he was late to be somewhere...just snatching my fingers very rough. Don’t waste ur money here

If I could give half a star I would. The male manager/owner was extremely rude when I came in 10 mins before they opened to get my nails soaked off. He told me that it was $10 and I said thats a lot but okay. I sat down and then he says you shouldve come in later around 9:30 because none of my nail techs are here but its not what you say, its how and he was extremely disrespectful. Also dont say you open at 9 when your nail techs arrive at 9:30.

My daughter and I went there for mani/pedi for my birthday, IT was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Horrible customer service and we felt like they were rushed. If the mani pedi would have turned out good I would have given them a better review BUT both were terrible. I do a better job of painting my nails myself than this guy did. NEVER going back there. I made an appointment to have my nails done and the girl I always go to went home early and no one thought to clue me on that. Most of the crew is nice enough but homie with the muscle shirt is rude. Really disappointed
