I gave this a one cus i didnt have a choice they were so rude they sent me to get my fingernails done and they were being incredibly rude cus I have short nails they were passing me off cus it was around the time they had to leave they cut my fingers way too deep til i started bleeding also went for a pedicure WORST EVER they barely did anything far as treatment wise my nails are not even painted right and shape is worst i wouldnt recommend a soul yall they got damn near 200 from us nd couldnt do a service they are licensed in correctly

I had a full set put on by the gentleman that sits in the first chair. His work ethic was VERY POOR!!!! The acrylic was was applied like a 6 year old applied it as well as the nail polish. I went back for him to correct his many problems and still no better. He need to find a new profession, I will NEVER recommend anyone to him as someone recommended me to him. THE WORSE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Came here with a friend today who needed a couple nails fixed after less then 24hrs and the lady was terrible she fixed 1 for free and charged her for the others she was rude and laughing at my friend who was very upset about paying for nails then having to pay again for mistakes the nail tech made. Will never be back here and will never recommend this place to anyone! Rude and horrible customer service!!!

Glad to be reunited with nail tech Jennifer, shes awesome!!!! Shes the Only person that can PERFECTLY do my nails!!!! Will be coming here from now on.... Just wish the salon offered amenities ie; wine, water, or soda beverages... But I can live without that for the satisfaction of my nails & toes!

Ive hopped around for a year looking for a good pedicure and I finally found it. Great attention to detail. I definitely recommend.

I have been going here since I was a teenager and I am almost 40 now. I moved out of town and still no one does my nails better than Lee at Crystal Nails. I have determined that it is worth traveling an hour and a half as long as I have an appt with them. Lee is such a sweetheart. She takes her time, is gentle, and has the best advice. She is great. Love the store as well.

There was only one lady inside so I was trying to be patient but I waited over an hour and a half for pedicure/new set and have still left not happy. seem like lady was intentionally messing up my nails and did not even say goodbye after I pay her over $70 for my service

Had an awesome experience here. I took my 4 year old and my niece to get our nails done. I’m very picky about the shape of my nails but Jennifer (I think that was her name) did an amazing job and everyone was very friendly will for sure be going back

I got my nails done last week by the owner. I called her the next day because my gel nail polish was thick, uneven and had grit bubbles in my pink polish. She told to come back I could not get there before the weekend and she would not make an appointment. Stopped by Monday the shop was closed no sign as to why. Went again today Tuesday Feb 12 she wanted to recharge me $30 for correcting a horrible job she did first time.Spend your money with professionals...

They charged me $30 for a gel polish and in less than a week my nails were peeling and chipping. When I went back they said I had new growth and would not fix. Horrible service. Do not go to this salon. I have never had this problem with gel polish.

Will not come here again. The service was horrible. Came in for a fill in. Lied to me and said i should get full set to make more money. I ask how much cost 35.00 then once she took my nails off and put others on. She tells me it will be 45.00 when i questioned her she refused to do my nails. Then the manager said she would do it. Had me wait 30 min and then tell me i can get out if i dont want to pay what she want. My regular nail shop was on other side of town and had closed for the night. Manager argued with me for 10 min. Dont go hear, rude to customers verbally.

The old lady in the shop doesnt know how to do nails. I asked for mood polish it wasnt and my nails fuxked up the next day I had to go to Raleigh north to get them fixed.

Came into salon and was not acknowledged when I arrived. Had to call the store’s phone number for someone to come out from the back. Not a good first impression at all.

This owner she is very unprofessional and very rude they charge me $60 for a $30 service and then caught a attitude with me instead of just giving me my $30 back in cash and now I’m inconvenience for two or three days because I used my card piss poor service

They are terrible one of my nails broke the next day cause it was so thin and it is so tacky and had nail polish around my fingers I was very disappointed and I paid 60.00 for it and they didn’t want to fix it at all.
