I called and made an appointment, the owner John answered and was professional. Upon arrival, I had my nephew, a seven-year-old, with me and we both were welcomed. Everyone was kind and they were quick to offer us drinks. My nephew spilled his sprite all over their chair and no one got upset. But intern, everyone quickly cleaned him and the area up and continue to be professional and very kind due to the situation. I brought a picture of what I wanted and after a few questions I was given exactly what I asked for. I love my nails and will return in the future. Have not had my nails done in a year and I will Recommend the shop to all my friends.

I love them. They are so nice and welcoming and they also have wine which is a plus in my book. I went on Mothers day and let me just tell you. He got my feet alllllll the way together. He worked hard, took his time and my feet look and feel beautiful. Definitely a returning customer❤

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. They always do an amazing job and take their time to do my nails. they asked me my opinion while theyre doing it making sure its everything I want. Its always a good price for what I get and it holds up well. Im very bad at sensing where my body is so my hand bumps into stuff and theyre very patient with fixing what I mess up while Im there. I only get my nails done every like 3 months to treat myself and they remember me and they are always nice and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone

I was a walkin on September 8th 2021. I was serviced by Tim. He was very friendly and helpful with making sure that the services I requested was performed to my liking. The atmosphere was friendly and John the owner along with a female nail tech seemed cordial. They all made sure that they were attentive to the customer. The shop is small but I like it so there is not alot of traffic in and out. I definitely will be returning.

Great place I love this place, they do an awesome job every time.

Wouldnt even give them a 1 star but had to. What is the point in a pedicure if they are not going to trim your toenails?!? Then cut my cuticle to the point I now have dried blood mixed in with the polish! Put absolutely nothing between my toes to avoid the toenail hitting the toe beside it and messing up the polish. All this for $26. Guess you get what you pay for!

Ms. Lee is the best in Raleigh. I have been following her everywhere from one nail shop to another. Eyebrows always on point and toes too. Some many compliments.

I have been going to this establishment since June and I must say I’ve never had a complaint. I’m very funny about my nails and I can never find a perfect nail salon, but I hit the gold mines with this spot. The conversation and energy is always great. The small team of three are the best. John is my absolute favorite, because he always make sure my nails are shaped to perfection. This will always be my go to spot.

I was literally just Browsing the Web for a open salon on Sunday and like Always I read REVIEWS first before going to the actual facility, i am NOT pleased with how this Owner RESPONDS to his reviews. So right there they just lost a Great client, and my friends they go here will not be returning LEARN TO BE PROFESSIONAL ‘ protect your brand by all means but there’s a way to go about it !

Ive gotten my eyebrows waxed here three times now and I think this will be my go-to place for eyebrow waxes. She does a consistently great job and Im always in and out.

Super nice people. The place is kinda small but they have everything they need. Very clean place as well. I would recommend getting gel polish on your nails as the polish does chip very easily. This happened the next day after I got them done. Prices are very good as well

I took my grandmother here to get a simple nail fix which should be no more than 4-8$ at that. I arrived at the time the owner told me to arrive and we had to sit and wait for an additional 15 mins and once he got to us he stated he didn’t have the same exact color she had on her nails so we stated we could just use another color on those 2 nails that needed fixing but he said he would be charging us 25$ which was absurd and on top of that he was rude and had an attitude. All of the unprofessional comments were not necessary and I kindly took my grandmother somewhere else . We will never be returning again because this is not the first time my family has had a a horrible encounter at this business. I do not recommend.

Had a set of gels done here. Had to go back the next day because every nail was chipped and some nails the polish had come off by the cuticle. Not a surprise seeing as she only put 2 very thin coats of polish on. I asked them to redo them and of course I got all the excuses that were mostly blaming me. As she took the polish off I could see that she really wasn’t very aware of what she was doing and I had to stop her from filing my nails anymore as they were already paper thin at the end and sensitive in the middle. I decided to get them finished elsewhere as I’d rather pay again than end up having to come back the next day with the same problem. The ends are already bending back on themselves when I use my hands. Really not impressed.

They are always the best!!! A little family owned shop with a husband and wife team with Ms Lee doing pedicures. They ask if you want something to drink when you come in and what service, so nicely. The kids play so quietly after school in the back and will even bring your drinks to you. Such the little helpers. If no other customers are in the shop and you want to watch say...Jerry Springer, he will turn it to Jerry Springer..just for you. They offer discounts if you come Monday through Wednesday as well, so get there early in the week. They are great people.

Very very rude and unprofessional. The man had no professional etiquette. He was talking to me rudely. I paid for the $27 pedicure and they had the audacity to not even massage for a second then he went ahead and said thats what i get for talking on my phone. At some point i felt like he was disrespecting me because i am black. I wouldn’t go there. Cheap is expensive guys.

I had stopped getting my nails done for a long time because I couldnt find a salon that not only did great nails, but were friendly also. Ive been coming here for a few months now and I have to say they are the best. Im glad I found them. I enjoy getting my nails done now. Great people.

I moved recently to the area and am SO glad i found this place! The owner and his wife are amazing and hospitable. Every time I’ve gone here my nails have been perfect, and the tech has always been quick to fix any issue no matter how small. The prices are some of the best in Raleigh. Definitely would give a call before hand just to make sure there’s time, because they can be pretty busy understandably. Love this place and won’t be going anywhere else :)

I came in with my 14yo daughter on 7/6/20. Shed been begging for a pedicure. We had been here twice before & it was ok. I picked this shop because its 1 mile from my house & I wanted to support a small salon. Everything was going well until the male mancurist took over & started to do my pedicure. The whole time he continuously made comments about the skin on my heel, talked about my feet(ALOUD) & was laughing and pointing while saying something in another language to the elderly lady (Ms. Lee) who was also laughing. Although it was only 2 other customers in the shop, I was mortified. I guess he forgot about the COVID-19 pandemic that shut down shops. Or if he took the time to talk to me, hed know that I have a medical condition Ive been battling. Despite his rudeness, I still left a $20 tip for his wife since she did our eyebrows & was the only pleasant one there. But, because of him I will NEVER, EVER come back & definitely will not be recommending this shop. Lesson learned, when people show you their true self---believe it!

I just moved from Charlotte and this is the first nail salon that I’ve encountered. They are super pleasant and I felt very welcomed. They are slightly higher than what I’m used to paying, but it was worth it for the nice environment.

This salon came up on my google search and had great reviews so I called and they were open thank God. Wonderful staff and great job. I was even reunited with Miss Lee who used to work at LA Nails. I hadn’t seen her in over a year. So glad she’s back in town! I will be back to Beauty Nail Salon! 😀

They were nice but I just get this salon and the tips of my fingers and my nails are stuck together from the clear gel top coat. Ive never had this issue anywhere else.

Out of towners-We arrived close to 6pm and they still took 3 of us. 1-kids Mani/pedi, 1-full manicure/toe change, and 1-Acrylic fill-in and gel toe polish. They are awesome. Will use again when in Raleigh.
