Could never get maintenance to repair anything, we were put on a waiting list that disappeared. I would never rent from them again. I dont like living in Apts. Were the drug dealer delivers to your door, but food delivery will not deliver.

Best property management in Reno! Joey and Beth are the best. My maintenance was very responsive. When I moved in my apartment was vintage and adorable and super clean. I just moved out and they were more than fair on my move out charges. Joey and Beth and the rest of the staff are amazing. I would recommend this management company to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Super unprofessional. Will cheat you on rent. Going to move out next month.... wants iin the house have asked for traps or to get sprayed for two months in a row and nothing has happened. Broken fixtures and no smoke alarms. Super dangerous, was told the woild be fixed the monday after I moved in. Do not rent from these people.

1464 Rand Avenue (Fifty Flats)Infested with roaches and bedbugs and assign blame on the tenants. They told me that the problem was my sink was dirty, I cleaned my sink but theyre still evicting me. I have 3 days to get out.Rather than deliver an eviction notice, theyve decided to use scare tactics threatening to sue. They know Im very poor and live paycheck to paycheck, so theres a high likelihood Im about to be homeless because of these people and their filthy properties.Not to mention theyre trying to blame me for things the maintenance guys did and they allowed.They also have a serious mold problem within the walls, they also decide to blame the tenants for that.

There are times in life where we hit a road bump or 2 and really need as much support not only from family/friends, but from the community as a whole. Rylexa management is one of those community allies that seriously has your back when youre trying to get back on your feet and rebuild your life. They are understanding and will work with you in anyway possible to get you into a quality apartment, efficiency studio or shared home setting. Their lease options are totally flexible, the management (shout out to Beth especially!), is spot on when it comes to questions or maintenance concerns and all around, I love that theyre in the business to give people like me a 2nd chance to really live comfortably while working hard to shine once again.Rylexa, I am forever grateful for every one of you! My experience with Rylexa Properties was extremely positive. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to get a hold of if you ever have any needs or concerns. The application process was simple and I was able to move in the very next day. Over the 9 months I was there, I never had a single issue. Thank you Rylexa for providing safe, affordable housing.

These guys are absolutely superb! In a housing market that is nearly impossible to keep up with, they have made it possible for me to obtain stability which was something I was really struggling with and its made my life so much more manageable. On top of all of that, their properties are very well taken care of. They make it a point to take care of their tenants as well as the property and are very nice neighborhoods because of that. Rylexa takes extreme pride in their work and if it werent for them, I would be having an extremely difficult time keeping my life together and I can confidently say that Im not the only one who feels the same way. This is the kind of business you want to do business with.

I am a new tenant, and love my place. Its so beautiful. Its a older one bedroom, that was a complete remodel on the interior. Beautiful attention to detail, and craftmanship was done well. I may be a new tenant, but I am a 3+ year employee. Joey is a boss, that I can say without doubt, is genuine and kind. I am proud to work for him and the rest of the Rylexa team of wonderful misfits. I have lived at Virginia Flats a little over a year now and it has been fantastic! The Staff at Rylexa Properties, Joey, and Dan are OUTSTANDING!! Communication is top notch and professional and especially with the Covid19 issue that created many challenges. Joey and Dan have been outstanding in helping me, as well as, other tenants during this challenging time. Maintenance and communication is top notch. I rented apartment from rylexa properties and I really am satisfied. Joey is very responsive and communicate well. You will get most of deposit as long as you kept your place clean and nice.

They are very kind and flexible when it comes to understanding what a tenant may be going through in our current economy. Extremely polite and I have been living here for over a year and a half now.

These apartments are very clean and comfortable, And the best part about it is Dan the property manager his very attentive to any need, very professional couldnt ask for a better property manager and keeps these apartments in tip-top shape. If my company comes back to Reno we are definitely giving Dan a call.

They hired a new person to deal with bills... Now if youre 3 weeks late, they evict you. Por communication. Joey is lazy and cant respond to emails with evocation notice.Only landlord Ive ever had that evicts a person literally 25 days delinquent. Pathetic.The only rental agency where youre delinquent if youre $5 ahead on rent!

Joey and Laura were so amazing! They provided me with an awesome affordable and not to mention ADORABLE studio while I was attending beauty school, and even helped me out after school while I got established! The location is convenient and the neighbors are friendly! Ive had an awesome experience with Rylexa properties and am sad to leave my cute studio. Living alone as a female can be scary, but Ive never felt more safe than I did at Rylexa. Seriously gonna be miss this gem of a place, and the cool people that came along with it! Shout out to Joey, Laura, and Ed!!

Ive lived in about 8 places in my 6 years in Reno, and I FINALLY found a place I am looking forward to staying at for longer than a year. Having Rylexa as my property manager is like having some cool friends I can contact any time I have an issue or concern about my apartment or the building (which is actually few and far between), or just want to say hi. :) From the first day I expressed interest about their ad on Craigslist, Joey was super helpful in making sure I got in to see their available unit at the One Forty One, and Laura has just been a joy ever since. I was not completely satisfied in the first apartment I moved into (but no fault of theirs; the set up just wasnt my cup of tea), so they allowed me to switch units as soon as I expressed interest with so much ease! I am now living in my DREAM studio with my DREAM landlords, and I couldnt be happier. Laura and Joey made my transition into the One Forty One so lovely (I moved in around the holidays, and they left me homemade fudge at my door!), and have been there so reliably ever since. Not to mention, Laura is SAINT, and works her booty off for the One Forty One (and I am sure all the rest of their properties). You can tell how much she loves the property and cares for her tenants. She volunteers her time on the weekends to clean the building, offers a community vacuum for tenants to use as storage space in the units can be limited, and this weekend she left donuts at the front of the building for tenants to grab. So theres that. :) Thanks for being amazing, Rylexa!!

I lived at the 141 in downtown Reno. Laura and Joey were amazing. They were always helpful and very fair. I really liked the vibe they created at the 141. If I wasnt moving out of state I would easily be living and creating more memories at the 141!

The staff and management were extremely professional regarding all kinds of basic and complex issues during my stay at River House.

The Rylexa team is amazing..they care for the properties as well as the residents,clean well maintained units.

I found a nice property

Ive been renting from Joey for the past 7 1/2 to 8 years now and coming from little to no rental history at and from having a bad pass Joey took a chance with me and my family and I have never let him down. No matter what the subject was/is either Joey himself or someone from the office has always returned messages or emails in a timely fashion. With renting from Joey for as long as I have I dont just consider him as a landlord myself and my family consider him as a friend. I would have given more stars but it only allows 5, but most definitely Joey and his team deserves waaaaaay more.

Very thankful for rylexa properties in Carson city. Affordable, quiet & cozy is all I ask for!
