Wrote this on Yelp, but had the urge to put it on here too. Had my car treated with the 9yr warranty ceramic coating. I have used many coatings personally before and this really seems to be more than anything off the shelf. Very impressive depth to the paint and wheels now. Very happy and have already recommended to family and friends. Super friendly and easy to work with! Will be back!

Purchased an auto that had cigarette smoke smell I couldnt get rid of. Drop the car off at village detail for an interior detail and ozone treatment. They called me up if I could leave it till the next morning so they could be sure they got rid of the smell. Liked the attention to detail! Came out great!!!! He gave me a free car wash voucher as I was paying as well. Great place!!!!

This place was awesome. The price is reasonable for the amazing service.My car looks amazing, and it had never been detailed since we bought it four years ago.Everyone there was friendly and trying to make things work for me, which I super appreciate!Will definitely be back :)

Village Detail on Great Road in Acton, MA did a very poor job and rushed job detailing my car. They proceeded to overcharge me and I paid for a full detail and got an Express detail but paid $135. They have had a lot of staff turnover and are no longer able to do a good job.

Excellent attention to detail. My interior is gleaming! Worth every penny and my family will be back. I never appreciated my car so much. The company gives honest and expert advice at no additional charge. Fabulous value for service.

Ive used Village Detail several times for interior and exterior services. Every time I visit I leave incredibly satisfied with the results as it always feels like Im driving away a brand new car. They are professional and often able to schedule services within the same week. Most recently they applied a ceramic coating to my new car after carefully talking me through how it works and the benefits. The ceramic coating made my new car look better than when I drove it off the lot and still does months later! Highly recommend treating your car to service at Village Detail.

Village Detail did excellent work ceramic coating my car. I was referred to Village Detail by my neighbor, who also cares a lot for his vehicles. Dan the owner is super knowledgeable, and I felt confident and comfortable leaving my beloved Impreza Sport with him. The end result was stunning, and I could not believe just how beautiful my car looked when the job was done. Dan and his team are the most detail oriented detailing shop I have ever worked with. Had a professional paint correction and ceramic coating performed on my 4 1/2 year old SUV. The finished product was phenomenal - the color is more vibrant with better depth and reflectivity than the day it rolled off the production line. I would strongly recommend Dan to anyone who wants their vehicle looking the very best it possibly can!

Went in for removing scratches and the explanation is not clear. Using their terminology buffing sanding waxing is not so clear and ultimately paid the price by giving money and having the car in the same way as it was before. Dont recommend unless you know what you want to get done. Buffing and waxing we can do at home and even that tires its no big deal.

[EDITED 2020 Aug 27 9:28pm] Most of these auto detailers appear to charge same amount for this kind of interior detail, ~$130. They did a good job, I just wish it were a bit cheaper.

Dan......you are amazing. Every time you detail my cars they come back to me like they just rolled out of the showroom...keep it up...you guys are great, dont let a few bad reviews from unfair closed minded people slow you down.....thank you for all your hard work

I have used Village Detail several times, and have always been very impressed with the quality of the interior detail work. Compared to others, the rates are very fair and I find the end result to be much better than the competition. I drive for Uber and my car can very quickly get filthy inside; no matter how many months of dirt have built up, Dan always gets it spotless and looking brand new. Ill continue to be a loyal customer here and recommend it to anyone who cares about their car!

Dropped the family minivan off for an interior cleaning, to say Im happy with the results is an understatement. The van is HEAVILY used by the family (3 kids, dog) and was a complete mess inside after a spring/summer of road trips. The team at Village Detail were incredibly friendly, and were helpful when I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen commitment. The minivan looks brand new after Village Detail got their hands on it, I highly recommend!

Danny and his guys did an incredible detailing my Jeep Wrangler. He was able to bring back my dirty old jeep and make it new again. They were all super professional and the prices were very fair considering how dirty it was. I will be coming back again and will recommend Village Detail to anyone.

These guys are fully legit! Don’t let a couple of whiny reviews fool you .. Dan is a very meticulous business owner who takes the same great care of your vehicle .. no matter what it is .... high performance or a 25 dollar $&@$ box! I brought my work vehicle in to Dan . He looked at it and said “this thing is trashed” . I couldn’t agree more! This guy did such an amazing job on my vehicle I am still blown away! If you have a trashed vehicle, eat some humble pie and fork out the money to have these guys detail it! You will not be sorry..

Really liked the Express Service. Very quick and affordable way to make your car look Super Clean.

Exceptional jobI went in last fall and spoke with Dan I made arrangements to have three vehicles detailed inside and out.The results were amazing. I have had my cars done at other places but decided to try Village because it is close to my home and I had looked over the vehicles that were done and ready for pickup and liked what I saw.I was not disappointed.I do realize that sometimes things change ( weather for example) or the details take longer, so I admit I am flexible and did not put time constraints on Village .I have to say again as I prepare to drop off the first car for its Spring detail ( yes the other two will follow) that I find the craftsmanship and pride that Village delivers is extraordinary .Got a problem talk to them and they will make it right.Just my experienceRay Bailey Concord Ma

Been bringing my cars to Dan for years. From my daily drivers, to little people haulers, to my roadsters, his work never ceases to amaze me. Had throw up in my vehicle so I gave a call to the shop. Was told that it would cost at least $150.00 and that he would have to look at it.Despite the website saying iterior were $80.00 I descided to drive down and have it looked at. Gentleman looked at it and made sure to tell me how discussing it was before telling me it would be $175.00.Ok more than I want to pay, but reasonable. Mind you other shops Ive used have done throw up for same as regular detail cost.I was hesitant, but needed it done and was already there, so I asked for clarification. I said for the $175.00 your going your do a full detail. He informed me that the $175 was just to clean up the puke and nothing else.Just my take, but I felt like I was being manipulated and that he was purposely being unclear with his intentions and prices.

I contacted Village Detail on a respected referral. They missed my appointment day, and did not complete any work on my car. I arranged two rides with friends; one early morning, one afternoon. When I arrived as scheduled to pick up my car, no work was done and staff on site did not even realize they had keys in their drop box, even though I had arranged work with the owner the night before. Dont use them unless you can tolerate schedule screw ups and unreliable service.

Dan and team are very helpful. They took care of my car very well and did it on time and on budget.

Arrived for my previously scheduled full interior detailing of my car I was told by the owner Dan Viens that he could not do the work that day. Apparently even though I paid a deposit he forgot to put me in the schedule. I rescheduled for the following week When I dropped my car off for my new detailing appointment Dan told me that the car would be ready in four hours at 1:00 pm and that I could wait for at a nearby bagel bakery. When I arrived at 1:15 Dan told me that he had not even started work on the car. After I asked him why he did not call me he began to scream, I had two guys call out sick today. I told Dan this was not appropriate or respectful of customers. Dan then esclated, shouting, Get out old man. Get out of my shop. No, I am not giving you your deposit back. The real issue here is not Dans lack of professionalism or customer service. It is his entirely innapropriate response to my legitimate concern about not receiving the service that I scheduled and paid for. Not informing me that he was unable to perform the work on time is disrespectful . Screaming and refusing to refund my deposit is uneithical. I understand that a business can have scheduling difficulties. Things dont alway run perfectly for any of us. My experience suggests though that Dans problems run far deeper than running his business.

Great service, satisfied with them getting the smell out of my car and they even fixed some bodywork on my car for a really great price as an extra

That was the worst job i have ever seen in my life they told me they were gonna clean the car from inside they didnt do it . well sir it is not included in the package, left the dash board dirty, i called to ask if the car done, they said yes off course when i got there no body even touch it, they rush through it in 5 minutes, i am really shocked, dont know what to say any more .
