I absolutely love getting my nails done here. Best salon in the Raleigh area! The owner and staff members are all so polite as they make sure you are relaxed and satisfied with the services you are receiving. They are very accommodating and caring. They will make sure that you like your nails all the way through before paying/leaving the salon. I find comfort in their procedures since the pandemic began. I cannot wait to come back.

It is a beautiful place and the nail stylist was very friendly and did great work. The prices are reasonable and your in and out quickly. A lot of people were getting pedicures and they have many comfy chairs for those who are interested. They also do waxes in a private room. I will definitely be going back.

What a great nail salon. The chairs are delightful, the atmosphere soothing but the best part of the experience was the warm, endearing, grounding and serene experience today with Vee Rcon. She is professional, attentive and friendly. I have happy toes (and feet and legs). I will definitely book an appointment with her for all my pedicures. ❤️❤️❤️

My nails barely lasted 1 week. The top coat peeled off and they charged me extra for soaking Mt nails and letting the acrylics come off... I wish it was Worth it im getting them done again less than a week later !!!!

I paid $75 for a toddler. She got gel polish i understand but$75, I’ve been to plenty salons & I get charge $45 the most! I’m not sure if I’m over exaggerating but it would be the last time I go

The place was obviously busy but me and my friend were seen immediately! They set us up at the chairs with chair massages and soaking our feet. They were short staffed that day but they jumped through hoops to make sure that their service didnt suffer for it at all. Everyone was polite and talented as well! I loved it and i will definitely be going back! My nails are the blue and my friend got the pink acrylic!

I paid $39 for a deluxe pedicure, the man I had did not clean under any of my toenails, nor was any of the polish he got on my toes removed with alcohol.

I was new to the area and needed a decent spot to get my nails done. The service was adequate, nothing out of this world but definitely okay. I came in on a Saturday and they were able to take me as soon as I walked in with no appointment. The gentleman that took care of me was very careful with my nails. Priced adequately, overall 4 stars.

UPDATE: Quite possibly the worst experience I ever had. The natural lashes turned out to be uneven and and thick. The lady put on dramatic drag queen lashes then wanted others to validate whether they were pretty or not after I offered to pay for applying them and removal. She offered to brush on more glue to fix them up... That obviously didnt work and they turned out uglier. The removal process was hell and when the last lash was out, she drop removal on my lash bed then walked away. When I opened my eye, it burned horribly. I had to go to the bathroom sink immediately to use the faucet as an emergency eyewash. At this point, Im thankful to still have my vision but Im not thrilled about paying $50 for the agonizing pain. Im left with clumps of glue all over my lashes.

I expect nothing but quality when it comes to my nails. After loosing a stylist for over 16 years, it was hard to find someone who would make my nails look the way I wanted them to look, could honor an appointment, and not rush my time. TM Nail Spa was the best place I could have walked in. Their nice, professional, and good host to there customers. The highlight of the place In MY opinion is MY Stylist V she wants you to be happy, she appreciates difference whether classy, traditional, or something sexxy for a special evening. She is punctual, and honest. I have been going to her faithfully every two weeks sometimes sooner since my nails grow realllly fast. I have acrylic over my real nails and gel polish, which she has shape them according to my liking. I go in, pick out my colors and tell her to do her thing...The rest is history. I have attached a photo below because we all like a visual. I highly recommend V she is very down to earth and thats much appreciated.

In love with my dip manicure I got here today! Went in asking for acrylics because I had a bad experience with dip before, well I got talked into dip trying again and they are BEAUTIFUL! And as I was walking out I was handed an envelope, get out to my car to find it is a gift card for a FREE dip manicure on my next visit. Highly recommend coming here, I will definitely be back.

All I have to say about this place, ask for Vee! Shes absolutely fantastic and she left me speechless when she was done! Today was the first time I had gone here and I was about 10 minutes early! They got me in right away. I showed Vee the reference picture and told her to basically have fun with how she wanted to do them!

I always enjoy going to this salon and feel satisfied with the service when I leave. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I usually just get a pedicure. The turnover isnt as constant as I have seen with other nail salons which is a good thing.

I had originally made an appointment for 2:30. I meant 3:30 so when I realized this after missing 2:30 I called and they set me right up. My tech immediately got to work and did a fantastic job, especially with the massage. Everyone was super welcoming also.I will come back for sure.

I can only say excellent things about this place. I go there specifically for Amy who always does such an amazing job! The environment is welcoming and you feel very comfortable every time you go in. Amy does a fantastic job and I recommend her to everyone!

I went in for a full set. My request for black and white stiletto nails was pretty complicated, but the woman (Jo was her name) did an excellent and beautiful job. The polish has not chipped and the nails are perfectly intact. I also got an eyebrow wax that looks just wonderful. Many, many compliments. I will definitely be going here loyally from now on.

I have been a loyal customer at this salon for about two years but frankly, I am fed up with the Entitled, Narcissitic Attitude of Lee, the technician. Apparently, her husband is the manager there so she feels that she is entitled to being rude to her customers and her fellow staff members. She is arrogant and can be impatient with her customers, putting them down publicly if they dont give her a big tip. For my last visit, I called ahead to tell her that I was going to be ten minutes late. I have major orthopedic surgery coming up soon and it is difficult for me to walk. That day, I was in a lot of pain and I was running late. She gave me a really hard time and complained to other customers about me. Then, she started a loud rant about me in Vietnamese, talking loudly about me throughout the salon, denigrating me for all to hear. If you enjoy high prices and being told off in Vietnamese, then this is the salon for you.

Really great services and really nice and staff. Offer you a drink when you come in Soda, Wine, Water. Very professional staff that caters to you. Great job also cheaper prices than everywhere else... Highly recommended this place

This place is wonderful. Im a nurse and this place is super clean and they use great sterile techniques to keep from cross contamination during manicures and pedicures. They use liners for each pedicure on the spa bowls and the sterile nail equipment is opened in front of you for each guest. Complimentary wine, juice, soda, coffee are offered. They even have spa chairs for children and men. Their prices are also very competitive for the services you receive. Impressed! Will be back!

They have the best prices and service in town! They even have a little kids chair that is shaped like a bear my three year old loves to come with and get her nails painted! They have a really awesome staff, I have had my nails done by three of four different people and loved the results every time.

First time visiting, needed a nail polish change as my last manicurist did a bad job from last week. FYI, there is a minimum charge of 10 to use a card and the polish change is 8, would of gotten more but I digress. I was told before I started my nails that I had to pay first and my eyebrow raised as that has never happened in any shop. Mind you I’m a woman of color so yeah. Just watched a person that does not look like me walk in, get serviced, was not asked for a method of payment oh and might I add was asked for a beverage choice. Didn’t know they even provided that service so just some information for the people.

I went there for the first time today for a full acrylic set. Leon did my nails and I got to say he did an amazing job. I did not want any color and he did not pressure me to do so. He took his time spending more than an hour making them perfect. I got them pointed and im VERY picky but he pulled them off amazingly. The waiting next to him however was being rude to her customer. She kept telling her to relax in a rude way and told her that she had very dry hands and when the lady couldnt decide on the color she got really mad and said, okay this is your last choice. Im glad I didnt have a session with her.

WORST experience in my life. It doesnt deserve any stars, but I couldnt rate without one😑 I was quoted one price on the phone after services given a different price. I went for eyelashes the 1st begin to take them off my current pair from elsewhere, immediately I stopped her because I realize she didnt know what she was doing. As my eye is burning because she didnt protect them she went to get the 2nd lady who seemed as if she knew what to do! I wanted to leave but know I have a half of eyelash on. After removing them all, they didnt even have what lashes I told them I wanted. Because I didnt want to go without I proceeded. The 2nd lady than said Someone else would put them on, that was their eyelash tec who was supposedly busy at first! The lashes looked horrible. I wanted to walk out but that would have been unlawful. Upon arriving home lashes begun to fall out immediately this was Wednesday its Friday and its a mess. Caked on glue and all. I was told they would be on at least 2 weeks. Ive been calling for 2days no manager present and nobody understands English! Im more than upset and want a refund!!

Ill never be back... depending on the person the first few times I tried this nail salon were fine but the last 2 times have been horrible. I made an appointment yesterday for my wedding mani/pedi and by the time I left 1 toe and 4 fingers were cut and bloody. For $85 this is unacceptable - if it werent the day before I was leaving for my wedding I would have walked out. Fingers crossed the cuts on my finger tips heal before the wedding.

The technician actually put the wax on my eyebrows when it was too hot leaving me with scares that are still sore the next day. This never happened there so Idk if the lady was new or what but that was not right.
