They do nail art, repairs on chips (within a reasonable time frame), and quick/professional/clean service!!I’ve been many places where folks cut my cuticles or burn the nail bed with the sander and these folks never do. I was visiting the area and someone recommended this nail spa. I was booked for a fill in, however the tech suggested a new set. I paid $110 including tip for the set and this included powder which she stated was stronger than regular powder. It has not even been two weeks and I’ve experienced two broken nails: the thumb as you can see and the right pinky which i actually had repaired last weekend at another shop. I do not mind paying, but the value does not equate to services rendered. i do not recommend. PS: if you dont look too close, they’re actually cute just not worth the money 😭

I had been long searching for the right nail tech. Oh it is like therapy. Quiet, not a lot of chatter at all, peaceful music, aroma therapy and the nail tech was so gentle and detailed. So very happy!Update: 2 weeks later I was goofing off with the kids and broke a nail. So my 7byear old and I went in to get it fixed and to do a mother/daughter date. Oh my heavens was it pure joy! Stephanie did my nails and Lindsey did my little girls nails and we just had a BLAST! My daughter said, I feel like a girl again! 😆This is our getaway spot for sure. Oh and I went in the back, its much larger than I thought and they have a great menu of services. My skin feels amazing! Every person is super sweet. Stephanie and Lindsey I think we truly bonded with!

The pedicure was amazing!!! Probably the best I ever had, is an understatement. It is my first time to this salon and please don’t be fooled by the looks of it. The salon is very clean and the area where they offer the foot reflexology and massage is super relaxingThe guy who did my pedicure is Bin. He was awesome, very patient, and the foot massage especially, was exceptionalI highly recommend this place and Bin was the best!!!

Worst place, worst experience, with inexperienced staff and faulty equipment that needs to be updated.Spa should never be listed in their name because the place the staff and their services is not anything related to a spa; furthermore, their listed services needs a name change and a price change because it is all basic.That place needs to be shut down, overhauled, while they put all their staff through training before they reopen. They do not hardly even have a good variety of polish colors.I was overcharged for a pedicure called Rose & Champagne because it was a basic pedicure that I received. The paraffin wax was applied to my feet before I put my feet in the water. While I was there 2 other people was complaining. I will never step foot inside that shop again and I do not recommend that anyone else patronize their business.#SHUTITDOWN #POOREXCUSEFORANAILSALON

By far one of mine and my boyfriend favorite nail salon. We been once before on a spur of the moment and been looking since. Their relaxation room in the back is amazing and their turn around time is amazing. I live over 30 minutes away and I will forever make the drive

The first time I came to this salon I had a great experience. Their sets were pricey ($120) but it was decent quality (so I thought). 2 weeks later the gems were popping off, the top coat was scratched from the littlest of things. And then when I go to rebook for a new set that was basic & minor design and the lady tells me it’s going to be $150. That’s 30 dollars more than my first set when this one was far more basic. Then when I text them they basically called me illiterate & said I didn’t read right. $150 for a BADIC SET IS OUTRAGES! Their quality, and customer service is not good enough to pay &150. Come to this salon if you don’t care about cost. But if you do care so not come to this scamming salon with bad manners.

Got the cutest gel nail art done here, but had to go back to fix the chipping that started 2 days after getting them done originally. After getting them fixed, chipping started again 1 day later. The gel on my entire thumb peeled off. I do not recommend. I have never had this happen at any nail salon I have been to.

I love this place! my nails always look SOOO bomb! ive been getting my nails done for over 2 years every couple of weeks and no salon ive tried all over raleigh durham and wake forest compares to this work! the shaping is really the best youll find. they take their time and pay attention to every last detail and deliver beautiful work! andy, stephanie, and joey are all amazing! the staff is always so sweet and accommodating, and respond quickly to messages! my nails will last me near a MONTH!!!! i paid $110 for the red set, $115 for the blue and $120 for the nude set (before tip). however bear in mind, i get really extra nails lol. each design is $5 and i get one of pretty much each nail every time. a classic set here wouldnt be even near $100 for a solid color or an accent nail and theyll still look fantastic. the prices are obviously higher than most places but i think its worth every cent especially because they look so good and last so long. i cant wait for my next set 🤩

Stephanie is so personable! I feel comfortable having her do my nails because she is detail-oriented and wants to make sure you like your nails. Ive had bad experiences at nail salons where the nail tech wants to get you in, snatch your money and get you out. Stephanie takes her time with you. She is sweet, normal and actually talks with you like a friend. She told me shes been doing nails for over 20 years and I respect her work. She even gave me a recipie for one of her traditional Asian dishes. You have to make an appointment here and I like that because they are organized and its not chaotic. Also, you will have just one person doing your nails and not 2 or 3 people passing you off at the same visit. Stephanie is the only nail tech Ive gone to at this establishment. I always get compliments on my nails. She does great work.

The quality of services offered here are amazing. However the lack of customer service at times is astounding. Today for instance they are supposed to be open but they are not. No sign, no message when you call no post on Instagram, google or their website. Last time I was in there were women in the back talking loudly during my entire massage portion.Plus charging for gel take off when you are getting gel polish doesn’t sit right with me either.

I made an appointment for myself, my mom and my daughter. When I made the appointment the guy that I made the appointment with gave me a run down of the prices. Before I get there they tell me they’re short staffed and cannot do one of the fill ins I booked for but when I actually got there they didn’t do 3 of the services I booked for. Not to mention the older guy in there made a mess of my moms nails and charged $10 for a certain blue polish which wasn’t even the color she wanted. They charged me more than I would’ve paid if I would’ve gotten everything I booked for. They tend to up-charge you when you go with a group with intensions you won’t catch all the hidden charges. I will NEVER do business here again and advise others to mindful of this place as well. Price Gouging at its finest!!!

Walked into this establishment for service. I was never ever greeted. Stood in front of 2 employees who did not acknowledge me. Once I spoke and asked how long the wait was I was instructed to wash my hands. Again I asked how long was the wait. I was asked to wash my hands before I could be told an answer. I was my hands as I was requested to do and walked back to the reception desk and again waited only to be told to come back tomorrow for a PEDICURE!!! It’s 4pm in the afternoon and there were at least 3 employees whose real not servicing clients.

I usually come here for all my mail needs, so i decided to get an almond shaped acrylic set 10 days ago hence the growing but the paint on the nails is not even on both sides. some tips are thinner than others. paid $75 and i don’t think it was worth $75. getting a fill in at another salon.

The guy who I was calling to make an appointment for definitely spoke enough to not book an appointment here. The customer service is horrible. No matter the case no company workers should be cursing on the phone to a customer especially when he hung up 3x while I was trying to figure out the time to go in. Never recommending this place.

I come here because its the best bang for your buck and preciously Ive had great experiences, but the last 2 times I came I was a little disappointed. The last time I was here I told them the water in my pedicure tub was cold and they didnt do anything about it. This time the gentleman who did my pedicure seemed rushed throughout the whole pedicure. When the pedicure was done and my toes were drying I had to stop him as he was walking out the door to ask him to apply a top coat.

I had Stephanie and she did amazing on my nails! She gave me the look I was looking for. Took her time and was gentle.

Went as a walk in to get my feet done .. got the deluxe Pedi with the 30 minute massage and gel polish ... A tad pricy but most definitely worth it ..Nancy made me feel like a new woman learning how to walk again !!! Will definitely be returning ‼️

Received a full set from Andy and he’s my new nail tech now!! He was so patient and polite and brought my vision to life with no problems. Shape was precise as well! Loved it! 10/10 must go! Nancy also did my little girls nails and was so nice

I live in Charlotte, however when visiting Raleigh i was recommended this shop. I was talked into a whole new powder set, after only a few days- two nails broke. I paid $110 for this set and I’m truly disappointed especially that i live out of town, because i would have required them to make it right. This is just ridiculous.

All I can say is if you want your nails to look amazing go to Andy!! I always bring an inspiration picture and usually it’s a lot of designs, but Andy loves a challenge 🤩..he is also gentle on my nails some people are so very rough. I always leave saying “NAIL YEAH!!” I’ give him 100 stars ⭐️ if I could!

This is the WORST nail salon Ive ever been to. I based my decision to go there on the websites information for the $30 pedicure inclusive of the products and details of the service. No products were offered, no massage or foot dryer??? After speaking to the manager he gave me 15% off! Its a matter of work ethics and principal and falsely claiming to provide services that are not provided.

This place is ok. You see all the good photos on Instagram and you’re like yesss this is it!! My first time coming here. So I get my full set..(some nails were ombré, 2 fingers had rhinestones all over the nail, then some fingers had the v-tips) I got gel acrylic. That was $140. I loved my nails but about a week and 3 days later 2 nails begin to lift...I was struggling to make it to Saturday without them coming completely off! So I went in today to get my fill in. Today made 13 days. he said I could not change the color. I would have paid for it. He took my rhinestones off my fingers then towards the end I was like..”are u going to put them back on?” And he said it’ll be extra charge. So I just stuck with plain nails. My daughters manicure lasted awhile. (Longer than my nails) so I think the manicures are better. I also wish my nail tech was more personable. He doesn’t talk to me at all the whole time.

Ive been going to this nail salon for more than three (3) years now, and Anna never seems to amaze me. The new shop looks GREAT!! The pedicures are luxurious and a must! Mani and pedi is a wonderful combo, not to mention nail designs for all and any occasion. So once again, I am promoting my nail salon, I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!☺

I like the pedi and massage, but space has now gotten too crowded with stations barely anywhere to sit. Also has a much stronger chemical odor. It wasnt like this when I was regularly going in the past.

Probably one of the worst paint jobs I’ve ever had done on my toes by Tony, I went home and took the polish off because it was so awful. My nails are alright I guess. I was hoping to get an all in one salon instead of going to two different ones for my nails and feet. Oh well. I’ll definitely keep looking.

I give Nails 1st five stars. Nails 1st did an excellent job on my nails—STEPHANIE, in particular. If you want a professional job done on your nails, ask for Stephanie. It is evident that she is well experienced. Also, the nail salon is very pretty, clean and sanitary, and the employees are cordial. The owner is very friendly which makes you want to come back.

This place doesn’t much even deserve 1 star! My family and I came here while visiting in the area and I must say I have never in my years of living received a full set at such high price and the quality be so poorly finished! Not only did my nails completely LIFT off not break or crack in half but yes lift off but they came off 4 days later! I reached out to notify the manager and a man who claimed to be the owner stated that it’s my fault my nails broke and I quote “it was nothing he or his staff will do about it”. We have contacted the NC Board of Cosmetic Arts, however, I would highly advise against this place! Do not waste your time and/or money with these rude money hungry people!

Anna is the sweetest!! She really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and ensure that you are satisfied. I needed a repair and not only did she fix my broken nail, she also touched up the French on my toes.

Terrible unprofessional service. No customer service at all. I asked them to fix the crooked nails they put on me and fix the nail color instead they gave me an attitude and raised their voices at me.This place is expensive and rude. This place is Hostile. I asked a technician to please let the manager know of the issue she was very friendly and then I hear her translate the issue in their language to her manager but when she translated the issue I noticed how she raised her voice and then they came to me very upset with attitude and denied to correct the issue. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I got a fill in on Thursday and this is what my nails looks like by Monday. $50 only for them to look like this four days later. This is the salon that I have been going to however there was someone different doing my nails this time. As she was doing my nails there were several things I was displeased with. However she was able to verbalize to me that her English was not that great so it was hard for her to understand what I was asking her to fix before she even finished. At one point one of her coworkers even came over to help explain to her what I was asking her to fix. When she finished I made it known how displeased I was with my nails and all they did was fix the polish, but that didn’t change the fact my nails were done poorly. When I called yesterday to let them know the condition of my nails all I got was a “sorry and we had a talk with her” that’s great but it doesn’t change the fact that I was provided poor quality service. I was extremely nice and respectful, as they were as well, but I just wanted my nails done correctly. As I’ve stated before I’ve been going to this salon with no problems so they should know if I’m speaking up something is truly wrong. But nonetheless it was a waste of money and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning to this salon.

First of all these people are so very kind the moment I enter the salon I felt like I was at home, the lady who did my nails took her time she was patient with me even when I was indecisive on what color I wanted for my nails she worked with me until we find the perfect color for me. I have been going to this salon for two years and it is by far the best in Garner/Raleigh area. I have no complaints. The staff is great, very personable, professional, courteous and timely.The salon is clean and relaxing.I moved here from Maryland and tried a few other places they can’t touch Nail 1st.You won’t be disappointed. Just had my first gel fill with a design and let me tell you...Natalie is amazing! I have been searching for my nail home since I’ve moved to Raleigh and I have finally found it! Nail 1st is a little bit of a hike (25 minutes) but totally worth every mile! Run, don’t walk to get your nail done...ask for Natalie!
