My gf and I was in town and found the closest nail salon to our hotel. Horrible service! They didnt know I understood spanish. I also noticed how we were under surveillance. I will not revisit ever again.

This place is a little hidden it is located on the side of the laundromat. I went in there with my aunt from Florida and Gennifer was awesome she did exactly what we asked for. I had got the almond shaped nails gel set.

Jenny is the best! I accidentally waited to late to schedule with her and had to go somewhere else. Of course they were more expensive and not as good without that personable feel. I will never cheat again!!!!!!!

Went just to pick up Wish Packages; employee politely stopped what she was doing promptly and I was out within 5 mins. Very nice people.

I gave them three months of my time.. Each and every time I would go for my nails they would break off within a week!!! This happened to me each time I had a full set put on.. I also had a friend that recommended me to this place and she said the same thing happened to her as well... We will NOT be returning in the near future😎

Genny loves when me and my mom and sister go. She did this beautiful purple gel color which looks beautiful. TOTALLY RECOMMEND

Very few places that I have tried know how to properly remove and apply gel polish. The manicurist was careful with my natural nail during the removal process, applied the gel polish beautifully, and the polish actually stayed on for the full two weeks without lifting :) I will be going back!

The ladies here are very sweet . Gen took care of me and did and outstanding job . She took her time with me and even though she had some walk ins while she was taking care of me she kindly asked them if the could come at a later time since she didnt want to rush me. I would definetly recommend to schedule an appointment so that you dont have to wait or get rushed. Will be coming back!

I love this salon! I have never had any issues with scheduling appointments or an extended wait when I had an appointment. Genny alwayse has the newest trends and polish ready to go at a competitive price. I alwayse leave the salon looking and feeling fabulous.

I had a full set with gel polish done. They really took their time and did my nails very nicely. I will say because they took their time I was there a bit longer than Im used to at nail salons but who can complain over quality? If you go ask for Marisol. Shes the bomb!Edit: I meant to post this a loooooong time ago but a week after my nails were done, the started lifting at the base which bent my real nails and I had to cut then off. 😬

I found this nail salon establishment on Groupon but I decided to give them a call and see if they would honor the price, not only did they say yes but they told me they had a in salon special that was better than Groupon. I made an appointment since they told me they highly recommend appointments since they are currently short in staff. Genny did my gel manicure and i have to say she did a wonderful job. She was so gentle yet fast with the cuticle trimming. My gel manicure looks fabulous. Great personality. Mary helped me picking a color she is great with advise as far as colors that match your skin tone. Overall I was amaized and will tell all my friends about this great find. Only thing is thats a little hidden but Google maps has pictures that guided me. TY Tiptoes.

I was walking by and noticed this nail salon and decided to walk in and ask for a pedicure. Genny took care of my pedicure and she did a great job, my feet were baby soft. Definetly recommend this salon to any man or woman that want to see a real difference.Im a returning customer.

First time at Tiptoes and I had a manicure and pedicure done by Jenny, not only did I have a great conversation but I had a wonderful service plus they have a great variety of opinions polishes and new colections(my favorite brand)Definitely reccomend it!.

This place is horrible. I came by two days in a row and no one was free to do my nails even though two people were in there doing nothing. They asked that I make an appointment so I did. I showed up to the appointment at 6:01 and the door was locked. I waited around for 10 minutes and no one showed. I called the number on the door and was sent to vm. I then called again to leave a vm. The following day I was hoping to receive a call back explaining the mixup and I heard nothing. When I called to try and reschedule the next day they were rude and states they were booked although I rarely see anyone in there. DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible customer service. Purchased a Groupon for this salon at Christmas. Called three times in an attempt to schedule an appointment, on three different days. Also sent a Facebook message. No response. Because there was nothing posted on Groupon or Facebook about having to have an appointment, I decided to take a special trip to the salon to check it out (two hour drive from home). I walked in and there were no customers present. The technicians were doing their OWN nails. I explained that I had attempted to make an appointment and needed a gel manicure, and the technician told me they were, “all booked up”. Now tell me, how can one be “booked” if it is impossible for one to make an appointment...? I explained that I was traveling cross country the next day (Thursday) and I was told they could not help me until Monday. The technician was rude, haughty, and talked down to my mother and I. Luckily, there is a happy ending. I went down the street to Midtown Nail Spa and received an amazing manicure, massage, and scrub for the price of just the manicure at this establishment. 😊

I went in at 3:50 they only have 2 ppl working and the lady said she couldnt get to me until 5pm!! This is not a salon..this is a home based business with an office!!

I rarely post negative reviews, but this was an interesting experience I thought I should share. Not sure how this spot is surviving. Its tucked back deep in a breezeway, not visible from the car, has no marquee signage, not even a sandwich board. I paid $3 for a Living Social coupon advertised as $5 Mani-Pedi thinking it was a special promo to get people in the door and then upsell with additional services. Truth was it was $5 off the $35 basic mani-pedi, so Id actually only saved $2. Decor has seen better days with peeling laminate on countertops, severely ripped massage chairs which have all been mended with packing tape, and no natural light which gives the shop a depressing vibe. Technician was gentle and did a nice enough job, but she seemed miserable, didnt smile, gave one word directions to me: water, foot, etc., but talked on her phone throughout. I paid with my credit card which they ran for $30 and I reluctantly added a $3.50 tip. Wouldnt you know, my statement showed they charged me a full $35! My husband said I should report them, but I think theyll naturally die a slow death by market forces. I got suckered. Be forewarned...

Not a good nail spot, nails are uneven, poorly shaped, color doesn’t look like the one I choose (I would guess they only have 1 coat on the examples.) I wish I would have waited for an appointment at my usual spot.

I made an appointment for 10 am, waited for 40 minutes. They told me there had been an emergency, but the lady went over to check the appointment book, so it appeared they had forgot. No show...beware!!!

This place was great at first now I see that they just money hungry the work they done was awful I spent 145.00 and was not please the gel polish last for today they wax my lip and went to for down and all they said sorry I will never go back my eyebrows they wax the top and it all crook they really mess me up and stay they don’t know how to speak English never again
