Thao did it again! This time I brought my mom with me and she was pleasantly surprised at the service provided here. My nails were pretty damaged and Thao was able to salvage them! 10/10Also, they do lash extensions!

I am very upset at the lack of professionalism and customer service Ive received. I have always been so patient and kind and still tipped even after having to wait 25 minutes or longer for a service i made an appointment for. This has happened every time I’ve made an appt with BeBe. Today i was waiting close to an hour I made this appt on friday and got a call on Saturday that my appt needed to be pushed up to 1:00 i was ok with that i showed up on time like i always do and of course here i am waiting over 45 mins I will no longer be a customer at MG Spa. Bebe is great at what she does but she overbooks herself and that leads to frustrated customers. I didn’t get an apology or anything i just walked out. My time and money will be valuable somewhere else.

Thoa did a great job on my nails. I was a walk in and got waited on quickly. Everyone was in mask, shields here places between me and the technician and the person next to me. The price was good too!

Thoroughly satisfied with Kathy, she did my eyebrows and the SNS manicure service. Pedicure was done by another but overall a great experience. Oh and the complimentary beverages, I chose white wine.

I absolutely love this place. My girls and I all love getting our eyebrows, pedicures and nails done here. We request BB when we go. She is so nice and we have been going for so long that we don’t even have to tell her how we want our eyebrows done she remembers and gives us exactly what we want every time.

Thao is wonderful. I loved my experience with her. She is wonderful at her job and puts you at ease while she works. She did my lashes and nails. Definitely my new nail salon.

It was a really nice spa to go, the staff remembers your name and gives good suggestions on what to get and are very flexible. No appointment needed. Though I do wish they could hire more staff to help out but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is just gonna have to be the way it is for a while.

Poor customer service and overbooking! Made an appointment and sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour. The water was cold and the tech I scheduled with was placed with someone else. Upon making my complaint to management they acted as if they didnt understand English!

I went to the place today to get mani and pedi this was the first time going there they were friendly but not really professional the lady who did the manicure trying to do it while I was getting pedicure and wasn’t a very comfortable situation she keep bringing her face close to me ( there wasn’t much Room to keep the right distance in the pedicure area ) with her mask under her nose when I told her that she needed to pull the mask over her nose she looked at her coworker and started laughing. I didn’t Ike her service. The other lady who did my pedicure was very sweet but was washing the pedicure tools in the same water that my feet were soaking in. I’m not sure that I will go to that Nile salon again.

Amy and A.T. tag-teamed my gel mani/pedi and were so kind, social, and considerate. You know it’s a good business when the staff is happy. They use quality products and are true professionals; I recently tried to do gel polish manicure and pedicure at home myself (which was a disaster-not to be tried at home, esp if you have cats around!) so now I’m extra-aware of how hard it is to have a customer walk out the door without a piece of fuzz or smudge or ripple in the polish.I also love how they are willing to teach about the esthetics & craft of nails. They are a great team with great care and attention to detail. Never any attitude, always welcoming, thoughtful, and pleasant! After trying many nail salons near me, I have finally found my home-salon.

The lady that did my nails was extremely rough! I don’t know what type of day she had but she took it out on my poor fingers and nails. She kept digging into my skin she cut me twice and didn’t even apologize. And the facility looks like it’s struggling. If section 8 was a nail salon that would be it. Cheaper is not always better and neither is location. I’m going back to what I know!

Always love coming here. Everyone is so nice. Tommy took care of me today. They close at 5 . He took me at 4 today for pedicure. They were busy. He aimed to please even at an hour before closing. I leave so relaxed and pretty nails.

I treated my daughter today who is 15❤❤ I also used the services. We both chose the nail dipping and its pretty. Cost was $40 each.. they were very nice and if you are thirsty mimosa, water, juice, soda, or wine will be waiting.. this is perfect for me since I type all day long. Total service time 35 mins.. in and out.

Amy is gone and so is the customer service. BB can be nice when things go well but the moment there is an issue you will see the other side. Tried a new girl on my brows she was okay at best, decided not to get my pedi done there due to the new staff being so uninviting so I drove around the corner to Beverly Nail. It was so refreshing to see smiling faces and people so willing to assist you. Definitely will not go back to MG Nails unless Amy return.

I went here after calling several salons because I wanted to try SNS dip powder. I chose this salon because their prices were reasonable, good reviews and they’re open on Sunday’s unlike a lot of other salons. I had Kan and she did an ombré dip and it’s beautiful. She took her time and was very accommodating. I will definitely be going back!

Ive been going here since BB opened the place (4 years, I believe?). I love it and will not go anywhere else as long as they are in N. Raleigh :) The owner (BB) and everyone that works there are always friendly. If you arent offered a drink, just ask! They sometimes get very busy so I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. I get SNS on my nails (BB) and gel on my toes with the basic pedicure (Kai).

I didnt have a major issue with the establishment as a whole, but I do with a particular technician: Terri/Terry. Hes the only male technician. The 1st time I went, I wasnt served by him, but by the youngest female technician there. She was warm, funny, and did a great job in my nails. When I went today, she wasnt there yet so they sat me with Terri.... he is HORRIBLE!!! He does what HE wants to your nails, doesnt take pride in his work, hardly speaks to you, stays on his cell phone, and is only nice and cordial to who I assume are regulars. I was so pissed by his work and lack of customer service that in the middle of him doing my nails I asked him to stop and hand me over to another technician, which he did with an attitude. Im coming back but will NEVER be service by him... I advise you to do the same if you go.

I have tried really hard to love this place. It’s really near my house and I like the girls that work there. However I have gotten SNS powder from there twice and it’s fallen off within a week. I’ve never had this happen anywhere else. Today when I went And showed that my pinky fell off she charged me $3 ( which I was fine about... until I got home and the other pinky nail fell completely off.)

Went for a pedicure and was pleased with how much attention i got. I was offered water, wine and soda (i opted for water). I had an older gentleman provide my pedicure and he got my feet RIGHT, you hear me! 😮. The manager was so sweet as well. I was referred there and im going back this weekend for a regular manicure.

Kan always does an excellent job and hercustomer service is pleasantly uplifting.This time I ended up with a color that wasn’t my first choice but it turned out okay. I’ll be back next month as usual 😄.

Bebe is the bomb!! I’ve been going to her for about 3 years now my mom best friend and grandma go to her ! I usually don’t let anybody else touch my nails unless Bebe is super busy.

I was a customer for over a year to get lash extensions. Over the last two visits, I started to notice that the lashes would come off quickly. The lashes would start to lift within a week although they were supposed to last for at least 3 weeks. I returned to the salon hoping to get the problem resolved, but she was unwilling to fix my lashes unless I paid even more money.

Once again they did a spectacular job! 😍😍

This is my go-to nail salon. I moved to area recently and tried several salons before I chose MG. They make an effort to get you in and out to your schedule if they can accommodate you. They offer a myriad of treatments, dont pressure you to services you dont want, and even provide you with a beverage during your service.

First time getting a pedicure here and I will be back! I only had time for the basic pedi but it still included calf and feet massage as well as exfoliating callous. I have been other places where basic was truly basic. Friendly staff . Beverages were offered by several employees. I can’t wait to try some of their other services!

First time visiting was 2 weeks ago! I forgot to write a review but I loved them! My tech was Tina. She took her time and was very patient with me being indecisive with my nail color. Very clean!

Not bad customer service but it looks like they don’t have the proper training to do nails. The lady only did massages on my legs and didn’t work on doing the pedicure. Also she cut my toe and it bled. The end results bad!

I have been going to MG Spa Nails for over a year for eyebrow waxing and pedicures. The service is always good. I never feel pressured to get a service I dont want/need. Owner is friendly and service is fast. Ive built rapport with a few workers and they remember me when I come in which makes me feel special. Even though I recently moved 30 minutes away from the salon this is still my #1 choice.

Terrible customer service and unknowledgeable technicians. I had been going there for about 6 months and everything was fine until I realized my nails were always chipping and cracking a few days after my appointment. So I asked my technician for a more durable overlay so my nails wouldn’t break. I wasn’t comfortable with her response so I asked for her manager’s opinion. Her manager basically said any overlay we use is at your own risk. So not only does the manager not back her shop’s work but my technician became really irate because I consulted with her manager. Not only did she tell me she wasn’t qualified to do my nails any longer but she commenced to tell me off in her language when I moved to another chair lol. Long story short her manager finished my nails and they came out ok but they still cracked within a few days of getting them done. Needless to say I will never go back for lack of professionalism, customer service and knowledge about their products and services.

Worst place ever for SNS. I’m so disappointed with the quality of nails that I had done yesterday. I sat there for TWO HOURS for my nails to turn out uneven in length, and they ended up having to use the top coat for shellac polish on my nails because the technician kept applying too many layers of the SNS top coat so it wouldn’t dry. Not only are my nails uneven, but the technician didn’t check with me on length before cutting them, so my middle fingers are seriously shorter than my other nails. He also didn’t ask about the shape so by the time he cut and filed into square nails I couldnt ask him to round them out. It seemed like they also didn’t know the process since he tried to use the electric file on them right after dipping and they were still wet, so some of the color came off of some nails (and he didn’t fix it). So disappointed in this place and sad that I ended up paying $45 for a set I hate and will probably redo in the next day or so.

Everything was horrible. The greeting, the sanitation, the quality, and the effort they attempted to put in wasnt enough. They were rushed into painting me and my sisters nails leaving the tips white. Not only that but hey peeled a couple days later and left some residue on my nails that wont come off. If there was a 0 star rating, that would be my choice.

My first time getting my nails done have one price on listed for polishing nails but after service is done they changed my price making up some excuse the length of my nails when I explained what service I wanted before the work was done they have complimentary water soda or wine but I wasnt offered nothing
