Massages was barely rubbing. Took no time to scrub the callouses off of my heels or work to shape my nails. I went to Tre Nails in Cary, previously and always had a positive experience. I need to find a better place for the $ paid.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. A 3yr old could paint nails better. I would not recommend this place, it is a waste of money.

I was in Raleigh for the weekend and made an appointment to get SNS (Dip Powder) on my nails. I had them done for maybe 3 days and the top coat was peeling off. I had never seen this happen with any SNS nails I have gotten done previously. Also multiple nails have cracks in them now. (Not to mention the price was more expensive than other places.)

Great Salon they do a wonderful job i have the Gel dip nails.

I will start off by saying that the entire establishment is clean, friendly, relaxing and smells quite nice. This is overshadowed by the fact though that a 5 year old child could do a better job in painting nails than they do. The nail now has bubbles and the end of the nail is quite atrocious. Maybe a different person could do a better job but when you pay that amount of money, youd hope every employee could do good work.

The water in the tub was luke warm. The associate seemed to be distracted. He didnt talk to me. When he finished, he just up and went to sit in another chair and never told me to wait until the polish had dried. Je did not have me put my feet under a dryer.

I got acrylics done here and they are all crooked and very bumpy. The technician cut my fingers multiple times but didn’t seem to care. One nail is already starting to come off and I just got it done yesterday.

This is a friendly,professional and extremely clean salon. While I have followed the same nail professional for 8+ years, she has been here about a year.Everyone is friendly,helpful and very safety conscientious.All supplies are well marked and sterilized.The pedicure basins all have plastic lines and changed after each client.Highly recommend!

Best salon I’ve been to so far here. Very sweet and detailed people. The man who did my nails did perfect and really took his time to be neat which is hard to find these days. So pleased.

I come here often because the nails are never bad, but they have horrible customer service. You might as well clear your whole day if you expect to get your nails done here. 10/10 on consistently wasting my time.

It’s covid so things are different but I walked in after I received a gift card for Christmas with a list of prices. Me and my friends went in mind of having $15 manicures and a polish. That was the price listed. We walked out paying $86. They said. That’s the covid prices. Never again. $86 for 3 $15 manicure. A regular polish and 2 gel polish. Even $60 woulda been reasonable. Horrible

I really like this place. I was able to get in pretty quickly as a walk in. They also have the tools that they use on you sealed in hygienic packs before they use them on you. You dont find that everywhere and when you find it its a good place to go. Plus they did an excellent manicure with gel polish.

Friendly, warm, welcoming service. Always a great manicure. Midweek afternoons are the easiest times to get in unless you make an appointment. The most polished gel manicure in Raleigh at a great price.

I went here for my first manicure ever, and my boyfriend for his first pedicure. The nail tech used a dremel on my bare nails, which seemed to damage them and made my nails sore. I got the dip powder manicure and there ended up being little air bubbles in two of my nails. Also, on some of them the color isnt as close to the cuticle as on others, so it looks like some of my nails are out growing the color and I need a fill I or something. As for my boyfriend, he bled during his pedicure because they accidentally stabbed his toe while grooming the cuticles.

Ive been here a few times. Pedicures are nice, but their gel polishes arent up to date. Every time I choose a color its not the same one I picked, they are faded samples. My first acrylic nail set I got here was not good at all. I made an appointment and the gentleman was so rude and after he painted them he then cut my cuticles... so I already need a fill in.

My first experience was amazing. Yuna was so gentle on my feet. Im diabetic so my feet are super sensitive, I made it known and she did an amazing job. My second time was just as awesome. Im glad they are so nice. My feet feels great and they thank her!! Cant wait for my next visit.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and the high quality of the pedicure I received. I felt the prices was perfect. Upon leaving the staff also gave me some lotion (as it was Christmas time)! I would recommend this nail place.

Great nail salon! I frequent this salon in the North Raleigh location because they have always provided a great service at reasonable pricing. I also enjoy the loyalty card they offer (20% off 5th visit). They have a wide variety of colors to choose from.

The staff and service here are wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed and chill. Most importantly clean!

Paid $35 ($5 above the basic) for the deluxe pedicure and it was pretty terrible. Barely massaged my legs and feet and Im pretty sure I paid $5 just to get a warm towel on my leg--definitely not worth it. The manicure was very basic. I had high hopes with such good reviews but I will not be returning. I have been to cheaper places that have given longer massages on the legs/hands for a cheaper price. Very sad to walk out spending $65 for sub par quality.

Took my teen this weekend and they did an excellent job. And the fact that they had cheaper prices for kids and teens was GREAT!! They were professional and the atmosphere was very calm. I will definitely go back.

I paid for a gel manicure that only lasted ONE WEEK!!!! Also got a pedicure feet still werent smooth & soft and he clipped my toe which was pretty painful!!! What a waste of $70!!!! The only good thing was the free water!!!! That was my first visit & my last!!!!! Very disappointed

This is the best nail spa Ive ever been to! I was attracted to this location for convenience reasons (it was right across from my work) as well as the fair pricing. I come back now, despite my job relocation, because they take a personal interest in their clients. Repeat customers are addressed by name when they walk through the door. The facility is beautiful and relaxing as well as extremely hygienic. There is a large selection of colors and everyone Ive been helped by at Bellagio was extremely skilled. I have recommended this nail salon in the past to friends and coworkers and they were not disappointed!

My first gel nails look great! The atmosphere was very clean, which I loved. The entire business seemed very well organized. Ive never seen such a wide variety of color choices anywhere else. I was very pleased and very comfortable there. It may be my new favorite place. The only thing I would change is something Ive found common in most nail salons- the employees have full conversations with each other in another language while they do your nails. I understand wanting to chat with your friends, especially while they are right there next to you, but it always makes me a little uncomfortable. The last nail salon I frequented I loved because even though the employees talked to each other, they did it in English or asked me if it would be ok if they chat with each other in another language while they worked on my nails, which I felt was polite.

Great place. Friendly staff. Bought some gift cards for office staff and Caregivers and they loved being pampered.

Nice people but Gwen butchered my nails and left residue from my soak off dip all over on my fingers and said it would “come off in the shower.” Saving grace was Annie who I believe was the manager. She fixed them the best she could by shaving down the bumpy waves in my nails but they still look crazy.

Had appointment today. They called and asked me to come at a different time. I arrived prior to my new appointment time. I finally left 25 minutes after my appointment time. This isnt the first time this has happened.

While the manicure was good, I was most uncomfortable the entire time because the employee serving me talked the whole time to another employee across the room in their native language. Understanding none of the conversation, I felt totally excluded and disrespected. How unprofessional...extremely inconsiderate and rude! It made me feel like I was an invisible object sitting there just in the way. If you want your client to feel unimportant and insignificant, you did!

My fingernails look great. My toenails look horrible- she got polish everywhere and I could have done it better myself. The service however was horrible. My nail technician was rude, and aggressive. Manicures are supposed to have a massage component- she merely put lotion on my hands and rubbed it in. Also, she was in a hurry and had a bad attitude. Never coming back here again. And my nail tech took out her phone and put headphones in. Just rude all around. Service is everything- don’t waste your money.

Very happy with my gel mani! Today was my 2nd time here, and I am satisfied with the experience. I made an appt. for 4pm and was seated right away. My nail tech was very friendly and detail-oriented. My nails look even, they are shaped nicely, clean and there are no bubbles or imperfections. The salon is also less than 5 minutes from my house which is a bonus. I will definitely be back! (The name of the polish in this photo is Cajun Shrimp, by the way).

I came in for a green tea spa pedicure. My nail tech walked away during my service twice and was gone for 5m at a time (Leaving product on my legs that went cold). Then once she returned and finished with polish, she just walked away, swept the store and took over a different service. She didnt assist with my sandals or even bother to tell me to move to the drying station. Paying extra for a fancy service that just leaves you slathered in grease and still with calluses is a waste of time and money. I should have stuck with my usual salon.
